Vivek is an Engineering graduate from
Devi Ahilya University, Indore. He had a
short career span working with an IT
company which closed its operation post
9/11 recession period.
He learned a lot on how to run a
company especially ‘what not to do when
running a start up’. He started off with
Smita doing small website designing and
web development projects and today leads
a team of 60+ professionals and serving
business needs of global clients. He is full
of positive energy and dreams big for his
company.
He drives the business development
and project management operations at
Panacea.
SMITA MALAIYA (Co-founder & MD)
With a postgraduate degree in Economics
from Lucknow University and a course from
CDAC, Smita put in great efforts to reach
where she is today. She started off with
freelancing in her preliminary days and put
down the lid of a comfortable freelancer;
gaining a good amount of experience in her
start off days it made her proficient
enough in 2004 to form Panacea Infotech
as a Private limited company and it
brought her great amount of joy as all the
hard work compensated. She struggled for
almost 2 years in the local market with
successfully completing 250+ projects
during the initial stage of Panacea.
She plays the chief in business
planning, strategize the big
picture, resource planning and ensures
that everything goes as planned.

Challenge -
Design & develop a website based on penny auction concept for
designer products. It was important to maintain the counter sync with
all the browsers for live auctioning. Design a UI for user to place bid
on the various items from leading designer brands, mange his own
account, payment gateway integration.
Solution -
Within specified time Panacea provided the fully functioning UI
integrated with the desired features & backend functionalities.
Specially implemented MySQL queries & server optimization techniques
were used to handle the live auctioning & sync with large number of
browsers.

Challenge -
Develop a native iOS app for food lovers to order food online with three
different types of users & two different currencies. Use unique IDs for
each device to mange expected security.
Solution -
The native application provided allows the user to order food from
provided list of restaurants. User can manage his own account , see
restaurants, menus, specials, give ratings, add to cart, cash on
delivery. User can give special instruction regarding order and use
discount code if they have.

Develop an Android application similar to existing E-commerce website
for vegetable seeds where user can see details of varieties of seeds as
per category along with details of sowing and harvesting dates for each
variety. Also facility to purchase various seeds online using app.

The Android application provided allows the user to see more than 400
varieties of seeds with details like sow & harvest period, images,
ratings, add to cart, know order status, mange user account. User can
select his shipping method & payment type (Paypal, credit/debit card,
check by mail).

user is provided with various customize options(add
image, art, text, effects, zoom, font size, spacing, rotation etc.)to
