TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

2. MALAYSIAN PAVILION AT
Cost borne by MATRADE:
i) Space rental;
ii) Stand construction;
iii) Basic items in a shell scheme (e.g. table, chairs, counter, signage);
iv) Utilities (e.g. electricity); and
v) Promotion and publicity of the overall Malaysian presence.
Exhibitors Expenses:
i) Participation fee of RM8,000.00 per company for a standard booth.
Payment method:
• Crossed cheque is to be made payable to “MATRADE“; or
• Online Banking Maybank2u (Bill Payment to “MATRADE”). E-Payment Code
for this trade fair is TF121040.
Please note that this fee is not refundable upon confirmation of your participation
by MATRADE;
ii) Cost for additional equipment / accessories needed, other than those
provided;
iii) Travel, accommodation, food and transportation expenses; and
iv) Costs for the shipment of exhibits (including duties/taxes incurred in the
delivery or return of samples)
Product / Services Display Categories:
Products/services for exhibition must be made in Malaysia and compatible with the
product display categories specified by the fair organizer.

Application Submission:
Malaysian companies offering ICT products/services interested to participate in GITEX
Technology Week 2012, Dubai, UAE can register online (by / before 18 May 2012) at:

Once you have done your online registration, you are required to submit:
i) Crossed cheque to be made payable to ”MATRADE” or Maybank2u payment
slip (proof of payment); and
ii) 2 copies of the company’s products/services information brochures.
Complete submission must be made latest by 18 May 2012 (Friday) to the following
