disease is a chronic inflammatory disease of the intestines. Primarily, it causes ulcerations in the
small and large intestines but has been seen to affect the digestive system anywhere from the oral
cavity to the anus. The disease has no known cure but once the disease begins it proceeds to vary
between periods of inactivity (remission) and activity (relapse). The cause of crohn s disease is
unknown but from research it is suspected that infections by certain bacterium could contribute to
the disease. The activation of the immune system in the intestines is seen to be of importance to
patients with crohn s. The immune system causes inflammation within the tissues where it occurs.
In normal cases the activation occurs when the body is exposed to harmful invaders. With patients
with crohn s disease the immune system is abnormally activated in the absence of any invader, thus
resulting in chronic inflammation and ulceration as seen in the figure below. The disease causes

My Favorite Sermon
It is fair enough to say that I got an early Christmas present this year as my favorite preacher, Tim
Delina, came to church to minister this past Sunday. I found it funny because just this past
week, I was asking myself where he has been. I ve listened to so many preachers preach, and no
one comes close to Pastor Tim in the way he explains his messages. His sermons, inspired by
God, is able to change the hardened of hearts. Never have I seen a preacher use humor to connect
with his audience as Pastor Tim does. Look up his sermons on YouTube, you won t be
disappointed. I ll attach my favorite sermon of his (JONAH HAS TOO MANY CHAPTERS) at
the end of this post. I blogged about this sermon some weeks back, but it s worth listening to.
When God wants to speak to you, He uses different means to do so. In my case, He used Tim
Delina to minister to me. Two weeks ago, an elder at church ministered on tithing, but I didn t

sexual tourism and in particular child sex tourism. The international community recognizes
Cambodia s trafficking epidemic, which child sex tourism falls under, and the United States ranks
Cambodia as Tier Two on its Trafficking Persons Watch List. It is important to note that there is no
internationally agreed upon definition of child sex tourism which in return perpetuates the
problem. One may broadly define child sex tourism as the sexual exploitation of children by a
person who travels from his or her home region in order to have sexual contact with children. Child
sex tourists can be domestic travellers of international tourists.
There are several factors that contribute to the perpetuation of Cambodia s problem. In this paper I

In our media rich society, we see advertisements every day. Their appearance happens at numerous
places ranging from cereal boxes to television screens, as well as public buses. Most advertisement
often conveys an unrealistic view of the product. While it is a mass marketing technique to make
the consumer buy the product, but most of us believe whatever advertised is true without giving a
second thought to it. In our contemporary society, it has become very hard to escape the influence
of such advertisements. These advertisements affect us in shopping malls, while watching
televisions as well as in food places.
Advertising has enormous impact on us in shopping malls. Almost no trip to the mall has ever
been complete without our eyes catching few banners promoting a brand s product. Mostly these
advertisements associate certain roles and colors with different genders. For example, in many
advertisements pink color is often linked with girls while blue color is often used in boy s outfit s
promotions. Furthermore, whenever we go toy shopping, we see two sections; one is pink
