You are currently sharing this feeling of loneliness with young people everywhere. Recall that loneliness is
a common emotion and a characteristic of being human.
3. 2. You have the power:
You have the ability to transform your life for the better by using your own inner force. You could
accomplish this by unwinding, thinking, or taking up a new pastime. We have faith in you. You are able to
act.
4. 3.You may be creative and embrace it:
Make an effort to creatively and artistically convey your experience and share it with others. Take
ownership of your knowledge. Take away its authority. Give it to everyone.

Along with friends, family, and support services, we all care for you (or your created family). They are in the
open already. Open your arms and welcome them in.
6. 5. You merit meaningful connections:
Give priority to developing high-quality relationships over a large number of them. Relationships are a
powerful tool in the fight against loneliness. Spend some time enhancing your connections. Remind
yourself that you are deserving of this.
7. 6. Your interests and pastimes matter:
What makes you happy matters to us. Anything from discovering a new TV series to taking up a new sport
could be the cause. Never forget that experiencing fear can be a necessary part of growth.

your feelings:
Spend some time dwelling with your feelings. allowing your feelings to be in the moment. examining and
embracing your feelings. Make a connection with you. Express yourself, doodle, voice memo, and keep a
journal.

loneliness. Tell yourself again that you are not to blame. that it's acceptable to feel these ways.

Being honest about your emotions is brave; it does not indicate weakness. Try talking to a trusted person
about how you're feeling. Connecting can be facilitated by being open and vulnerable.
