Banner text for each listing is able to be modified on the back end. Text can be changed very easily.

It's worthwhile to consider the subject content as part of the design. The better pictures you can publish in each post, the more interesting the whole design is.

Design point. On this blog, every post has the exact same size image as the header. Part of the blog design process. Creates a visual consistency on the blog.
Photo consistency/template in your WP site has some attractive consequences on places like Facebook when you feed in the RSS feed to your fan page. This is the example of the Pango Group fan page which we feed the blog into and the images come through with the feed. Nice and consistent display as a result.
