How can you meditate and experience a great feeling, a wonderful vibration, experiencing the Kingdom of Heaven. Where can you focus on. Train your awareness, observe your thoughts and feelings and observe the observer. Be as present as possible, the real NOW. Daily meditation has the same effect on the mind that daily exercise has on the body. Meditating is a great way to keep your mind in good shape. Mediation is becoming more popular as a tool to help us relax both mentally and physically. Meditation has also been shown to help people become more aware of themselves and their environment, deal with life's stress, and build positive habits and feelings. Meditation practitioners understand that peace and joy in life come from within our own minds and bodies, not from the outside. As a result, the majority of meditation goals need looking inside to the mind in order to find solutions to life's issues through meditation. Mindfulness meditation is a wonderful meditation technique for helping individuals live in the present moment rather than stressing about the past or future. When someone commits to practicing meditation on a daily basis, they reap a wide variety of benefits. One of the most beneficial aspects of meditation is that it allows us to maintain thoughts in our minds for longer periods of time than we could otherwise.
When you meditate, it can feel as if time has stopped. When people meditate, they often feel energy flowing through their bodies and minds. Other people may often notice the results of your meditation, even if you don't always experience the improvements it brings to your life. Deep meditation produces a variety of distinct mental and physical sensations. When you practice meditation, it's natural to lose track of how long you've been doing it. You are not deep in your meditation if you are thinking about it. When meditation takes you so far into your mind, you may discover that you can't help but get lost in your thoughts.
Another common occurrence in profound meditation is the loss of time, as meditation causes your mind to become less focused on daily life. You may also notice that when you concentrate, your entire body relaxes, as this is one of the main goals of meditation. The ability to meditate correctly is demonstrated by a relaxed mind and body.
2. Meditation experiment:
Let yourself drop down into your body or in other words surrender.
Also try to be aware of the space that you’re in. That enables you to drop even further into your
body. The gateless gate will be opened.
Presently “source” or God has no structure, no form.
So the mind, brought up in the public eye, focused on form each and every day, focused on
individuals, places, things, information in the brain, ideas.
That is all the smoke that has been covering the air.
3. So you never again see the air, you simply see the smoke. You simply see I am the body, I am the mind,
you would generally rather avoid this relationship, you prefer the other one.
You would generally rather avoid “this food”, you prefer “that food”.
You need to turn into this, you’re not there yet, etcetera, etcetera.
That is the smoke, that is the stuff that has been developing over your unique stripped state.
4. The point of self acknowledgment or god acknowledgment is to get rid of the smoke,
is to see the air of being as obviously as you can see your own hand before your face.
To see that you are God as plainly as you can see your hand before your face.
To realize that you are God.
Yet to do this we generally have to forget a wide range of various things, that’s the smoke.
At least for the time being. So, see if you can forget about your parents, your children and your lover.
Ignore your work and your bank account.
As many concepts as you can think of that you can cleanse, relax and let go of.
5. It's only a practice in letting go of all the subtle energy dynamics, all the grass that has grown
on your naked initial condition. All of the words, concepts, and inspirations from other people's
heads.
Forget about your human life for a time. Who would you be if you didn't have any memory?
Without memory, claiming any type of identity in any objects that appear to consciousness, to
God, becomes extremely difficult.
God is alive, God is cognizant, God is intelligent and God is awake.
6. God is formless but most of us are only familiar with shape, having learned to focus
our attention on it. Instead of objects, we should focus our attention on the formless,
the self, the subject. The majority of us have never been aware of awareness itself.
So, rather than attempting to maintain that, simply do it for a few seconds at a time,
say 2 to 5 seconds, and do it right now.
You vow to discard all thoughts dramatically, immediately, and completely.
Simply come to a complete halt, just 2 to 5 seconds, and notice what remains, what's
staring at it, and its degree of clarity, lucidity, consciousness, alertness, and
awakeness, of I am, of I exist.
At first, it's a mild sensation. So, for a few moments, you radically give aside all
notions, concepts, ownership, and convictions. Be as bare as you can with the
knowledge that you exist. Just the notion that I exist, that's all.
They're not the words; they're merely the point of entry, the door they open.
7. But before any words, the actual experience, the pure awareness of I exist or I am,
awareness of being, awareness of existence, just that. It's as though the mind is turning
inside, toward itself. It becomes aware of itself, as the self, as the subject, as that
witnessing presence, rather than focusing on the world. Once you've discovered that
sensation, you can practice it, and you can do so right now.
8. You can practice this now. Identify the mild feeling and hold it for a few seconds.
It just took a few seconds for awareness to notice itself. I AM AWARE THAT I AM AWARE,
says awareness to itself.
I am that I am. That is a pure being moment. You become more interested in this as time
goes on. Many people find it dull at first since it's only a slight feeling, but as you practice, it
deepens, the rabbithole deepens. And the gates of the kingdom of heaven will be opened
to you. Not to Jesus, not to me, not to Buddha, not to your priests but certainly to you.
9. You will be welcomed into the kingdom of heaven.
When you are God, there is no more enslavement, no more yearning outside of
yourself. Concentrate on "I Am”, “I Exist”.
Because it has always been there throughout all of your life's issues, problems,
struggles, and wins, through all of the relationships that have come and gone,
through all of the things you loved and had to let go of, and through all of the things
you seek.
All of that, all of that human things has come and gone, some of which have come to
pass, some of which seem to be forever beyond your grasp.
10. But there's something about you that has never ever, ever changed. It's the same presence that
reads these words, the same awareness that is today staring in the mirror at your body.
It’s the same awareness , as it was when you looked in the mirror when you were 5 years old.
It's the same you, formless and eternal, yet it unlocks the gate to the kingdom of heaven once
admitted into, surrendered to, practiced more and more, and devoted to.
In other words, you will personally experience the love and light of the one infinite creator.
It shall be shown the limitless formless swift expanse of eternal joy, bliss, love, clarity, light, and
consciousness. The "I" is the entrance to this God state. "I am," or "I exist," is the key to it.
It's that pure sense of self. Remember how you felt when you were a year old?
Maybe you don't remember, but you can imagine. Consider being a one-year-old or a two-year-
old who hasn't yet learned to think in words.
11. How liberating it was to be without words in your head.
Everything is now filtered via language, but imagine yourself as a one-year-old before you learned
these words.
What did you experience when you were a year old? Not having any form, some sort of "I exist"
experience. Was it not “being”?
It knew "I am" before words, before conceptions, before concepts, before words.
You wish to return to that state before the words "I am."
The words "I am" are merely a teaching tool, a pointer.
12. Return the connection to the subject, which is yourself.
It isn't truly a subject, it is, however, a decent starting place. Concentrate on the subject rather than
the objects in your life.
Who’s the subject? Check to see if you can sense the subject. It's like a radiance that brightens,
intensifies, and opens up as you enter its vastness. With each go at it, with each practice run, it's like a
secret that keeps unfolding, like a mystery that keeps knowing itself deeper and more personally,
more happily, more gloriously.
13. However, in the early phases of this, the subject "you" is all that is required. When you say "I," you are
referring to the subject. You might not realize it, but you do.
"You" is the subject of your life and everything you perceive changes with time.
You, on the other hand, are the observer of those objects.
You've always been there, and that's that one component of your life that hasn't ever changed.
Everything that has form has changed but you, the real you. And when you say "me," that "me," that
innermost sense of "I" of "me," that's your access point, your gateway.
And begin wherever you find yourself feeling the "me" vibe on the lovelight gradient. It's fine if it's merely
conceptual for some individuals at this point.
Take it a step more; it will deepen with time.
14. For other people, a wave of ecstasy, delight, and expense may wash over them almost immediately,
and the world may begin to fade away a little. And then there's a flow of love and light that grows
brighter and brighter. And other people may come to the idea that this is all there is at some point.
Only love, light, and consciousness exist.
The entire world is a deception. You've always been awareness, love, light, everlasting limitless forever
and ever timelessly free, and shapes are simply the mind's idea. It's a gradual process; you must begin
where you are and immediately sense the benefits of this activity.
So you pause all mental activity for 2 to 5 seconds, that's the start and you stop searching outwardly
for objects, locations, people, things, and thoughts.
15. Only for a few moments.
And you'll see the subject that stays, my innermost sensation of "I am aware, I exist, I am aware of this
moment."
You stay with it for as long as you can, a few seconds, just lingering on the sensation.
The more you do this, the wider the kingdom of heaven becomes available to you.
The more Christ consciousness pervades your consciousness, the better.
It's ultimately the same consciousness.
16. The more you let go of the world, your perception of it, your opinions about it, your thoughts about your life,
the better. If you dare to let go of all that stuff for a time, let go of all that recollection, let go of all that tension.
You can do this steadily, depending on how comfortable you are with the free fall into relaxation.
The goal is to give up your world since it is your world that forms the ego, which conceals the truth. It
generates a sense of subjectivity that is distinct from the self as a whole. So mentally give away as
much of your life as you can. You don’t have to quit your work right now or anything like that. It’s just
letting go during those exercise moments. You throw away as much ownership, tension, and
attachment to any of it as possible. And you let yourself relax into letting go.
17. Even this will take some time for some folks.
The body may tremble a little or you may experience worry about letting go of those mental beliefs
that you believe you must cling to with such firmness. If you don't, they'll vanish from your life.
The task of simply dissolving attachments is difficult enough for most individuals.
That takes some time to relax and unwind, to trust the process, to trust the unknown, to trust the free
fall of what's left, the space that's left. It's called meditation when you stop thinking about your life for
that period of time. “Becoming familiar with” is what the word meditation literally means.
As a result, the more you let go of it, the more your consciousness turns inward on itself.
18. It's as if a mirror is beginning to reflect itself, bending over to look at itself, awareness seeing
awareness. Knowing and sensing awareness are two different things.
If you increase the intensity, it will overpower your sense of the world, your sense of separation, your
experience of mental anguish, sadness, and misery.
It will begin to radiate from within you, from the complex of body, mind, and soul.
When a light is turned on, the more nourishment it receives, the more it grows, the more it shines, and
the brighter it becomes. If you're seeking for something, seek for this.
If you are not a seeker, you should seek this as well.
Because, in the end, whatever else you're holding on to is merely a placeholder for this.
You're essentially wasting your time.
19. It will unfold as you get to know the creator within. It is no longer merely a theoretical affirmation of
awareness witnessing awareness. It becomes a lived radiant, illuminating, lively, alife, lucid,
conscious, heightened experience.
You begin to boost your frequency, and your consciousness begins to rise. You begin to sense, comprehend, and
personally experience God's oneness.
That is your birthright, that is your nature, and no matter how hard you try, you will never be able to escape it.
That same mirror that viewed you as a 5-year-old sees you now, thinking as hard as you can. It never moves since
it's covered in smoke and it's as dull as a dim lamp covered with dust.
20. However, as you begin to clear the air or clean the lightbulb, the more naked, the more pure you
become in that knowledge, the more the light and love of God, of source, begins to radiate
through your pores, veins, mind, thoughts, and action.
You will gain a clear understanding of the one endless creator. All selfs and the one self.
It will be a huge personal release at the same time.
