Julie Carretero is a woman with a wide range of interests. By far, most people will recognize Ms. Carretero’s name from the numerous accomplishments she has had in the field of competitive running. In fact, in the last year alone, Julie Carretero has run in the Yankee Homecoming 5K held in Newburyport, MA, on July 31, 2007; the Apple Harvest Run 5-Miler in West Newbury, MA, on October 7, 2007; and the 18th Annual WCRC 5K Cross Country Turkey Trot, also held in Newburyport, MA, on November 22, 2007. As she has always turned in excellent times during each trial, her passion for running is evident to those who know her.
