I got the idea to create a remake centric film festival from a project I did in another film class. In that
class, my group and I decided to do a presentation on horror film remakes. While trying to decide on
while two films to talk about, I found that a multitude of horror films had been remade. I continued
looking up films that had been remade and eventually made it through the lengthy list of horror films,
and found other genres that have had remakes. Once I found enough content to pad out a film line up,
I settled on remakes as my theme and began my research on the actual film festival aspect.
After seeing that the list of film remakes was dominated by the horror genre, I decided that T2 would
not be another horror fest. I tried to select films from a broad range of genres, all while making sure
that the horror genre was well represented. I was astonished that the fourth horror film ever made was
a remake of the first horror film ever made (Follows, The Scale of Hollywood Remakes and Reboots
), Georges Méliès 1896 Le Manoir du diable, was remade into The Haunted Castle in 1897 by George

We can see that Louisa May Alcott in every way was shaped, moulded and influenced by

Proposal dates would be set and in effect as of May 21st, 2016. Proposed changes to Enterprise
Holding corporate social responsibility focuses on a shift in its global greenhouse gas emissions,
energy and paper usage. All three factors contributes alarmingly to an increase which negatively
affects the Earth s atmosphere and most of all the people in it. With its energy use over 30 percent,
greenhouse gas emissions over 35 percent and paper usage edging over 50 percent the necessary plan
is to reduce these issues and make Enterprise Holdings exceptional with its corporate social
responsibility in the United States and overseas.
The business I chose to write a change proposal for is Enterprise Rent A Car. I chose this organization
because of a few reasons. First, I am a current management intern at an Enterprise location. Second, I
wanted to choose a company that is well known and has a long history of success. Enterprise was
founded in 1957 in Clayton, Missouri. Since its formation, it has steadily grown to become the largest
rental car company in North America. The company has more than 5000 locations across North
America, and is poised to dominate the rental car industry long into the future. We will also come
across how Enterprise has used and is still using concepts from our management textbook to maintain

In the novella Candide , there are multiple atrocities that take place. Through satirical extremities,
Voltaire exposes the evil corruption of society. The ways Voltaire sheds light on these corruptions are
through religion, sexuality, social status, and ancestral status. The most exposed corruption would be
his matrimonial desires to his dear Cunégonde.
Candide always had his hopes set on concurring Cunégonde s love. The disapproval of her father and
brother due to Candide only having seventy one quartering is what caused a lot of Candide s setbacks.
