Everything in this world has some
structure. Our solar system has its
structure, our body has a
structure, and our society has a
structure. Nothing in this world is
found without structures.

Language and meaning is governed by
culture, society, religion, tradition and so
on.
When someone speaks the word “
TREE”
, an
image of a tree comes to our mind. But
everyone will have different image.

9. Sign means an small unit or word in a
language. For example, ‘book’, ‘tree’
etc.
Signifier means the spoken or written
word.
Signified means what we understand
after hearing or reading that word. It
ma vary from person to person.

arbitrary or subjective.
