This document provides an overview of an event on Open Science. The agenda includes: an introduction to recent Open Science developments; a discussion of legal aspects of Open Access; a session on Fair Open Access; workshops on Open Science support tools; and a closing session. Key topics that will be discussed include Coalition S and Plan S and their influence on libraries; issues around journal quality and predatory publishers; research assessment methodologies; the European Open Science Cloud (EOSC); and Open Access in Belgian legislation.
