This YPM will be considered for calculation of 2023 hence in Q1 total base becomes 30 K. Any FO achieves 55 K ( 30+25)
Will be eligible for 2500/ in case of 65 K ( 30+35) will be 3500 and 80 K ( 30+50) will get 7500 per QTR.
Example ( of 2023): Brand Y launched in the month of June ( QTR2) hence QTR sales achievement should be as per the slab
mentioned. Please note the value will remain same for the QTR irrespective of launch month of the NPD.

International trip criteria for FO :
Single person: 110% Achievement of Annual target & minimum 90% of
following QTR ’24. Incremental 5 Lakh over annual Target.
With Spouse: 110% Achievement of Annual target & minimum 90% of
following QTR ’24. Incremental 7.5 Lakh over annual Target.
Eligibility for International trip incentive is 7 months tenure in organization

• Monthly Rupee value: 100% achievement for the month and 90% achievement of the subsequent month
• Focus brands achievement : ( Focused brands as per the approved list). Minimum 100% achievement of overall
target for the month along with 100% of focus brand’s target with each brand 80% and more primary achievement,
90% of over all target and 90% of focus brands for the subsequent month. No changes of brands will be entertained
during the year.
• Quarterly win back (Rupee & Focus Brand): On achieving quarterly 100% with minimum 2 month’s 100% & 90%
achievement of the subsequent month, FO can win back the balance amount.
( Only base amount of 100% of the missing month).
• NPD: The incentive calculations will be based on the proposal made in the circular. 100% to quarterly Rupee value
target . NPD will be calculated based on quarterly sales achievement. Over all Rupee value achievement of 90% for
the subsequent month.
• Annual Incentive : 1.25%/ 1.35%/ 1.50% of Annual Sales of 2023 as per the Annual Incentive Slide.
• 100% of Annual Target & Min 90% in Q1 2024.
• Eligibility as per Terms & Conditions of Incentive Scheme 2023.
Basic clauses of incentives.

FO/ABM/SM/SH can start achieving & accruing incentives right from first month of joining.
• Incentive will be paid to all FO/ABM/SM/SH on achieving target as per Incentive Criteria laid down for Rupee Value /Focus Brands /Quarterly
/NPD/New NPD /Annual /International Trip.
• Incentive disbursement will take place (with retrospective effect, from month of joining or 1st Jan 2023, whichever is later) only on fulfilling all of
the following conditions.
• Probation Period - 50% Incentive can be released during Probation Period and Balance Incentive can be released at the time of Confirmation.
• Employee should be on the payroll of the company at the time of disbursement.
• Employee joining after 15th of the month, will not be entitled for incentive for that month.
• For any Rewards/Awards Management decision will be Final.
• Short Supply would not be considered as Sales.
• All C/N would be deducted TWICE the actual amount for the current month & One time for next month.
• Any Invoice wrongly Billed & for which the C/N has been created due to the mistake of C&S should be informed to HO with copy of Order, Invoice
& C/N will be considered for one time deduction for all the details received before disbursement of the Incentive.
• All employee will qualify for all types of incentives only if he/she is on monthly positive growth over same month previous year ( Except the
month Jan 2023 including the coverage clause)
• Incentive parameters & earning will be calculated on Budgeted Manpower Strength only.
• At the time of disbursement of incentive , there should NOT be any OVERDUE with respect to that particular period of billing ;
• Any dispute of the incentive should be reported within 90 days of declaration, otherwise will not be considered.
• The incentive scheme is announced by the company at its discretion and may be withdrawn or altered at any time. The decision of company shall
be final in case of any dispute.
• Achievement in all cases will be rounded down. For eg 99.51%-99.99% will be rounded up will be considered as 99% and not 100%
• Individual email will be go to all concerned employees regarding Terms & Conditions & Incentive disbursement.
Some of the negative GC brands will not be considered while calculating YPM achievement for incentive purpose ( Division wise list will be shared )

If overall coverage is less than 85% and Truly Aatmanirbhar Overall Dr coverage is less than 85%
for the month then 15% Incentive will deducted from the total eligible incentive for the Month.
