Michael Mundaca earned his undergraduate degree from Columbia University, where he studied philosophy and physics. After graduating in 1986, he continued his studies in philosophy at the University of Chicago, earning his MA in 1988. Michael Mundaca then went on to attend the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he earned his JD, served as Senior Executive Editor of the California Law Review, and was a member of the Order of the Coif. Moving back to New York, Mr. Mundaca worked for Sullivan & Cromwell, a New York-based law firm, until 1996.
