- About Us (Who we are - introduction slide)# of conferences we went to last year:
- Clean. Interesting use of side bar: Site search, MLS, Flickr Daily Photo, Polling.
- Interesting use of font header in the footer. Integration with Flickr. Photos of the community are important in real estate.
- Search-centric blog.
- Content-centric blog. Narrow header gives you lots of real estate to work with to present conent. Nice calls to action on the right.
- Blog is still live. Don’t actively blog here anymore but get compliments on the design of the blog.
- Simple, clean design. Doesn’t look like Wordpress. Very focused functionality. Visually very effective. Clear and compelling call to action.
- Thesis Theme. Search-centric home page.
- Wordpress based site with a fairly unique design. Also an interesting content idea with the “Kevin’s 1 Block Tours” section.
- AgentPress Theme. Search-centric homepage using the Diverse search.
- Agent Press theme featuring rotating lifestyle images.
- Predefined searches that are populated using the Diverse Solutions IDX.
- The header rotates pictures. This is a neat way to ad a variety of pictures to your site without covering to much on screen real estate.
- Great content and each post ends with a call to action (see next slide).
- Call to action buttons in the footer of every blog post on coloradopringsrealestateconnection.
- Clever design that reflects the personality of the agent. VERY cool effect when you resize the window. The background adjusts. Try it!
- Listing-centric website.
- Banner text for each listing is able to be modified on the back end. Text can be changed very easily.
- Features real estate search focused home page. Does not look like a blog.Interesting effect with the “Contact” tab (see next slide)
- Contact Us call to action on top floats down in a cool way when selected to expose contact info. Accessible from all pages.
- Another interesting corner page effect (see next slide). Use of a wordpress site exclusively for market stats.
- Page corner call to action. “folds in” on the hover/click.
- Detail of the stats by zip code. #2 driver to his main website behind direct & google.
- Example of Diverse Solutions framed in solution on a Realtor blog. This site is separate from her market stats blog (next slide).
- Market stats blog where she uses the Altos product and blogs only about the market. Separates her stats content from her main blog.
- Great wordpress blog loaded with interesting functionality.
- A password protected page on housechick.com where Kelley shares information with that particular client. She makes custom pages for every client. Uses mostly for sellers.

- Example of Diverse Solutions new plugin that creates an indexable feed of new listings on to a wordpress Page.
- Multi-author blog example.
- Multi-author blog example that uses more of a magazine style theme. Visually represtative of the area.
- High-performace Sales team located in Sydney Australia. Part of the wordpress showcase. Online brokerage.
- Big Team - corporate website that doesn’t look a thing like a blog. Strong on design. Great Calls to Action. Flexible. They change out the content based on analysis.

- Search portion of the M site.
- Great example of how a bigger brand can use WordPress as a corporate website.
- It's worthwhile to consider the subject content as part of the design. The better pictures you can publish in each post, the more interesting the whole design is.

- Design point. On this blog, every post has the exact same size image as the header. Part of the blog design process. Creates a visual consistency on the blog.
- Photo consistency/template in your WP site has some attractive consequences on places like Facebook when you feed in the RSS feed to your fan page. This is the example of the Pango Group fan page which we feed the blog into and the images come through with the feed. Nice and consistent display as a result.
