algorithm was done on MATLAB. The parallel model was designed using OpenMP and its
implementation was tested on multi core architectures. The parallel implementation divides a current
frame into independent macro blocks and each block is allotted to OpenMP section which then assigns
it to a thread for performing the computations. The result of the implementation shows speedier
computations with effective utilization of multi cores. This work suggests a promising approach which

An educational campaign should be launched to inform and encourage new behaviors. All consumers
should be shown the benefit of composting versus traditional disposal methods. Once consumers have
been properly educated, encouraging participation is key. This would include providing a composting
method for waste to be properly composted. The food recycling program would provide the means for
all associates to begin composting donations rather than disposing via trash receptacles. Food compost
bins should be provided in any food service industry to allow for proper disposal of waste. Companies
should locate composting facilities and begin distributing food waste to said facilities rather than
traditional trash disposal services. If possible and practical, companies should work to create their own
composting stations.
True success will be measured when all food service companies send their food materials for
composting. As output is measured, immediate improvement cannot be expected, but steady and
sustained increases in the amount of food waste sent to compost is expected. Tonnage is the most
consistent way to measure improvement.
There is also the important element of rewarding improved behaviors. Companies should provide
composting initiatives to their employees. Companies can be rewarded with government incentives for
implementation and maintenance of the composting problems.

The Fair Tax® is a proposed tax reform to the current taxation process of the federal government in
the United States. Written by John Linder and first introduced to Congress in 1999, the Fair Tax® is a
proposition for the federal government to get rid of all current taxes (including federal income taxes,
estate taxes, payroll taxes, etc.) and tax only the purchasing of goods and services for personal
consumption. Instead of taxes being applied to income, each individual would receive their full
paycheck with no federal taxes deducted and instead a 23% sales tax ($0.23 for every $1.00) would be
included in the price of an item. This translates to about a 30% sales tax ($0.23 on top of every $0.77)
today, because instead of the item being $1.00 it would be sold for $0.77 with a $0.23 tax on top,
whereas the price under the Fair Tax® would be $1.00 with the tax included in the price. This
percentage would be adjusted each year based on the government s revenue in the previous fiscal year.
To make up for the large tax on sales, each citizen would receive a prebate or annual consumption
allowance check that should negate the sales tax on purchases that are essential for living. The prebate

figures and two dimensional animals to three dimensional sculptures and intricate paintings. The
artwork featured at the Seattle Art Museum shows many different types of art and features several
different periods in which these artworks were created. Two pieces of art that stuck out the most at the

The pool that Robert formed using the ceramic media is three dimensional in form and is closely
shaped like a lima bean. The water of the pool, is made up of many different pieces of ceramic and has
several different shades of blue and green. In order to represent the movement of water within the
pool, Robert used complimentary blues and greens together and slightly swirled them to make it look
close to how water moves. Each piece of the pools water fits together like a tight puzzle. They are
numbered so that the colors and shapes can be set together perfectly while on display. In the center of
the pool, is a large white ceramic splash . Robert gave this piece curves and form to represent the
splash of water as if someone was jumping into the pool and creating a huge backsplash. The edge of
Roberts Pool with Splash is created to look like the cement barrier that contains the water of the pool.
He formed each piece to look like a block which forms the shape of the lima bean pool. These parts of
his masterpiece do not have the glazy appearance that the water pieces give. The Pool with Splash by
Robert Arneson really shows and represents how a pool in someone s backyard would look on a hot
summer day.

Video games encompass the lives of teenagers and young adults around the world , connecting them to
new people to use teamwork to take down their enemy. Video games are great because it helps people
with teamwork and communication skills. Some of the most popular video games are first person
shooters. These games put you into a simulation of war where you see through the eyes of a soldier.
This makes it so you feel like you are in the game of war which can be very exhilarating and fun. Two
video games of this genre stand out in my mind, and they are the Battlefield Series and the Call of
Duty Series. They are both the top sellers in their style of games and if you ask a random teenager, he
will know exactly what you are talking about. The thing about these two though are the conflicting
sides of the people who buy them. These games both have millions of fans that argue for their game of
choice but some of them are wrong, and this is why. Being more specific about some Call of Duty
games we will talk about Black Ops 2 which is one of the best ones to come out. They both have the
same ideas of eliminating the other team to achieve ultimate victory, but they are different in the way
that Battlefield 1 is more of a simulation of real battle and Call of Duty is more of an arcade style
game that is fast paced and takes less skill. Battlefield 1 uses more real life things such as bullet drop
so people who are moving are harder to hit. The reason it is real life is because of the game engine,
called frostbite, uses weather to affect the players, sometimes fog will roll in and make it difficult to
see the enemies until they are right in front of you. The game engine also makes it so that if you shoot
a building with a tank, it will crumble and if you happen to be standing under it, the debris would kill
