The current principal at the human resources firm Bersin by Deloitte, Josh Bersin has more than 30 years of professional experience in various aspects of business management. After earning his MS in engineering from Stanford in 1982, he found immediate employment with IBM, where he handled a number of functions in sales, sales management, training, marketing, and technical support. Josh Bersin returned to the academic environment in 1987 to obtain his MBA from the Walter A. Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. He went on to hold top executive positions with the software companies Arista Knowledge Systems and DigitalThink.
