About me… I live in Dallas, Philly and New York. LinkedIn knows
me as Carmen Sandiego with my many travels. I love to cook,
workout and spend time with my family who is spread across two
continents and many states, as often as possible.

One piece of advice is to remember you are your own advocate,
always! I keep a record of what I have come to refer to as my “brag
sheet” - the intangibles and heroic moments we often take on to
show our commitment and value in an organization. These can be
unseen and sometimes forgotten even by us! Always have a record
of all the client compliments, internal wins, and accomplishments
from you and your team recorded along the way, don’t scramble at
performance review time!

One piece of advice: Leverage the skills you strive at and focus on
where you can make a difference: be it with your organizational
superpower, the most creative ideas or whatever else that makes
you, YOU! ⭐️

One piece of advice is for other women in tech, to champion one
another and amplify the voice of the voiceless when given the
chance. Also remember to aspire for roles that your passionate
about and challenge you. Fight through the imposter syndrome for
the others rooting for you. And continue to ask yourself why not me
(vs. why me)?
