2. The Merchant Payment Solutions (M2) is used to manage back office functions for merchant
acquiring and maintenance of existing merchant accounts. M2 system is a full package for merchant
acquiring and maintenance. M2 system interacts with First Data for boarding of new merchant and
maintaining the existing merchants. M2 also keeps updates about various pricing structure for
different types of merchant’s solutions.
Responsibilities:

PNC Bank is a leading bank in United States of America. Bank deals with lots of Payers and
Providers in during banking transactions for US HealthCare. PNC bank decided to leverage this
interaction with HealthCare industry to develop a unique Automated Clearing House (ACH) to
facilitate smoother and efficient HealthCare EDI transactions and settlements as governed by
HIPAA.PNCHCA is a medical banking project for developing Automated Clearing House (ACH)
for PNC. Development uses adapted Agile Methodology and testing activities complement this using

3. blend of Agile Testing methodologies and Waterfall model. This is one of its kind project for testing
since the ‘Business User Acceptance Testing’ is done completely by offshore via Citrix.
Development of the application takes place in Pune, India and Pittsburgh, PA.
Responsibilities:
· Initiated the project at offshore and at Pittsburgh at client location.
