Carl Jung, throughout film in both our modern age today and film that dates back to the 1900 s we see
glimpses and flashes of Jung s study. However to the simple viewer, or should I say the average
viewer these glimpses of Jung s study are easily missed or mistaken for nothing more than a good idea
or just another schizophrenic movie. Therefore for my connections piece I have chosen to have a
closer look and analyse several films through the eyes of Carl Jung; specifically looking at his theory
of the Jungian Archetypes and how these are each represented in film. The four films that I will be
