romantic piece portrayed through fiction, in a historical setting. It takes place in Boston Massachusetts
in the middle of the 17th century. This book contains a numerous amount of symbolism, imagery,

Nathaniel was an American writer who was born in Salem Massachusetts, with a long New England
history. Nathaniel s original name of the family was Hathorne, he added a w to distinguish himself
from his family history. His relative was a prominent judge in the Salem witch trials of 1692 1693.
Nathaniel grew up from the upbringing of his mother. His father, a sea captain, died of yellow fever in
Suriname. His uncle Robert Manning, help Nathaniel and his mother financially, helping with his
college education at Bowdoin College. Hawthorne did not enjoy school even though he was an avid
reader and writer. He was an average student in the class of 1825. After graduation, Hawthorne went
back home to Salem. He spent a lot of time in the local library, learning about his ancestral roots and

The independent variable of this experiment is the molarity of the solution (0.0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.0
M) The dependent variable is the percent change (%) of the baby carrot cell mass (g). The controls
used in this experiment are how much solution was exposed to the baby carrot, 125 mL, and for how
long the baby carrot was in the solution, 30 minutes, as well as the solvent, water, the solute in the
solvent, sucrose, and the temperature during which the experiment was preformed, room temperature
(25 degrees Celsius or 298K). Other controls are the pressure potential which will be 1 and i which is
ionization constant and in this experiment, will also be 1.

describes a group of people who were either directly or indirectly influenced by each other to do
something. Similarly, Mob Mentality can be defined as the mentality of people, when they are
indirectly motivated by another individual to do something. This slightly chaotic type of mentality, can
be both good and bad in different circumstances. Mob Mentality can be a positive occurrence if used
