Well you guys.. I completed day one of juicing. But, I didn t technically juice the entire day. Why?
Because I was so scared. Honestly!
So at night time, around 7:30 I do a HIIT kickboxing class for one hour. It is by far the most
intense, yet amazing, workout I have ever experienced. I do it four times a week and honestly
wish I could do it more than that but I can t on Thursdays because I work late and there are no
classes on the weekend. Anyways, a few times while doing my HIIT classes, I have gotten light
headed... and that is with eating well balanced meals throughout the day. So yesterday when it
came time to juicing, I remembered that I had HIIT later that day and got nervous that I would

In the context of a 1950 s Aboriginal household, which were commonly not afforded education in
a Western sense and largely impoverished, we see the transformation of Gladys from being a
woman who wants to learn about factual problems in her surrounding environment, to being
someone who is confident enough to express who she really is by realising that in order to find
knowledge elsewhere she first had to find who she really was to transform from a girl to a
woman. The repeated historical allusion to the queen by Gladys in the prologue of the play
shows that Gladys idolised powerful white women and dreamed of someday being one herself.
We can see this in the Gladys quote It s a moment I ll remember...to see our pretty, young monarch
and the Duke. I m not going to miss it for all the tea in China However, we can clearly see the
transformation of Gladys throughout the play as she stops alluding to the queen towards by end of
the play, as she has completed her journey into finding her identity as a strongly independent
Indigenous woman . Gladys quote Your majesty, Queen Elizabeth the Second. We demand suitable
