Implementation Plan for Community Giving Program‬
â€
Company name: Stylehawk Enterprises, Inc DBA Trash & Stash‬
â€
Date: December, 2023‬
â€
Introduction‬
â€
Since our inception, Stylehawk Enterprises, Inc., DBA Trash and Stash‬â€
[TRASH &‬
â€
STASH]‬â€
has been committed to giving back to our local‬â€
community. From almost‬
â€
the beginning, we’ve had a giving relationship with the Isabella Santos‬
â€
Foundation‬â€
[ISF]‬
â€
, a local, Charlotte- based non- profit‬â€
organization committed to‬
â€
fighting rare pediatric cancer.‬
â€
Our initial commitment to‬â€
ISF‬â€
was to donate 50% of‬â€
gross sales from our‬â€
2nd Life‬
â€
Resale Program‬
â€
. We then offered a‬â€
“Give & Save”‬â€
promotion‬â€
where a minimum‬
â€
donation of $25 to‬â€
ISF‬â€
yielded 10% off junk removal‬â€
(up to $100). Since then, we’ve‬
â€
given to various event sponsorship opportunities and purchased ISF products for‬
â€
client appreciation gifts.‬
â€
We’re now committed to an expanded and more formal giving program with ISF.‬
â€
The purpose of this implementation plan is to provide a clear and practical‬
â€
framework for verifying‬â€
TRASH & STASH‬
â€
’s newly formalized‬â€
donation‬
â€
commitment. The plan outlines our commitment, strategies, and actions to‬
â€
ensure that our donation commitment is effectively integrated into‬â€
TRASH &‬
â€
STASH‬
â€
’s operations and will be successfully implemented‬â€
in the short term, and‬
â€
maintained in the long term.‬
â€

â€
Desired Impact: To contribute to the fight against rare pediatric cancer and‬

â€
. This will come in the form of an‬â€

3.‬ â€
Trash and Stash is committed to community involvement. We provide paid‬
â€
volunteer hours for our team in addition to providing in- kind services to‬
â€
“qualified” charitable partners. As such, cash donations may be‬
â€
supplemented by volunteer and in- kind donations to specific charitable‬
â€
partners.‬â€

kind donations‬
â€
and cash contributions will be in excess of 2% revenue annually.‬
