with DOT quick connect T fitting
•Sealed engine kill relay is available

ELECTRIC OR HYDRAULIC CRANE REMOTE CONTROL
The modern crane remote control used in the industrial sectors greatly improves
jobsite safety by providing the operator the safest vantages point for effective
control of the crane. This is a one-man control radio remote system that eliminates
the need of any second person stabilizing the load while guiding its placements.
While using the system the operator has the simultaneous control to move around
the work area while setting the load precisely into position.
The Electrical or Hydraulic crane control wireless remote controllers apply the
latest innovation in the modern radio remote control technology. The system greatly
reduces all types of risks during the function. It also provides great level of security

The handheld transmitters are available with up to twelve radio remote control
buttons. The remote control buttons are generally specified by the customer only.
The transmitter of the crane remote control systems is very powerful and they can
work within a great level of frequency. The frequency of these wireless remote
controllers is between 902-928 MHz FHSS. Additional 433.92, 869.7 and 2.4GHz
frequencies are also available. The transmitter can work within a transmitting range
of 100mW. With the 56 bits DES encryption key method of transmission, the
system can work better than the normal service cranes.

CONTROL
Wireless Deadman series Trigger switch

used to send Radio Frequency commands
signals of the pump. While using the
system the operator is unencumbered by
cables and wires normally used in
'deadman' fueling operations.
The system also incorporates a secure frequency hopping spread spectrum
radio link which is virtually immune to outside electrical or RF interference. FHSS
technology enables the system to provide interference free control. While using
as an automatic refueling system the Deadman series industrial wireless controls
can prevent all types of electrical and radio interference. All the operations will
fail safe (shutdown) with any loss of signal from transmitter. The rechargeable
transmitter delivers 30hrs of continuous use between charges. 12/24VDC
charger is supplied by the manufacturers.

available. The transmitter has normal power of 100 MW.

CRANE SERVICE INDUSTRIAL RADIO REMOTE CONTROL WITH
MODERN INNOVATION
Crane service industrial radio remote control is a device that greatly improves
jobsite safety by providing the operator the safest vantage points for effective
control of the crane. This is a one-man control remote control technology that
virtually eliminates the need of a second operator in order to stabilize the load while
guiding its placement. While using the system the operator has a full freedom to
move around the work area while setting the load precisely into the position.
The transmitter of the Crane Service Hydraulic Truck Remote Control is really
powerful. The transmitter has a frequency range from 902MHz to 928MHz. Optional
433.92, 869.7and 2.4GHz, transmitter frequencies are also available. The
transmitter has a normal power of capturing signal from 100mW. The remote control
technology enabled transmitter can work with a 56 bit DES encryption key
transmission method of transmission. An internally protected ‘on card’ PCB mounted
antenna is also available.

CONTROLS
Deadman series industrial wireless controls are developed specifically for industrial
applications that require positive operator-to-machine contact. This unique Trigger
Switch radio remote control is an innovation of modern remote control technology. It
also includes a wireless trigger switch is used to send RF command signals to the pump.
The system includes the following features:
•'Safety Timer' software available to limit switch closure duration prior to automatic
shut-off
•This feature requires periodic trigger pulse by operator to maintain receiver 'on'
condition
•Up to eleven other command functions available per customer requirements
•Modular quick-connect components allow for easy installation and field service
Pre-wired solenoids are available for Pneumatic, Hydraulic, or Hose Reel control interface
