We're celebrating Recruiting for Good's 25th Anniversary by creating a Recruiting Co+Op; that values members who successfully participate in our meaningful referral program by generating proceeds on their behalf! Co+Op members make referrals enabling Recruiting for Good to generate proceeds by delivering staffing solutions to companies. Every time a hire is made, and Recruiting for Good earns a finder's fee; Co+Op member earns 5% (of finder's fee, typically $1,000).

1. Recruiting Co+Op Terms of Service
These Terms of Service expressly control and govern your use of this web site,
www.TheRecruitingCo-Op.com (the “Website”), any services and/or content made
available from or through this the Website, and any fees which earned and/or payable in
connection with a referral of a placement opportunity hereunder.
Referral Fees: Recruiting for Good will reward referral with proceeds generated by
delivering staffing services to companies referred by Recruiting Co+Op Member.
Recruiting Co+Op Member earns proceeds by referring/introducing to a company
hiring professional staff. Co+Op Member will introduce Recruiting for Good to a CEO,
CFO, CIO/CTO, or VP of HR to successfully participate in Co+Op (and earn proceeds).
Then, every time Recruiting for Good finds the company a fulltime employee, earns a
finder’s fee, and hired employee completes guarantee period; Recruiting Co+Op
member earns 5% of proceeds earned (from Recruiting for Good’s finder’s fee).
Candidate must maintain employment with the Employer for ninety (90) days following
Candidate’s employment start date (the “Guarantee Period”). Recruiting for Good shall
Reward Referrals (5% of Proceeds Earned).
Every referral to a company made by Recruiting Co+Op Member that results in a fulltime
hire; will earn 5% of placement fee earned (typically $1,000).
If Co+Op member refers a second company to Recruiting for Good for staffing services;
every fulltime placement earns double proceeds (10% of all proceeds earned from
companies referred).
Contract is effective date of signature from both parties (Recruiting Co+Op Member and
Recruiting for Good). At end of year Co+Op Member will receive a 1099 for proceeds
paid.
