Dr. Archana Sharma's teaching and research focuses on designing environment friendly, sustainable and resilient cities. Towards this goal, Sharma has articulated frameworks for design and sustainability assessment through peer-reviewed Journal articles on on Lessons on planning a symbiotic city, Design syntax of Greenways and Genotype of Greenways. On technological innovation, Sharma has one patent filed (US Patent Application No. 62/126,264) on urban infrastructure, which is a work-in-progress.
