The whole Trackitnow system is hosted on their own dedicated secure servers based in the UK.

Trackitnow offers a NO RISK alternative – The Trackitnow Guarantee "If Trackitnow Ltd do not supply you with a consistent connected service (other than for national GSM service outages), then you can cancel the agreement with 30 days notice in writing. This protects you from the situation where you may otherwise enter in to a third party finance or lease agreement with a tracking supplier who later goes out of business, leaving you with outstanding payments for unconnected tracking hardware.
