analyzed a scene from the television show Trailer Park Boys in which a three member family
interact using the concepts of crossing, facework, and footing, in order to answer my research

popular types of these movies is old westerns with cowboys and Indigenous people. Hollywood
has not always represented an accurate portrayal of Indigenous peoples in the portrayal of all
Indigenous Peoples as Plains Peoples, savages, and constantly warring against other tribes. The

Trespass, we are given a glimpse of the young girl s adventurous life in a traditional Moroccan

That is something I too asked myself multiple times while reading the book. That is something
that Fatima herself questioned many times while she was growing up. Something I immediately
began to adore about Fatima while reading her tales was her unstoppable curiosity and need to
ask questions. She asks many questions to feel more knowledgeable and to understand her
surroundings. However, as we learn about the many things forbidden inside the harem, Fatima
tells us that asking too many questions is one of them. That is only because asking a question
such as what is a harem? is not really a question that the adults will volunteer to answer (Mernissi,
39). Like many children do, Fatima and her cousins loved to break rules. Fatima, Samir, and their
other cousin, Malika used to occasionally climb onto the forbidden terrace. According to Fatima,
Samir and Malika s main purpose to climb onto the highest terrace was to push their investigation
of harems further. They would sit there and ponder on the unanswered questions by the adults and
find out the truth behind these questions. They would ask each other rather simple questions: Is a
