The Three Terminologies
The use of online health records is increasing worldwide. Well, the explanation of these digital
health records sometimes get quite complex when we think of the users, healthcare setting, the
health information and certainly the technology. Three terminologies are commonly used to
explain digital health records Electronic health Records (EHR), Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
and Personal Health Record (PHR). Regrettably, the definition of all these terminologies differs all
over the world and creates confusion, both inside and outside the health industry. So, in order to
differentiate the three terminologies, we have to understand the two aspects that could possibly
separate the three terminologies. First is the plenitude of the health information

Essay John Kenneth Galbraith
John Kenneth Galbraith, born on October 15, 1908, was one of American s more influential
economists, longtime Harvard professor, and a U.S. ambassador to India, an author, an economist,
and used caustic wit and an iconoclastic temperament to help set the foundation of modern
economic thinking (http://www.csmonitor.com). He, along with another famous economist, and
longtime rival, Milton Friedman, believed that everyone has an idea, and that every idea matters,

American With Disability Act Analysis
American with Disability Act of 1990 and Beyond
July is often remembered as a month that Americans celebrate their freedom from British, but for
millions, it signifies a different kind of freedom. For them, it signifies a freedom from
discrimination. This is because on July 26, 1990, President George H. W. Bush signed into law The
American Disability Act of 1990 (ADA). ADA bill was governments attempt to clarify and expand
the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Its main goals were to assure that people with disabilities had
equal employment opportunities , were able to purchase goods and services, to participate in State

Argumentative Essay On Cyberbullying
Typically, the person that is doing the cyberbullying is generally a victim of bullying themselves.
How is cyberbullying done? Normally, the use of electronic devices to send messages that tend to

as risky self disclosure, sharing of passwords, and deviant online behavior such as visiting

The author of the article mainly discusses about the two approaches that are useful for Software
engineering.
As technology is increasing on a rapid scale there is much need for the different software
development approaches to be modified and enhanced in order to face the present customer
requirements and blooming Technology market. Believers of the old approach of software
development finds its best in developing with planning, reusability, predictability that helps to

XP is one of the agile methods which is defined as Extreme Programming, many new developers
and designers are tending to follow these methodologies than the age old techniques. But managers
who are accustomed to the traditional way of software development are finding it difficult in
accepting these new approaches. Furthermore the plan driven approach also has many underlying
advantages such as focusing on the major goals of the project which is named as major milestone
on the contrary to micro milestones or inch pebbles . In the plan driven approach more planning is
emphasized which pressurize the development teams to follow the pre specified documentation
even at the minor levels of modification at technology, commercial and personal aspects. The author
of the article suggests that there should be at least three milestones in the software development
process. Firstly for the progress of the project in order to know the current status of the project.
Secondly for the stakeholder s checkpoint i.e. to check the progress on the development process
form the stakeholders point of view whether the commitment given to them is fulfilled or not. The
planning spectrum demonstrates the models on straight line where the unplanned hacking is on the
left of the spectrum and the inch pebble in on the extreme right.

ELUDICATION John Grisham s characters Michael Brock and Mordecia Green worked not
only as attorneys for the homeless but also as social workers too. Throughout The Street Lawyer
Michael and Mordecia counseled each individual to gain a knowledge of what their lives were
before they became homeless and why they have become homeless. Most lawyers would not
take the time find out if whether or not their client had a place to sleep or food to eat the night
before. Many lawyers would not offer their services free of charge. Michael and Mordecia
worked as lawyers as well as social workers. Each day Michael and Mordecia traveled to a local
homeless shelter to interview potential clients and help them with whatever they needed. Most
of their clients were generally homeless people or individuals who were laid off from their job
recently. The two helped these individuals fill out government forms, obtain job applications,
and sometimes a rehab center for those who were addicted to drugs and alcohol. At times some
clients could not be helped but Michael and Mordecia provided their counseling service as a
means of help. Some individuals only needed some to talk to about what was going on in their
life at that time. He wants his readers to see the similarities between social workers and attorneys.
His examples with Michael and Mordecia with their clients express key elements in the career of a

Project Management Organizational Structures Paper
A project organization is a framework of rules and regulations that companies use to facilitate the
harmony and finishing point of project activities. Its foremost objective is to generate a atmosphere
that will encourage relations between project workers with the least amount of distractions as
possible. It is important to select the organization structure at the beginning of every project. Based
on the uniqueness of the project, each project structure has various forms of its own ... Show more

The functional structures allow all the employees inside the functional divisions of a company to
perform a set of specific assignments. Every department within a company is staffed with
employees that are knowledgeable in that specific field. For example, employees that specialize in
engineering stay within the engineering section of the company, and the administrator that work in
the Human Resources (HR) department stay in that sector of the company. It is a very
comprehensible system to keep the right people in the right place doing the job they are trained to
do The only negative aspect to this setup of this structure is that there is little to no communication
between the among the separate divisions. However, if an emergency were to arise, each division
would be able to respond accordingly. The second structure in project organization is the matrix
structure. According to What Is A Matrix Structure (2010), The matrix structure is an organizational
plan that groups employees by both function and product. The organizational structure is very flat,
and the structure of the matrix is differentiated into whatever functions are needed to accomplish
certain goals. Each functional worker usually reports to the functional heads, but do not normally
work directly under their supervision. Instead, the worker is controlled by the membership of a

Personal Health Records
At its core, a personal health record (PHR) is a computerized tool that is designed to allow
patients to control, store, use, and share their personal health information. Braunstein (2014)
stated that, According to a 2010 national survey done by California Health Foundations (CHF),
patient access to health data does actually improve care (pg.81). People who have access to their
medical records are more aware of their health, are more interested in their health, and are taking
better care of themselves. This is an important step towards decreasing this country s chronic
illnesses, which, in return could possibly reduce medical spending. In order for personal healthcare

Niche Blog Essay
How to Start your Multi Niche Blog.
In Blogging, once we are going for a specific topic then instead of using the word Topic we can use
the word Niche. Many Pro bloggers are using the word niche instead of the word issue. When I was
a beginner in the field of SEO as well as blogging, I wondered what the niche is a huge thing and as
like pro bloggers used the word. Although now, Let me explain to you what niche is? A Niche can
be described as when we have created a blog only on a single topic like I am running my blog and
it is almost about SEO and internet marketing only, so the niche of Blog is SEO and internet
marketing and if someone is running a blog about development, then they have different Niche. A
niche can be around SEO, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
So it s recommended to make the team and work accordingly, this will make things easier and
efficient. You can also go for hiring content writers but make sure you don t compromise with the
quality of your articles. 4. SEO should be Everywhere Niche Doesn t Matter
One more point that can lead to a complete failure of your multi niche blog is SEO optimization.
It has been observed on many such blogs that SEO is not being followed. Such blogs devoid of
SEO optimized contents cannot live for long, an update can kill them totally and if you feel updates
don t come much often, check out Mozcast yourself.
Be very sure to post good optimized contents with proper use of Heading tags, image attributes,
permalink, keyword usage and all those points that come under On Page SEO. In fact, better SEO
can help you get good rankings and more importantly you can stick onto your rankings which many
blogs fail to. 5. Platform WordPress Recommended
If I am to answer this question, I will straight away point to WordPress. This doesn t mean that
blogger is sick, or blogger cannot be used, but the reason behind it is the control you get. Multi
niche blogs have many categories and different types of posts (including movie reviews), and all
this can be done effectively with WordPress. Multiple authors can be managed well according to
roles as well in WP. Moreover you can choose from a wide variety of customizable themes that you

ABSTRACT
This paper is devoted to derive the explicit approximate solutions for the time fractional (Caputo
sense) coupled Burger s equations with implementation of the homotopy perturbation method. The
numerical results are compared with the exact solution at special cases of the fractional derivatives.
The results reveal that the proposed method is very effective and simple.
Keywords: Fractional differential equations; Caputo s derivative; Homotopy perturbation method.

INTRODUCTION
Ordinary and partial fractional differential equations (FDEs) have been the focus of many studies
due to their frequent appearance in various applications in damping laws, motion in Newtonian
fluid, dynamical systems, viscoelasticity, biology, physics and engineering ([3], [6]). Consequently,
considerable attention has been given to the solutions of fractional differential equations of physical
interest. Most fractional differential equations do not have exact solutions, so numerical techniques
([12], [18]) must be used. Also, some untraditional approximate methods have recently been
developed by scientists and engineers ([1], [14]).
In this paper we will implement one of these methods, namely, homotopy perturbation method
(HPM) which was firstly presented by He

Abstract
The analyses of mixture were to distinguish and identify homogeneous mixture by using the
techniques of decantation and sublimation. By performing these techniques, we examined our
solutions such as SiO2 (sand), NH4Cl (ammonium chloride), and NaCl (sodium chloride) and
mixed H2O (water) with each solution after being heated. After examining our solutions, we made
calculations by finding the percent mass of each solution once the experiment was completed. In
our findings, we were able to determine the mass of the determined and the percent recovery of

A. Preliminary Steps
1. Obtain a sample of the mixture. The mixture you will separate contains three components: NaCl,
NH4Cl, and SiO2. Their separation will be accomplished by heating the mixture to sub lime the
NH4Cl, extracting the NaCl with water, and drying the remaining SiO2.
2. Obtain an evaporating dish and carefully weigh it to the nearest 0.01g on top of the loading
scale and record its mass on the data sheet.
3. Place about 3g of the mixture into the evaporating dish and carefully weigh it to the nearest
0.01g with the top loading scale and record its mass on the data sheet.
4. Determine the mass of the mixture by subtracting the mass of the empty evaporating dish from
the mass of the evaporating dish containing the mixture and record the calculated mass onto the
data sheet.
B. Sublimation Steps
1. Place the beaker containing the mixture on the hot plate and heat until the white fumes no longer
form (about 15 minutes) during the sublimation process.
2. Allow the beaker to cool until it reaches room temperature; then weigh the beaker with the

1991 it equated to 30% of all GDP (Rudolph, 1987, Table

dwell in either small rural villages or farms (World Hunger and Poverty

can match that of the developed world, whilst continually facing humanitarian issues present in
developing nations. This conclusion suggests that economic development does not necessarily have
a correlation with human development. Until recently, a common view of development referred to
rising income levels and overall economic growth of a country. However, in recent years a shift
towards focusing upon humanity issues and circumstances rather than monetary concerns reflects
the new definition of a nation s development, which can be measured by the Human Development

Development Programme in 1990. Discussions on the goals of development now involve
emphasizing the reduction of poverty, rather than raising the average levels of income per capita

the levees that prevent the Mississippi from dropping rich sediment at the mouth of the river to

Engineering Progression
In today s society, there is a greater need for engineers than in previous decades. In an age of
advanced technology, engineers are vital to the technological revolution that will fuel human
development. It is an important movement that I want to be a part of. To begin, it was my
freshman year in high school when, by chance I was placed in class, Pathways to Engineering. I
became intrigued about the course when I was exposed to CAD package software. This course
was geared specifically to 3D modeling. I was fascinated with how software creations can be

building a catapult. Other projects include soldering electronics and some exposure to coding
programs like Scratch. From these experiences I became interested in engineering, and fortunately
enough my strong subjects are in science and mathematics. My goal is to go into the engineering

Evolution of Policing CRMJ 151 E A
Mr. Maurice Dickey
March 28, 2015
Abstract
Early policing in Colonial America had its beginnings in England. Police departments in America
started to follow the trend. Actually, they were not police departments as we know them today.
Policing in colonial America began as a night watch program of volunteers in the early 1600 s in
the northern colonies, specifically in Boston. Early policing was not the same throughout the
colonies. Southern colonies developed their own system of policing based on the needs of the
community using watch groups and organized groups of white men known as slave patrols. The
policing systems changed as the colonies grew in population, more small businesses, the
development of large industries and more funding became available. War and then revolution
strained the Boston watch system...the French and Indian war 1756 1763... (Wadman
Allison2004,p.10). The watch system in all of the colonies had similarities and differences,
however none were very successful in reducing crime. New York, Boston, Charleston, Virginia, and
Tennessee all suffered immense problems with their crime rate using the watch system. This was

Summary Of Bringing Down The House By Ben Mezrich
This novel by Ben Mezrich, Bringing Down the House are currently in the situation where
Mickey and Kevin both in interrogation from the head security of Nevada state... Kevin has no
choice but to tell the truth on what exactly is happening to the people around him. Because of the
fact that the people around him are on the same side as kevin he has no option but to just come
up front. If not, he has a good chance of being put onto the Death Penalty. The team moves onto
Louisiana where they enter Jack Binion s Horseshoe casino for the first time. They were

There is only one reason why the team can t successful achieve without Kevin is because of the
fact that he is the ultimate mastermind. He plans everything out and just knows what exactly
the future is going to happen. In reality the book is essentially a biographical portrayal of about
four years in the life of Kevin Lewis; the book also contains many elements of fiction. For
example, Kevin Lewis is a fictionalized and renamed representation of a real person while all of
the other characters are composites of more than one real person. Lewis is a graduate student at
MIT and is recruited by some of his roommates to participate in a group of organized card
counters. The group travels to Las Vegas or some other gambling destination on most weekends
and uses a variety of techniques to win at blackjack. Lewis is introduced to the techniques and
then trained in their use. He then begins working with the group and eventually becomes one of
their best players. Over time, the group s membership changes as older members are excluded and
new members are recruited. After about one year, Lewis is the head of his own team within the

The Film Production Of The Movie Production Industry
In the film production industry, the main goal is to produce a film that appeals to the audience and
incorporate elements of the certain time period. In doing so, the production film must keep in
mind the current trends and views of society. Stereotypes have been commonly present in society
for as long as our history dates back to. Among these stereotypes, I will be focusing primarily on
Asian stereotypes the primary reason being that I am an Asian Americanmyself. The portrayal of
these common stereotypes however, does not imply or mean that Americans view it in a positive
light. Some of the most renowned and racist films in history are Breakfast at Tiffany s and Sixteen
Candles. In addition to these films, I will be examining and analyzing the television series Gossip
Girl and Fresh off the Boat to access a different perspective on the subject of how minorities are
seen in American society. Asian America is known to be comprised of immigrants, the ninjas, the
kung fu masters, small business owners, eastern mystics, Chinese restaurant waiters and people
who can t pronounce their Ls and Rs properly. It s also land of slanted eyes, buck teeth, and
incorrect grammar. It s a land of the yellow menace taking America s money. But we will dive
deeper into that subject as this extended essay progresses, this is only the introduction portion of
course. Today s lack of Asians on movie screens can be traced to the very beginning of American
film. Back then, minorities including

What s Wrong With Gay Marriage Summary
I do. These simply words have such a concise, yet profound message. Recently homosexual
marriage has been a constantly debated issue. In What s Wrong with Gay Marriage? Katha Pollitt
defends the controversial decision with logic and reason. On the other hand, author Charles Colson
writes in Gay Marriage: Societal Suicide that the very acceptance of same sex marriageis the
beginning of the end of traditional American society. While the essays have contrasting views, both
authors relay their messages eloquently and stir thought provoking discussions over one of the most
decisive issues in modern America.
Pollitt uses a series of analogies to convey that there is no substantial issue with permitting same
sex marriage. Furthermore, the comparisons she presents strengthen her argument and defend
against possible counter arguments. She attacks the notion of preventing homosexual marriage on
the grounds of procreation and claims that the very idea is impractical. The law allows married
couples to use birth control, to get sterilized, to be celibate (Pollitt 530). If marriages do not have
to be based on ability to reproduce, then two individuals of the same gender ... Show more content

The sole argument made against gay marriage is that permitting it would cause the destruction of
the society American culture has grown accustomed to. He argues that lack of the traditional

He claims that children from broken homes ... are nearly twice as likely to drop out of high

nothing about the detriments of a child being raised by parents of the same sex. Colson attempts to

Euripides The Trojan Women
British Prime Minister Winston Churchill once asserted that history is written by the victors.
Indeed, when Athenian troops first invaded the tiny, neutral island of Melos during the prolonged
Peloponnesian War, few native Greeks protested against the violent incursion. However, when
Euripides, the third of the Greek tragic poets, developed The Trojan Women months after the
deadly attack, Greek citizens were presented with a perspective of war unlike any other. Although
Euripides production is centered on the mythical Trojan War, it was recognized by Greek citizens
as a clear condemnation of the invasion that had just taken place the year before. Even today, The
Trojan Women is widely regarded as an anti war composition that focuses on the terrors and
irrationality of... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Euripides intentionally employs graphic imagery to convey the inhumanity of war and thus
evoke a wide range of emotion from his audience. Near the beginning of the play, Poseidon
observes that blood drips down from the gods shrines as he passes through the devastated city
where Troy once proudly stood (Euripides 31). Evidently, the Greek soldiers had exercised such
depravity during battle that they had resorted to slaughtering and raping innocent civilians in
consecrated temples. This despicable act surely would have upset Euripides largely religious
audience, who would not have condoned such immorality, regardless of the circumstances.
Euripides uses this same literary device to evoke pathos when he describes the death of
Astyanax. When Andromache is first informed of her baby son s fate, she cries out, Why hold
me with your hands so fast, cling so fast to me? You little bird, flying to hide beneath my wings
(Euripides 64). By creating an image of a little child, hardly developed beyond babyhood, clinging
desperately to his mother in the same way a hatchling might seek shelter in its mother s

Relationship Between Love And Friendship Essay
When discussing love, people generally think about the love between a husband and wife, or
the love between a couple in a romantic partnership, and that is one type of love that I will be
discussing. In addition to romantic love, there are other types of love also. There is the love we
have for our children, our families, and also the love that we have for our friends. All of these
types of love share some of the same attributes, however, they have differences also. In reading
and researching different types of love, I have found that romantic love and friendship seem to be
the most similar in nature, although they have differences, they share a lot of the same attributes.
I found that friendship and romantic love tend to have more similarities than differences. In this
paper I will examine romantic love and friendship. I will discuss the definitions of the two, and
what elements each of these have. I will discuss the different theories of love, and I will compare
and contrast the similarities and differences between romantic love and friendship. By friendship, I
mean true friendship, or close friendships. I believe that true friendship is very different from
causal friendships. True friendships involve a level of emotional intimacy that you do not find with
causal friendships or acquaintances. If you look in the dictionary, it will define friendship as the
relationship between friends, or the state of being friends (Merriam Webster.com). I do not find that

Observation Of Daya
During this past week, I was enjoying some relaxation time from my busy and hectic schedule
and watching some Netflix. I was watching an episode of Orange Is The New Black, form
Season 1. The overall summary of the episode that I was watching was that there was an inmate,
Daya, who was pregnant from one of the prison guards who also happens to be her boyfriend. In
a panic of trying to protect the boyfriend/prison guard from being fired once it is figured out that
Daya is pregnant, multiple inmates work together in coming up with a plan trying to help out Daya.
The helpers include Daya s familymembers, people from the same race, and a couple random
women from a different clique. It was a little odd that all these inmates were working together
trying to help out Daya in such an involved and difficult situation. All of these women who are
usually at each other s throats are now working together trying to come up with solutions. In
addition to this, the solution that the group decided on, was given by one the women from the
outside clique, which was odd. However, we later learn that the reason why she... Show more

reasons why Daya s mother was helping out was because she wanted to make sure her

Federal Income Tax Vs. Flat Tax
There has always been a large amount of discussion on the topic of the federal income tax.
Specifically, the discussions have revolved around how exactly the people should be taxed. There
are several ways in which tax rates can be determined, and all of them have some form of a strong
argument behind them. The flat taxis the best option as, by nature, it is the most fair. Tax rates are
measured by percentages, and when taxes are collected by percentages, the wealthy are already
paying more money than the poor. For example, if a flat tax rate of 20% is in place, and one
person has an annual income of $150,000 while another person has an annual income of $40,000.

This tax is called sin tax, and it is a tax that is levied on items that are considered hazardous and
/or unhealthy, such as cigarettes and alcohol. It is also proven that the lower class, specifically
the lowest quintile in the U.S., spends a higher percentage of their income on alcohol and
tobacco than the upper classes. This is most likely due to the fact that the poorer people actually
purchase more alcohol and tobacco than the average person in the higher classes. The cause of
this is most probably early formations of addictions, which quite possibly ruined careers. People
who fall under this category most likely became addicted to alcohol and/or tobacco early on in
their lives, which put a financial strain on them earlier on in their careers, or even before their
careers even started, therefore hindering their ability to move up in their jobs or find better

Comparison Of Magazines And Men s Health
Women s Health and Men s Health are magazines that generally revolve around appearances.
Both magazines advertise sex tricks or benefits, ways to improve your health, and the most
numerous topic being techniques or plans to lose weight. Along the lines of losing weight, both
magazines make a point to specifically address the desire for toned abs. These magazines target
men and women professionals probably ranging from late 20s to mid 40s. The intended
audiences of these magazines are responsible for the majority of purchases that sustain and
determine our society s economy. I chose these magazines because their audiences have a
significant impact on the progression of culture. Therefore, the common necessity of exercise is
presented in a way to persuade readers to agree with their beliefs or buy a product or plan being
advertised. Another reason I chose these magazines is because I know they are commonly read and
a popular magazine to buy. My own mother buys Women s Health. Consequently, many people
frequently read these magazines and are exposed to their style of advertisingand their beliefs.

Globalization And Globalisation

on individuals: globalisation or your chosen example from block 1 ?
Globalisation and immigration a socio political imbalance.
In this essay we are going to look at globalisation and immigration with the aim to see which has
the biggest impact on individuals. We shall examine what globalisation is and what effects it has
on trade, government and people. We will also look at immigration, the push and pull factors and
what immigration means to individuals depending on which part of the world they are leaving
behind. We will look at an illegal immigrants perspective in contrast to someone who is already a
citizen.
Globalisation refers to the apparently increasing exchange of goods, raw material, information,
people and money between parts of the world that have been geographically and culturally
separated until now . (The Open University, 2013, Block 4 , p13). Advancements in transportation
and communication technology have created a a global market for consumers anywhere in the

country in the world who participate in the free market.

Offerer Acceptance (Law)
Offer and acceptance is one the main 7 essentials to create a legally binding contract since a
contract is based on agreement. It is also an essential for a court to arbitrate problems. An offer
is a manifestation (orally, in writing, or by conduct) of willingness to enter into bargain, which
justifies another person s understanding of assent to that bargain is invited and will conclude the
transaction. An Offeror is the party who makes the offer. An offeree is the party who receives the
offer and is asked to accept it and thus form a contract. An offer can be either bilateral (made to a
specific person(s)) or unilateral form (made to the whole world). (Frey Frey, 2001)

As Anjali refers to the offer made on the notice board the notice on the staff notice board said that
the car would be sold to the first staff member who pays the money as she did not come with the

In Kavitha s case she conveyed her acceptance clearly in verbal form while she arrived with a
cheque which she handed over to Manuja therefore as she has accepted the offer validly and an
agreement exists thus Kavitha can sue Manjula for Breach of contract.
The offerors act of withdrawing an offer is referred to as revocation. Unless an offer is irrevocable,
the offeror can revoke the offer even if he or she has promised to keep the offer open (Miller Jentz,
2010). Revocation of offers should be made the same way offers were made as established in the
case of Shuey v US. Manjula s revocation of the offer fails because an offer cannot be reversed
once it has been accepted i.e. in a case like Payne v Cave the highest bidder could withdraw his

Tienhoven the acceptor could not revoke his offer because he already accepted it. Thus Kavitha

shaped by dominant Canadian culture. However, not a lot of research is being done on how they
themselves have, and are able to incorporate their own culture into Canadian society. Therefore, I
was very interested in finding research that focuses on how immigrant communities have done so.
The focus of this paper is to provide information on the importance of immigrant involvement and
participation in society, and how this in turn can help in their integration into Canadian
communities. Through the use of academic research, I argue, that it is through immigrant

in a new community. For example without housing, immigrants are prone to homelessness, which
can then lead to health problems, then to emotional distress. Therefore lack of housing poses a
threat to the integration process of newcomers. In the Peel Region, settlement workers and agencies
themselves are stressing the lack of settlement services provided to the new arrivals. With cities like
Mississauga whose immigrant population is rapidly increasing, settlement services must be readily
available. According to a Mississauga settlement worker, there has been major financial cut backs

Symbolism In The Cherry Orchard
The famous human condition doctor and writer Anton Chekhov wrote the play The Cherry
Orchard in his last year of life, 1904. The Cherry Orchard is a tragic comedy with a double plot
that entertains the audience through the extreme and questionable situations. Chekhov involves in
his play physical humor, which can be explained as exaggerated body movements and expressions
in order to cause funny and yet meaningful acts. The main plot and the most obvious one is the
dilemma that people face when they are in front of financial, social problems and emotional
barriers to overcome these problems (cutting down the cherry tree). This play contains a whole

Summary Of Poem In Just By Ee Cummings
E.E Cummings distinctive style in poetry gives readers the opportunity to interpret his work in
various ways. His satirical approach challenges modern society to go against the grain and construe
his work how they individually view it. His fascination with nature allows him to create an
unpredictable yet vivid storyline for readers. Cummings use of allegory and symbolism in his poem
[in Just ] contributes to his intention of allowing readers to think for themselves.
In the poem, the speaker begins by setting the scene. It is springtime and that is all we know, but
with just that minor detail, readers can envision nice weather, a sunny day, and an overall
beautiful scenery. The speaker continues by adding more details to the scenery. When the world is
mud /luscious the little/lame balloonman... Now we are provided with mud and a balloonman.
More often than not, when there is mud there are either children or animals around. In this case,
we learn that it is in fact children playing around having a splendid time in mud. It seems typical
that kids are enjoying the weather while getting dirty, but then there is a balloonman that is
presented. The balloonman seems to be slightly disabled as he is referred to as the little lame
balloonman with the term lame meaning he has a limp when he walks. It seems odd that there is a
person with a limp that is presented in such an environment that the speaker previously depicted.
The balloonman appears to be content with himself as he is whistling and minding his own business.
The speaker then introduces readers to two boys eddieandbill . The names are not bothered
being separated because the speaker wants to emphasize the close relationship between the two.
The lack of spacing between the names exudes that the boys have a two peas in a pod kind of
bond. Throughout the poem, the speaker constantly reminds us that it is spring and adds more
details to the setting. The repetition of the time of the year being spring grants readers the idea
that this is important and a wonderful season. The world is referred to as puddle wonderful in the
middle of the poem and it appears that the poem is beginning to pick up. The balloon man is an
oddball. The spotlight appears to be on

Boy s Murders In The Film Paradise Lost

three teenage boys are put on trial for the speculation of their murders. Jessie Misskelley Jr.,

were found to have been choked, raped, and sexually mutilated before their murders. Sources in
West Memphis report that Misskelley, Echols, and Baldwin are worshippers of Satan and the
murders were committed as a ritual act to praise Satan. West Memphis is a highly religious town,

Members of the community thought the boys to being worshippers of Satan because of their
apparent taste for wearing black and listening to heavy suggestive music like Metallica. In this
community that was noted to be outlier behavior, since the majority of the members lived

of the community they were an easy pick for the suspects of the killings. Even Damien Echols
stated that they were the obvious choice, because they already stood out from the rest. The minority
attacking the majority is called a centripetal attack. This upward attack is directed from the margins
to the center meaning the minority attack is directed towards the majority. This attracts centrifugal
law which works against the minority attackers. Centrifugal law is greater than the opposite,
centripetal law, so it is considered more serious for the margin to commit crimes against the
socially integrated. This goes along with the idea that the unconventionality of the boys allowed
them to be targets and therefore subject to more law against them. The lifestyle of these boys was
seen as unconventional considering the environment where they lived. As mentioned before, the

Ups Promotes Diversity Within Its Company Essay
John Martin, a 30 year Senior Business Continuity Analyst at UPS, feels that the issue begins
with the entry level employees (Martin, personal interview, 2016). The employees are not given
a baseline of expectations that they need to follow. This has led to costly retraining of the new
millennial employees at the company (Martin personal interview, 2016). The last manager that
the writer interviewed, Gary Overstreet, expressed concerns over the lost control of HR costs,
and the repetition of many of the same ongoing HR issues that have led to company lawsuits
(Overstreet personal interview, 2016). UPS promotes diversity within its company literature.
United Parcel Service describes diversity as impacting its company on a global aspect. Diversity
is a key issue in many of UPS s human resource issues. The web link to the company s diversity
statements will allow the writer to determine specific diversity issues and how they impact the
selected company (UPS, 2012). Diversity between the generations is impacting companies in a way

Theme Of The Hypocrite
The play begins with a household in disarray, and the central themes of morality and religion are
immediately apparent. The play s initial conflict is based around Madame Pernell s insistence that
her son s household is insufficiently pious. It is worth noting that for Moliere s society, religionand
moralitywere not considered separate virtues, but rather dependent ones.
The initial conflict centers on Tartuffe(Played by Dalton Grafton), who is already established as a
central character even though he does not enter until Act III. It is obviously improper to allow
an elderly family member to leave the home unsatisfied, but everyone is flabbergasted about
how to answer her charges, precisely because they do not understand the obsession with
Tartuffe. Part of the older woman s problem is that she takes Tartuffe at face value because he
expresses piety, he is a model of piety. Because her family does not express such piety, and dares
to challenge Tartuffe s expressions of it, they are impious. The irony for the audience lies in our
awareness that she is turning from her family in the name of religion, while they are desperately
trying to placate her. By the time she exits at the end of Scene I, the import of the play s subtitle
The Hypocrite is extremely clear, and the conflict between appearance and reality is well
established.
Dorine (played by the Elise Marshall) is established as the arguably strongest character even in this
first scene. Though she is a servant,

Oak Park Township s Potential Trend Equation
1 Introduction This report presents projections of Oak Park Township s population for the year
2030. These projections were done by three methods such as the following: allocation, trend
extrapolation, and cohort component. These projected processes and results can be elaborated by
methods in the following sections. 2 Population Projection Methods 2.1 Allocation Allocation, this
method uses larger region s population or projections and percentage of population of a smaller
area in the larger region to estimate smaller area s population. Oak Park Township is located in
Cook County, so the first step is to obtain the most recent population of Cook County and Oak Park
Township and the projected population of Cook County in 2030. According to... Show more content

Then, using the population of each five year cohort in 2000, we projected the population
excluding migration in 2010. Comparing the census and projected population in 2010, the10 year
migration rates were estimated. So, with the migration rates, the migration of 2030 could be
projected. Due to the projected births, deaths and migration in 2030, the projected population of
Oak park Township in 2030 was shown in following Table 4. Comparatively speaking, the
allocation and trend extrapolation methods require less data and simply assume current
distributions and the trend will continue. However, the cohort component method relies on more
data and assumptions than the others. It can be rationally projected. That is to say, if obtaining
the data and assumptions is not difficult, the cohort component could provide a reliable
projection. 3 Conclusion The results of the projected population of Oak Park Township in 2030
by different methods were distinctly shown in Table 6. These projections have quite a bit of
difference. According to the above comparison of three methods, the cohort component should be
the reliable one. In conclusion, the population of Oak Park Township is likely to see a reduction,
compared with 2010. The population is projected from 51,878 to 45,187, a decrease of 6,691 or 12.9

Online Dating And Its Impact On The World
With the advancement of the Internet, we have seen many changes in the dating world. Hundreds
of applications and websites have been created in order to connect people locally and
internationally. Among these websites and applications are online dating tools. Online dating
began in 1995 when Match.com was created, and has grown significantly since. Millennials (the
generation born between the 1980 s and the mid 2000 s) were born into the digital revolution.
Growing up, we were more likely to text to ask for a date, rather than in person, or even over the
phone. Now that most Millennials are teenagers or older, datingapps have become the new norm.
With apps like OkCupid, Tinder, Grindr, and more, traditional dating values have gone out the door
to make room for online dating. The thing our parents knew as courting, rarely exists within the
Millennial generation. So, with all these knew dating tools, the question becomes: Has online
dating actually affected how Millennials date?
Literary Review In our research about online dating and the effect it has had on how Millennials
date, we found that there were some common ideas among writers. Because our topic is
relatively new, finding actual journals or research studies were hard. We decided to focus mostly
on articles written for big name websites like Forbes and Time. The first things we decided to look
at were the statistics of online dating. Online dating began in 1995 when Match.com was created.
This is during a time

  • 2. The Three Terminologies The use of online health records is increasing worldwide. Well, the explanation of these digital health records sometimes get quite complex when we think of the users, healthcare setting, the health information and certainly the technology. Three terminologies are commonly used to explain digital health records Electronic health Records (EHR), Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and Personal Health Record (PHR). Regrettably, the definition of all these terminologies differs all over the world and creates confusion, both inside and outside the health industry. So, in order to differentiate the three terminologies, we have to understand the two aspects that could possibly separate the three terminologies. First is the plenitude of the health information ... In the plan driven approach more planning is emphasized which pressurize the development teams to follow the pre specified documentation even at the minor levels of modification at technology, commercial and personal aspects. The author of the article suggests that there should be at least three milestones in the software development process. Firstly for the progress of the project in order to know the current status of the project. Secondly for the stakeholder s checkpoint i.e. to check the progress on the development process form the stakeholders point of view whether the commitment given to them is fulfilled or not. Throughout The Street Lawyer Michael and Mordecia counseled each individual to gain a knowledge of what their lives were before they became homeless and why they have become homeless. Most lawyers would not take the time find out if whether or not their client had a place to sleep or food to eat the night before. Many lawyers would not offer their services free of charge. Michael and Mordecia worked as lawyers as well as social workers. Each day Michael and Mordecia traveled to a local homeless shelter to interview potential clients and help them with whatever they needed. Most of their clients were generally homeless people or individuals who were laid off from their job recently. The two helped these individuals fill out government forms, obtain job applications, and sometimes a rehab center for those who were addicted to drugs and alcohol. It is a very comprehensible system to keep the right people in the right place doing the job they are trained to do The only negative aspect to this setup of this structure is that there is little to no communication between the among the separate divisions. However, if an emergency were to arise, each division would be able to respond accordingly. The second structure in project organization is the matrix structure. Abualnaja Department of Mathematics and Statistics, College of Science, Taif University, Taif, KSA dujam@windowslive.com ABSTRACT This paper is devoted to derive the explicit approximate solutions for the time fractional (Caputo sense) coupled Burger s equations with implementation of the homotopy perturbation method. The numerical results are compared with the exact solution at special cases of the fractional derivatives. The results reveal that the proposed method is very effective and simple. Keywords: Fractional differential equations; Caputo s derivative; Homotopy perturbation method. MSC 2010: 65N20; 41A30. INTRODUCTION Ordinary and partial fractional differential equations (FDEs) have been the focus of many studies due to their frequent appearance in various applications in damping laws, motion in Newtonian fluid, dynamical systems, viscoelasticity, biology, physics and engineering ([3], [6]). Consequently, considerable attention has been given to the solutions of fractional differential equations of physical interest. Most fractional differential equations do not have exact solutions, so numerical techniques ([12], [18]) must be used. Also, some untraditional approximate methods have recently been developed by scientists and engineers ([1], [14]). In this paper we will implement one of these methods, namely, homotopy perturbation method (HPM) which was firstly presented by He ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

The rural sector of India remains vital today as 70% of the total Indian population dwell in either small rural villages or farms (World Hunger and Poverty Facts, 2013). India has therefore managed to combine its impressive economic achievements, which can match that of the developed world, whilst continually facing humanitarian issues present in developing nations. This conclusion suggests that economic development does not necessarily have a correlation with human development. Until recently, a common view of development referred to rising income levels and overall economic growth of a country. However, in recent years a shift towards focusing upon humanity issues and circumstances rather than monetary concerns reflects the new definition of a nation s development, which can be measured by the Human Development Indicator (HDI) produced by the United Nation Development Programme in 1990. • 20. Early Policing Of Colonial America EARLY POLICING IN COLONIAL AMERICA Early Policing In Colonial America Chad Mayers Evolution of Policing CRMJ 151 E A Mr. Maurice Dickey March 28, 2015 Abstract Early policing in Colonial America had its beginnings in England. Police departments in America started to follow the trend. Actually, they were not police departments as we know them today. Policing in colonial America began as a night watch program of volunteers in the early 1600 s in the northern colonies, specifically in Boston. Early policing was not the same throughout the colonies. Southern colonies developed their own system of policing based on the needs of the community using watch groups and organized groups of white men known as slave patrols. The policing systems changed as the colonies grew in population, more small businesses, the development of large industries and more funding became available. War and then revolution strained the Boston watch system...the French and Indian war 1756 1763... (Wadman Allison2004,p.10). The watch system in all of the colonies had similarities and differences, however none were very successful in reducing crime. New York, Boston, Charleston, Virginia, and Tennessee all suffered immense problems with their crime rate using the watch system. This was the first form of policing in colonial ... The Film Production Of The Movie Production Industry In the film production industry, the main goal is to produce a film that appeals to the audience and incorporate elements of the certain time period. In doing so, the production film must keep in mind the current trends and views of society. Stereotypes have been commonly present in society for as long as our history dates back to. Among these stereotypes, I will be focusing primarily on Asian stereotypes the primary reason being that I am an Asian Americanmyself. The portrayal of these common stereotypes however, does not imply or mean that Americans view it in a positive light. Some of the most renowned and racist films in history are Breakfast at Tiffany s and Sixteen Candles. In addition to these films, I will be examining and analyzing the television series Gossip Girl and Fresh off the Boat to access a different perspective on the subject of how minorities are seen in American society. Asian America is known to be comprised of immigrants, the ninjas, the kung fu masters, small business owners, eastern mystics, Chinese restaurant waiters and people who can t pronounce their Ls and Rs properly. It s also land of slanted eyes, buck teeth, and incorrect grammar. It s a land of the yellow menace taking America s money. In What s Wrong with Gay Marriage? Katha Pollitt defends the controversial decision with logic and reason. On the other hand, author Charles Colson writes in Gay Marriage: Societal Suicide that the very acceptance of same sex marriageis the beginning of the end of traditional American society. While the essays have contrasting views, both authors relay their messages eloquently and stir thought provoking discussions over one of the most decisive issues in modern America. Pollitt uses a series of analogies to convey that there is no substantial issue with permitting same sex marriage. Furthermore, the comparisons she presents strengthen her argument and defend against possible counter arguments. She attacks the notion of preventing homosexual marriage on the grounds of procreation and claims that the very idea is impractical. All of these types of love share some of the same attributes, however, they have differences also. In reading and researching different types of love, I have found that romantic love and friendship seem to be the most similar in nature, although they have differences, they share a lot of the same attributes. I found that friendship and romantic love tend to have more similarities than differences. In this paper I will examine romantic love and friendship. I will discuss the different theories of love, and I will compare and contrast the similarities and differences between romantic love and friendship. His satirical approach challenges modern society to go against the grain and construe his work how they individually view it. His fascination with nature allows him to create an unpredictable yet vivid storyline for readers. Cummings use of allegory and symbolism in his poem [in Just ] contributes to his intention of allowing readers to think for themselves. In the poem, the speaker begins by setting the scene. It is springtime and that is all we know, but with just that minor detail, readers can envision nice weather, a sunny day, and an overall beautiful scenery. The speaker continues by adding more details to the scenery. When the world is mud /luscious the little/lame balloonman... Now we are provided with mud and a balloonman. More often than not, when there is mud there are either children or animals around. In this case, we learn that it is in fact children playing around having a splendid time in mud. It seems typical that kids are enjoying the weather while getting dirty, but then there is a balloonman that is presented. The balloonman seems to be slightly disabled as he is referred to as the little lame balloonman with the term lame meaning he has a limp when he walks. It seems odd that there is a person with a limp that is presented in such an environment that the speaker previously depicted. The balloonman appears to be content with himself as he is whistling and minding his own business. The speaker then introduces readers to two boys eddieandbill . In this community that was noted to be outlier behavior, since the majority of the members lived conservative, Christian lifestyles. Since the teenagers expressed different interests than the majority of the community they were an easy pick for the suspects of the killings. Even Damien Echols stated that they were the obvious choice, because they already stood out from the rest. The minority attacking the majority is called a centripetal attack. This upward attack is directed from the margins to the center meaning the minority attack is directed towards the majority. This attracts centrifugal law which works against the minority attackers. Centrifugal law is greater than the opposite, centripetal law, so it is considered more serious for the margin to commit crimes against the socially integrated. This goes along with the idea that the unconventionality of the boys allowed them to be targets and therefore subject to more law against them. The lifestyle of these boys was seen as unconventional considering the environment where they lived. As mentioned before, the people of West Memphis are God loving people who put faith above all else in their daily lives. The way these ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

The last manager that the writer interviewed, Gary Overstreet, expressed concerns over the lost control of HR costs, and the repetition of many of the same ongoing HR issues that have led to company lawsuits (Overstreet personal interview, 2016). Diversity is a key issue in many of UPS s human resource issues. The web link to the company s diversity statements will allow the writer to determine specific diversity issues and how they impact the selected company (UPS, 2012). Diversity between the generations is impacting companies in a way that is splitting companies apart (Mhatre Conger, 2011). There is a gap that is not mended could cause irreparable harm. Each generation has different interpretations of missions, goals and rules to the point that communication is shutting down (Mhatre Conger, 2011). • 44. Theme Of The Hypocrite The play begins with a household in disarray, and the central themes of morality and religion are immediately apparent. The play s initial conflict is based around Madame Pernell s insistence that her son s household is insufficiently pious. It is worth noting that for Moliere s society, religionand moralitywere not considered separate virtues, but rather dependent ones. The initial conflict centers on Tartuffe(Played by Dalton Grafton), who is already established as a central character even though he does not enter until Act III. It is obviously improper to allow an elderly family member to leave the home unsatisfied, but everyone is flabbergasted about how to answer her charges, precisely because they do not understand the obsession with Tartuffe. Part of the older woman s problem is that she takes Tartuffe at face value because he expresses piety, he is a model of piety. Because her family does not express such piety, and dares to challenge Tartuffe s expressions of it, they are impious. The irony for the audience lies in our awareness that she is turning from her family in the name of religion, while they are desperately trying to placate her. By the time she exits at the end of Scene I, the import of the play s subtitle The Hypocrite is extremely clear, and the conflict between appearance and reality is well established. Dorine (played by the Elise Marshall) is established as the arguably strongest character even in this first scene. Though she is a servant, ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 45. Oak Park Township s Potential Trend Equation 1 Introduction This report presents projections of Oak Park Township s population for the year 2030. Oak Park Township is located in Cook County, so the first step is to obtain the most recent population of Cook County and Oak Park Township and the projected population of Cook County in 2030. According to... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Then, using the population of each five year cohort in 2000, we projected the population excluding migration in 2010. Comparing the census and projected population in 2010, the10 year migration rates were estimated. So, with the migration rates, the migration of 2030 could be projected. Due to the projected births, deaths and migration in 2030, the projected population of Oak park Township in 2030 was shown in following Table 4. Comparatively speaking, the allocation and trend extrapolation methods require less data and simply assume current distributions and the trend will continue. However, the cohort component method relies on more data and assumptions than the others. It can be rationally projected. That is to say, if obtaining the data and assumptions is not difficult, the cohort component could provide a reliable projection. 3 Conclusion The results of the projected population of Oak Park Township in 2030 by different methods were distinctly shown in Table 6. These projections have quite a bit of difference. According to the above comparison of three methods, the cohort component should be the reliable one. In conclusion, the population of Oak Park Township is likely to see a reduction, compared with 2010. The population is projected from 51,878 to 45,187, a decrease of 6,691 or 12.9 ... Millennials (the generation born between the 1980 s and the mid 2000 s) were born into the digital revolution.
