Tara J. Licata is an associate attorney at Mancini &
Associates, PLC. Mrs.Licata focuses her practice on

Mrs. Licata received her Juris Doctorate from Whittier Law School, in Costa Mesa,

also received the Dean's Financial Scholarship for Spring 2007 to Spring 2008. In 2008,
