2. WHAT ARE TREASURE BASKETS
Treasure baskets are filled with every day items that
can be found in your household cupboards, these can
be made from natural materials, such as a paint brush,
metal spoon, or items found in your bathroom.
These items promote learning across all areas of
babies development. Playing with these everyday items
gives babies an opportunity to explore, experiment and
make choices at their own pace.
It is a great activity for babies who can sit up unaided
as they are able to grasp and handle objects. By sitting
close you can give support and help extend their
learning .
