Collection and Storage Generating receipt note All the details about the item, storage location and the

Primary Requirement – Delivery and Rent Management

Delivery and Rent Link with the receipt note The customer needs to get the receipt note in order to claim the
Management stored items. The location of items can be identified from the
receipt note and items can be retrieved easily.
Automatic rent calculation The rent is calculated as per the specified rate fixed at the time
of receipt note generation. It is calculated on a monthly basis.
Storage management The owner needs to know the storage space available in the
building. Though the storage units can be modified as per the
size of bags, but they need to know for which temperature
range storage space is available.

Update the inventory status As soon as the customer withdraws some of the items, a
delivery note is issued. Hence, the inventory remaining with
the cold storage needs to be updated.

MIS Reports Stock summary report An exhaustive list of stock with all the option of seeing item
wise, profit details as per stock group, period wise details. The
location, farmer, customer, current inventory status can be seen
for every transaction. Profit earned from every transaction can
be seen.

Item wise stock summary A new stock item is created for every transaction and the item
details, location details, farmer details, net weight, opening
balance, closing balance, inwards and outwards details are
available for every item. These details can be filtered by farmer
name and location.

Direct farm produce dispatch A new stock item is created for every transaction involving a
report direct farm produce as well and the item details, location
details, farmer details, net weight, opening balance, closing
balance, inwards and outwards details are available for every
item. These details can be filtered by farmer name and balance
status.

Stock category summary For all the stock categories, the item details, location details,
farmer details, net weight, opening balance, closing balance,
inwards and outwards details are available.

MIS Reports Labor report Labor reports as per voucher type and period are available. It
shows the details of date, farmer, item, quantity, labor rate and
total labor costs.

location, farmer details, net weight, number of bags, trader
details, and payment details are available for every item. These
