Three Personal Strategies
The three personal strategies that I will use for improved time and stress management are that first I
will create a daily time schedule on a poster board that I will place on my study room wall and
bedroom wall for easy access. My time schedule will indicate my time for studying daily, the time I
will use for rest, the amount of time I will use doing home tasks and the time I will use for fun and

When we study the history of psychology one might assume there were minimal female contributors,
but that is a big misconception. Women in the past struggled with discrimination and many hurdles to
gain recognition for their work. Women psychologists have gone largely unrecognized, unappreciated,
and almost unseen to historical accounts. The lack of acknowledgement for women psychologists in
today s study takes away from the comprehensive study to our generation. It is exceedingly important
that we receive a well rounded education of all the great psychologists in history and not only the male
founders. The following women I will discuss mention only a few who have made an influence in

This was an enormous opportunity for Claire and her squad. Once they entered the doors of the
football field, her nervousness subdued itself. Feelings of excitement overwhelmed her. All of her

displays through her actions that in many ways, her happiness only comes from pleasing her husband.
Therefore, Desiree must decide whether to live completely separate from Armand, or to live with him
in constant fear and unpleasantness. Desiree achieves personal freedom and independence from
Armand when ?she disappeared among the reeds and willows that grew thing along the banks of the
deep, sluggish bayou; she did not come back again? (177). It is not even an option and is unheard of
that Armand, being a male holding a respectable background, could possibly be black. Consequently,
Desiree feels compelled to leave because she wants to please him. When Desiree decides to kill
herself and her child, she shows that she is sensitive and vulnerable to her husband?s thoughts and
actions.
In ?A Point at Issue,? Charles? actions cause many of the central issues and they also reflect on
Eleanor throughout the story.
