A computer may be defined as an electronic machine, which accepts
data from an input device, processes it by performing arithmetical and
logical operations in accordance with a program of instructions and
returns the results through an output device.

• MS Office stands for “Microsoft Office”. It is a Suite of products
developed by Microsoft Corporation that includes Microsoft Word,
Excel, Access, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Each program serves a different purpose and is compatible with
other programs included in the package.
