storytelling practice
• A project is a story told in “future perfect
tense”
• In order to
– generate a coherent story about the future.
– Assess ex ante the performance in each
stage without appropriate KPI’s and
benchmarks (generally based on past
experience)
– Motivate teams to action
6. Actions and behaviours
• Without a project there would be no action,
only behaviour.
• When actors decide to implement a project
