2. 1) Exercise
Healthy mind lives in healthy body. So, don’t ignore your body in daily chores.
If not possible to Join Gym then I suggest to get some at least 20 mins daily
from your busy life and devote this time to your body.
Do whatever you can do like Exercise, walk, running, yoga, swimming,
meditation, any outdoor sports etc., this will channelize your positive energy
and keep your body fit and healthy.
4. 2) Skin Care and Make up:
Most of the men only do bath and shaving and that’s it. They ignore skin care,
due to which their skin become dull, unhealthy and end up with tanning, dark
circles and wrinkles. My suggestion is on a daily basis use good quality
moisturiser, body lotions, sunscreen and night cream for your skin and facial
or facemask at least once in 15 days. You will get good cosmetics in market or
you can use home remedies for your skin.
For men who are in public relation jobs, I will suggest to put some good
quality natural looking makeup. (don’t forget to wipe off the make in the
night.
Men who keep beard or moustache, should keep extra care of these facial
hair. Trimming and oiling those hair will make you look attractive and not
Depressed.
(Ps. Keep removing nose hair periodically)
6. 3) Hair care and hairstyle:
Hair care for most of the men includes washing hair with soap while bathing,
oiling after that and dyeing or colouring Gray hair at home or salon. result is
they get issues like hair fall , dandruff or Gray hair in early age. Also, they
don’t change their hairstyle for years because of which the people lose
interest in their looks.
My suggestion, you should start little extra care of your hair and hairstyle. Do
Oiling, Shampooing and conditioning on regular basis. Use suitable good
quality products (Readymade but chemical free or homemade) like Hair Oil,
Shampoo, Conditioner and Serum, wax and hair colors for haircare. At least in
15 days visit Salon for Head message and Hair Spa.
Experiment with your hairstyle to keep the interest alive in your looks.
8. 4) Smell Good:
Bad Smell is a big turn off. You must have observed that most of the men
don’t smell good. Reasons can be anything like not proper technique of
Bathing, not or wrong use of Deodorant/ perfumes, excess sweating, bad
breath due to bad habits like smoking, drinking alcohol or chewing tobacco-
based products or ignorant about mouth cleaning.
My suggestion is taking care of mouth cleaning, proper bathing techniques,
find solution for excess sweating, use suitable and good quality, budget
friendly doe’s and perfumes. Also use different fragrance on different
occasion/ places.
10. 5) Good Clothing:
Here good clothing does not mean expensive, branded clothes but well fitted
clean and ironed clothes. Most of the men ignore or don’t have knowledge
about what to wear on different occasion or daily life or what suits to your
personality.
I suggest to take care of your clothing styles and wear wisely. (You can
research on what will suit to your age and body type, this will help you look
smarter.)
12. 6) Upgrade Skill and Knowledge
lots of people look smart, attractive as they do follow all the above points
however, they don’t get success, you know why?
Because they give so much time time to their physical appearance that they
forgot to give time to their mental growth. So, when someone start talking
about knowledgeable things they get blank and lose their charm.
So, my suggestion is giving some time to develop your knowledge side as well,
for that read books, magazine, newspaper which will upgrade your
knowledge. If no time or interest then see videos or listen to audios/ podcast
to gain/ upgrade extra knowledge of your field / general knowledge.
14. 7) Develop Hobby:
In the daily race of life and work, men usually end up forget their hobbies
which they use to do in young age. So, when they get retire or in a period like
Quarantine, they get bored and confused as they don’t have anything to do
apart from their work.
My suggestion is to have some hobby and give some regular time to develop
the active hobby like reading, painting, sports, travelling, cooking, Music etc.
This will not only give you good time pass but also develop your personality.
