The other name game news is that Rosie Tang, aka Rebecca Tang, aka
Rose Tang, aka Ruby Tang has started using deviations of her FOREIGN
HR TEFL recruiting brand and now uses these most recent names, with
more on the way according to our inside source;
FOREIGNERHR, FOREIGNERHR.com, and FOREIGN HR
In addition, she operates all of these known scam brands already outed on
line as salary skimming and bait and switch China job scams.

In other news be aware that a MLM operation called World
Ventures has somehow acquired a database of expats in China,
4. perhaps buying it from Echinacities or Beijinger and are now
soliciting us all to buy into their travel venture in which their own
law firm admitted in a U.S. courtroom that less than 5% of their
members actually made a profit over the last five years since their
inception.
Two members of the old China Teachers Alliance that disbanded
in 2008 because the Chinese government refused to renew the
visas of their founder and two top leaders have resurrected the old
group which they say now is only about 180 members in Beijing,
but they have already compiled and posted a blacklist for the
benefit of new arrival TEFL teachers. Although they say the
support the CFTU they claim they do not agree with the recent
policy of the CFTU ato help the Chinese government root out all
the fake teachers. Their blacklist is similar to but smaller than the
CFTU blacklist and can be found at
https://www.slideshare.net/LaowaiCareerCenter/cta-2017-china-s
cam-blacklist-for-tefl-teachers
Speaking of the CFTU, someone appears to be impersonating
one of their staff and the motives are not 100% clear yet. They are
most probably a shady recruiter blacklisted by the CFTU seeking
some revenge by smearing them online, or they are just a scam
artist trying to make a few bucks. Here is the story
http://opnlttr.com/letter/public-notice-cftu-impersonator-trying-sab
otage-our-operations-false-spoof-posts.
Our contact at the PSB advises us that they will continue their
sting operations to find, arrest, and deport the estimated 7,000
fake teachers still remaining in China and although the CFTU
asked SAFEA and the PSB for a 90 day amnesty period to allow
teachers already in China to get 100% legal, they said “Mei Men”
(No Way), so now it is just a matter of time before more and more
arrests are made since they confirmed they had the phone and
email logs of the 8 recruiters they arrested last April including
Rosie Tang which actually agreed to voluntarily turn over the
contact information of her own clients IF she could collect the
5. related reward moneys of 15,000 yuan per teacher. This was also
reported in a Beijinger blog not long ago here:

In a bizarre incident, we were invited to post our own sticky thread
at the TEFL Blacklist sub at Reddit following efforts by two of the
mods to censor our comments. After the thread was posted for a
few days, three users who admitted being China job recruiters
began to attack us with assertions and false claims that the CSP
and CFTU are the same entity simply because our web site
domains are both hosted by Go Daddy (which hosts about 60% of
all the western domains of the world – more than 680,000
domains). When we vigorously demanded proof of their claims
and argued that their thinking was flawed, we were simply deleted
from the sub and banned. When other users protested and
supported our arguments they too were deleted. Here are screen
shots of what took place before and after the deletions

So now we know these Reddit subs are moderated by actual
TEFL job recruiters: TEFL Blacklist, China Jobs, TEFL,
Teachers, the latter of which even has Rosie Tang as a moderator!

So remember that when visiting ESLCafe Echinacities,
Bejinginger, or most China-related subs at Reddit, the mods are
usually job recruiters using the forum to fish for new business and
will almost always censor out people who try to expose their
agenda or identity. Our user account at Reddit was banned in 4
subs for doing exactly that.
TIP OF THE MONTH:
Stop using Google for China due diligence and use
duckduckgo.com and you will see a HUGE difference in
search results for two reasons;
1) Scammers can use paid google ads and SEO tricks to keep a
positive imiage about themselves on page 1 of search results –
artificially. They cannot do this with duckduckgo.com.
2) The Chinese government is super sensitive about scams
based in China and if you search on google using key words of
“China” and “scam” in the same search string, most all the
results will be manipulated to hide the scams no matter what
the scam may be.
Try this and see for yourself Go to both Google and
DuckDuckGo.com and Yahoo if like as well and search this
keyword string; “Gi2c”, “Scam”, “China”. Amazing hey?
