Thailand s Political Peasants Book Review
Thailand s Political Peasants book by Andrew Walker is a must read for people who would like to dive
into learning more about the political status in modern rural Thailand. In his book, Walker argues that
in order to understand the governance of Thailand s middle income peasantry including its fruitful
electoral corroboration for Thaksin s populist policies, the political passions that brought the red shirts
to Bangkok, and the electoral thrive of Yingluck Shinawatra it is irresistible to address how savvy is
exposed in a framework of rising income standards and a transformed relationship by the state. This
book is written to question the underlying political, cultural, and economic processes that assist
Thailand s current contests over ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
As Walker puts it, the forces of socioeconomic modernization that grow disparity further increase the
capability and fluency of suburban political opinion. For Walker, such a quandary of uneven
development is the root problem of the contemporary political tension in Thailand. They anticipate
that the state will invigorate its efforts to raise the value of suburban livelihoods, cut back inequality,
and extend secure savings when experimental engagements with private budget fail. Urban rural
linkages not only supported the happening of modification, promoted slick forms of disbursement, and
blurred spatial distinctions, but also enabled suburban dwellers to compare their disadvantages with
wealthy social populations. Income inconsistency has caused dissatisfaction among peasants, who
have endorsed a stable share of the benefits of economic development. The 2006 elite backed coup
executed the relationship between Thaksin and rural political society. However, Bangkok elites and
intellectuals condemned the impropriety of Thaksin and the electorate that had voted him into power.
The adequate household in Bangkok is approximately three times higher than in the suburban
northeast and the north. Walker has pointed out that discrimination in Thailand is not the output of
exuberance extraction by prevailing elites. As

lot of his audiences love and are inspired by. When people frequently listen to a song, they favor the
artist. Weird Al Yankovic was born in October, 1959 in California, and still lives there. Weird Al
Yankovic created song parodies while finding humor to innovate ways to accomplish creating a world

great.

Are Colleges Worth The Cost Of College
Attending college after high school is a choice everybody has to make. However, colleges can be very
expensive to attend. The decision to go to college hangs mostly on one question: Is college worth the
cost? Many people evaluate the cost of college by equating it to things such as family tradition and
whether or not they need it for their career. To some people, college is a stumbling block, but to
others, it is the key to their future. To begin, college has many benefits, despite the cost. College
teaches students more than book smarts, but also teaches life skills. Liberal Arts graduates can be seen
prominently in leadership positions in areas such as politics and culture (Source B). In this aspect,
college holds a key to a prosperous

Abstract
In this brief, data tables will be analyzed because it can be critical to the accounting cycle. With
accurate data that is informing, Kudler Fine Foods ought to be able to make more practical business
decisions. With Kudler Fine Foods using data table to order, keep inventory, and to process their
products, they can become more successful and on top of the food industry. As a company, Kudler
needs to evaluate their design elements of the data tables that are needed for review from an
accounting perspective. An entity relationship program would need to be developed showing the past
data tables. A recommendation would need to be met for improvements or ... Show more content on

Recommendations A recommendation that would be beneficial for Kudler is to provide online
ordering. This will allow customers to check out Kudler s website, and this can be a way that Kudler
can track how many people view their website daily. This will also allow Kudler to follow the areas
such as zip codes to do mailouts, this would advertise their company and their products. Another
recommendation that needs to be made is to have one set of GL codes for all three locations. They
should have one inventory report that shows all of their products whether it is at another location. This
will make it easier for management to follow the inventory lists and to pay more attention to the
products that are being sold quicker than others. This will save time having to pull inventory reports
for each location and to see what they sold. Since Kudler orders their products from around the world,
I think it would be a good idea to have an international GL code for those items that are purchased in
different parts of the world. This will also let the customer know where the item that they re
purchasing originated. This will make Kudler unique by giving other countries recognition to products
that are produced in their parts of the world. According to Microsoft, if you are required to use the
exact group of records repetitively, for example, when operators are paging in a grid, it can be
competent to fill up those records into a dataset

Utah V. Illinois Detective Fackrell
UTAH v. STRIEFF
Reading over UTAH v. STRIEFF I will expound on some facts of the case that impacted some of the
decision making in police administration. Narcotics detective Douglas Fackrell was surveilling a
South Salt Lake City residence due to the anonymous tip on suspicious drug activity. Based on his
surveillance he determined that the resident was drug dealing. Detective Fackrell saw Strieff leaving
the residence. He identified and detained Strieff to answer questions about what was going on inside
the house. He ran a check and discovered he had an outstanding arrest warrant for a traffic violation.
Detective Fackrell searched him and found little baggies of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia
only minutes after the illegal ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Assuming but not determining Detective Fackrell did not have enough grounds to stop Strieff at first,
but when he was made known of the arrest warrant; it attenuated the connection with the unlawful
stop and the evidence detained from Strieff incident to his arrest. He discovered the drugs only in the
minutes after his illegal stop. Although he had a valid warrant, it had nothing to do with the discovery
of evidence. The warrant only allowed Detective Fackrell to arrest Strieff, but his search of Strieff s
incident to that arrest was considered lawful. The detective was careless in nature and called his
judgment to be questioned. Did he violate Strieff s Fourth Amendment rights? Although his conducted
an unlawful stop, his conduct was lawful, and there are no signs that the stop was part of any systemic
or police misconduct. At this point, Detective Fackrell s judgment should not constitute a warrant
suppression. He was not there just to poke at Shierff. He was there to gather information about his
investigation. Strieff says otherwise due to the absence of probable cause.
The court determined a baseline or how they were going to exclude evidence based on the Fourth
Amendment violation. Dismissal is only necessary when the benefits outweigh its costs. The
exclusionary rule is very vital in determining if the police officer s conduct was unlawful. By
excluding the illegally obtained evidence, courts minimized the temptation of the

Identification of Current Issue and Analysis
There are several current issues that Deere Company has such as the strategy issues of competition
with other competitors, the execution of global strategy, and the increases in declining profit in 2015.
Identification: The Strategy for the Domestic Market Competition
Deere Company execute the broad differentiation strategy by offering the high quality products, the
most reliable and innovative farm equipment, and the highest level of customer services. They have
35.4 percent of market share in 2013. They focus more on the quality and value added to the

Deere Company has a high expectation of the increase in profit in the future with several perspectives.
First, they expect the increases in demand for the agricultural industry because of the increase of total
population around the world, especially in the Asian and Africa regions. Thus, they expanded the
plants in China, India, and Latin America, where the middle class population is getting larger. Second,
they expect the increases of urbanization in the developing countries, where to require the
development of infrastructures in those countries. The population in the urban area is expected to
increase from 50 percent in 2014 to 70 percent at the end of 2050. (Gamble, Peteraf, Thompson, 2015,
p. 367). However, it has been just a forecast. In fact, the unexpected situation occurred. The declines
of agricultural industry demand in 2015. The net farm industry income declined to $73.6 billion,
which is about 32 percent declines in 2015. It has been the lowest number since 2009. (U.S.

The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie by Muriel Spark Essay
The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie by Muriel Spark
Miss Brodie fails to be a good teacher because she teaches on her own accord, gives her students
wrong impressions, and displays unprofessional behavior towards her staff and pupils.
As a schoolteacher in Edinburgh during the 1930 s there were many rules and regulations that teachers
had to adhere to in order to successfully feed the minds of their young pupils. Schoolteachers had
more of a responsibility during this period than today because school was the only source of
information and education that people could receive. Due to this fact, the government set strict
policies and curriculums (and still do) that teachers must follow so that students could grow up to
become well round ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
She chose to ignore these mandatory guidelines and pursued her own fashion and material when
instructing her students. This is why Miss Jean Brodie fails to be a decent teacher.
Miss Jean Brodie is a very self centered person who likes to talk about herself to her class. She
mentions to her class on several occasions that she is in the prime of her life and that it is the best time
of ones life. Although she states that ones prime is when they are born , Miss Brodie contradicts this
statement and leads her class to believe that life is no good until one reaches their prime, which is at
her age. This is misleading for the students who are at a susceptible age. By giving this wrong
impression her students are left to believe that they have nothing to look forward to until they reach
Miss Brodie s age.
Another example of how Miss Brodie gives her student the wrong impression was her repetitive
attacks on Miss MacKay. It was obvious the two teachers did not like one another, which is bound to
happen in any profession. However, advertising this dislike to her classroom only leads to problems.
The first time that this occurs is when Miss Brodie was leading here class out to the elm tree for the
imaginary history lesson. On the way outside she stops her class in front of Miss MacKay s office,
points to a picture of the old Prime

American Technological Advancements
The United States has utilized innovations and technological advancements to solidify its position as a
global superpower. One of the greatest accomplishments the United States can claim is to have put a
man on the moon in 1969. In describing the impact of the moon landing, historian Arthur M.
Schlesinger Jr. notes, The one thing for which this century will be remembered 500 years from now
was: This was the century when we began the exploration of space (Launius, 2006). In the 47 years
since the moon landing, no other nation has been able to land on the moon marking this as a lasting
legacy to American perseverance in the exploration of space. The completion of the Panama Canal in
1914 also showcased American resolve and engineering superiority. Providing maritime access
between the Atlantic and the Pacific, the Canal stands today as one of seven wonders of the modern
world. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
From the progression of the machine gun to the development of the atomic bomb and further still to

communication network through the collaboration between the Department of Defense, engineers and
scientists during the Cold War.
The flare for thinking outside of the box in the United States could easily be traced back to the
founding of the nation. The Founding Fathers were nation building innovators as they wrote the
Constitution. American technological innovations have opened the doors to discovery, which has

Physicians, Change And Toxic Behaviors
Physicians, change and toxic behaviors
Healthcare environments are often plagued with dysfunctional behaviors that create antisocial, self
defeating behaviors (Porter O Grady Malloch, 2014). Traditionally, healthcare providers were males
that dominated the profession which created a sense of personal entitlement and resistance to change
(Porter O Grady Malloch, 2014). With the advent of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), healthcare is in
the midst of a paradigm shift that embraces change, efficiency and collaboration, a foreign concept to
some traditional providers. Traditionally, prior to the implementation of the ACA, physicians felt
empowered and in control (Porter O Grady Malloch, 2014). Under the ACA, healthcare organizations
fervently transformed their facilities to accommodate the mandates of the ACA, such as CPOE. With
this loss of control, physicians are angry and passively transfer that anger to the supportive nursing
staff. Because hospital leadership traditionally did not challenge the physician behavior, this anti
social behavior is tolerated. Consequently, nurses develop fear, distrust and discouragement, which
compromises the collaboration that is necessary to produce quality patient outcomes. Porter O Grady
and Malloch (2014) outline ten principles to minimize this type of organizational toxicity that
manipulates progress and collaboration. These principles are tools that work to transform the
dysfunctional, toxic environment into a healthier,

Marie Antoinette Was To Blame For The French Revolution
The Archduchess of Austria, Marie Antoinette, married Louis XVI of France at the young age of 14.
After seven years of marriage and no children, Marie s mother sent her son to act as a marriage
counselor for the couple, and they had their first child a year later. She became Queen of France after
Louis s father died, yet had no political power and was often left to her own devices, including lavish
spending and eloquent parties. In her early years as queen she spent a lot of time at the Petit Trianon, a
summer castle and gift from her husband, where rumours circulated about her having an affair with
Swedish diplomat Count Axel von Fersen, which in reality was a platonic crush. At her estate she
redecorated everything extravagantly, rumours saying she plastered the walls with gold and diamonds,

advisers and ambassadors sending letters to European rulers begging to help them. With the help of
Axel von Fersen, Marie plotted to escape to Austria where her brother, the Holy Roman Emperor
Leopold II, was waiting with an army to fend off pursuing Frenchmen but they never made it. The
royals were escorted back to Paris and the French declared war on Austria where they were defeated;
the blame going to their Austrian born queen. The National Assembly abolished the monarchy a few
months later and the king and queen were put in prison. Louis XVI was tried for treason and executed;
a few months later Marie Antoinette was put on trial, lost custody of her son, and was sent to the

Quebec Sovereignty Movement
Quebec Sovereignty Movement The separation movement of Quebec has been a constant headache to
Canadian government for decades of years. As Quebec s main resident population speaks French,
there are inevitably many clashes between French and English cultures. Historically, Quebec was not
first colonized by British immigrants but the French, and claimed as French territory in 1608. In 1663,
under the reign of Louis XIV, it became French royal colony, and named as New France. In order to
firmly seize this piece of land, French and British militaries fought with each other for quite a long
time until 1763, ending up in the victory of Great Britain and France s surrender. However, Britain s
military success failed to repel France s ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The independence + socialism project of the ASIQ was a source of political ideas for the Front de
libération du Québec (Quebec Liberation Front) (FLQ).
In 1968, separatists founded Patti Québécois (PQ), which publicly supports Quebec s independence.
In PQ s decrees they clearly tell the world that they are planning to procure Quebec s separation from
Canada, and later govern it. In November 1976 PQ officially took the control of Quebec, quickening
the pace of sovereignty movement.
Quebec City, the capital city of Quebec Province, is the ninth largest city in Canada, and the province
ranks the second largest one in the whole country. It also enjoys a high level of economy, and has a
large portion of GDP of Canada. In Quebec City, 680,000 citizens use both English and French as
official languages while ninety five percent of them only speak in French. No matter how strong the
separatist movement is in Quebec, it is impossible for Canadian government to easily grant Quebec s
requests of being independent because of the importance of Quebec.
In October 1979, Patti Québécois advocated establishing a new relationship with Canada, namely
politically independent while economically belonging to Canada. A referendum was held on such
independence + socialism project in 1980. The result is 40.44% of all voters agreed to it while 59.56%
disagreed. The first referendum on Quebec s

Men
Everyone have their own distinct characteristic that make them who they are. Being able relate to
others from our common interest and how our personality compliments each other. We can be

John Cheever and Dr. Landis in My sister Marriage by Cynthia Marshall Rich are two individual that
has their own character traits, their relationship with others and theme of the story.
Dr. Landis is a widowed man with two daughters Olive and Sarah Ann. Dr. Landis daughter described
him as a gentlemen, that is intelligent , well respected, and great at giving advice. He went to Harvard
and that is one reason he is different from the other men around here. He is a scholar and not bound to
provincial ideas. People here respect him and come to him for advice (Rich 203). Dr. Landis is a well
known man due to his statues but he also has his own flaws. He can be manipulative towards his
daughters. He does not want secrets between his daughter and him and will do everything to make
them feel ashamed by not being open. When Dr. Landis seen Sarah Ann shove the paper under the
blotter he insisted that she showed him the letter, but Sarah Ann explained that it was private and silly
but in Dr. Landis eyes nothing is silly.
Then he was all sad and hurt and said this wasnt a family where we keep things

genetic lysosomal storage disorders called Muchopolysaccharidoses or MPS. (Lorena Elena Melit,

bathroom down stairs and utilizing baby gates. (Jane Roberts, 2016) Making sure the patients
bedroom is very dark, having a sleep schedule, padding their bedroom walls and placing a mattress on
the floor will help prevent an injury. (3C) Sometimes surgery is necessary to gain relief for some
symptoms of Hunter syndrome. (Health, 2016) Patients may have their adenoids or tonsils removed if
they are suffering from spleen apnea or breathing problems. (Health, 2016) Another way to help with
the patients breathing problems is to do oxygen therapy or use a CPAP.(2) A CPAP is a continuous
positive airway pressure device that puts air into the patient s airway to keep it open improving lung
volume. (2) The patient may also need a thin tub inserted to drain fluid from their brain if the buildup
gets too high. (2) Another treatment for Hunters syndrome is Enzyme replacement therapy. (8) It is
used to reduce the progression of Hunter syndrome. (8) The earlier the Enzyme therapy is given the
more effective it will be. (3C) The Doctor uses an IV to give the patient man made or engineered
enzymes to replace the defective enzyme.

The Effects of Ancient Egyptian Burial Sites on the World...
Looking at the Ancient Egyptian culture, when Egypt was still young, but rapidly growing, the belief
in the afterlife was common knowledge and was unchallenged for many centuries. Due to the wealth
that the king and queen displayed, the average citizen was not able to compare to them. The kings
were buried with a great deal of material wealth, which was intended to help them in their journey into
the afterlife. The wealth was represented in a variety of carvings and materials. From the most
common cup to gold chariots, the material wealth leaves no doubt that the components are important
to the understanding of the Ancient Egyptian culture that is shown in the tombs of Khufu, Khafre, and
Menakure. These kings built pyramids to hold all of ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Cater Howard describes what he found in the entrance of the tomb that he discovered. Inside, there
were chariots, benches, rugs, cups, plates, and other items of value, but one of the most interesting
pieces of Egyptian culture is their jewelry. The jewelry that Egyptians wore was ostentatious, and it
displayed the wealth that the individual person had obtained throughout their lifetime. There was one
particular piece that was discovered in the tomb of princess Sithathoriunet. It was a small hand mirror.
The mirror has a think silver disk with a black obsidian handle that is in the shape of an open papyrus
plant. Hathor is portrayed on the handle, and her ears being that of a cow, representing her nurturing
role. The mirror is double faced and both sides are identical. The neck has four rings that are inlaid
with stone, faience, and carnelian. The stem of the plant has granulation work on it (Oakes and Gahlin

buried with jewelry, but it differs from the queens, being more masculine then feminine. Egyptians
believed in the philosophy that bountiful wealth buried with the dead would give them higher respect
than the poor in the afterlife. The kings themselves were buried with war like materials, such as
chariots, bows, arrows, swords, lances, maces and other instruments as

Country Living and Better Homes and Gardens have a small town, country style. The articles and

Essay One: Lysistrata
Lysistrata is an example of a comedic story that can apply to many generations, cultures and intellects.
With Aristophanes combination of witty, bawdy, vulgar, yet thematic comedy, it offers its readers a
story for the ages.
What I found to be the most humorous aspect of Lysistrata was the juxtaposition of how the comedy
was initially intended to be viewed at the time it was written, and what makes it funny in today s
comedic culture.
In ancient Greek times, the humor in Lysistrata was the idea of a woman in a leadership or decision
making role. Women were typical housewives. They would cook, clean, take care of the children and
make sure everything was right for her husband when he got home. The idea of a woman stepping
completely outside the social norms of ancient Greek times was so outrageous, it was comical.
Another piece of comedy was when Lysistrata sent the chorus of old women to the Acropolis because
they are well past their prime. An older woman s sexual urges aren t nearly as strong as a younger
woman s might be; therefore, ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

First Political Cartoon Of Hillary Clinton
The next political cartoon that I observed has many similarities to the first one. It portrays Hillary
Clinton lying down in a bed, covered by a blanket that states, Seal of The President of The United
States. Above her is a description that states, 3 AM Phone Call, 2017. She is talking on the phone with
someone and is telling them, You know the drill; stand down, blame a video, and send the details to
my personal server. Similar to that of the first political cartoon, Hillary is still concealing her criminal
behavior from the public s eye, and making excuses in order to avoid public scrutiny. Beyond the main
details, there are a few small ones, such as the note from Bill Clinton that reads, Be back later tonight.

Both Political Cartoons portray Hillary as being dishonest and trying to escape to blame for her
criminal like actions. Yet, even though both may be similar, there are certain aspects that divide the
two and give them an individuality apart from their original message. To elaborate further on this, the
second image uses ethos to the degree in which Hillary is making unethical decisions in office, in
order to keep herself in office. It s similar to the first political cartoon, running on a theme of criminal
like behavior, but differs from the first one because in the second cartoon, she has a certain amount of
power in order to carry through with it. The political cartoons are also similar in the way that the
conversations that take place over the phone, are held in some sort of a secret matter. However the
second one differs from the first when it comes down to the subject criteria that is being discussed.
The conversation in the first one is a series of questions, while the second one is on a more demanding
basis. The tones in both images take a similar stance, setting up a very mysterious scene in both
political cartoons. Hillary s face in the cartoons has a very distinctive appearance about it, giving the
viewer the perception that she is up to no good. The only noticeable differences are the style she is
wearing, as well as the style of cartooning, however the overall message is that she has the look that
she knows what she did was wrong and it applies a very mysterious tone to what is taking place within
the cartoons scene. Finally, the last given similarity touches along the lines of both pathos and logos.
Each cartoon applies different small items to the scene, in order to breach the reader s emotional
appeal through the use of a message. For example, in the first image, Hillary has a computer server

Tadra Research Paper
What is TADRA? Why was TADRA produced? There are three steps of TADRA that specifically help
young drivers gain more experience behind the wheel. These steps are Instructional Permit,
Intermediate License, and A Full License.
TADRA stands for Teenage and Adult Driver Responsibility Act, which is a licensed program for
young drivers. This act is directed towards the number one killer of our youth, car crashes. This act
allows young drivers to receive more experience behind the wheel in a safer and more organized
fashion. The act was endorsed on July 1, 1997 leading to a 44.5 % decline in young drivers under the
age of 24 getting into a wreck due to speeding in a period of 18 months. Back in 2000 a study showed
that drivers between the ages ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
This is considered a class C driver s license provided to an individual of 18 years and older. To receive
this license the driver cannot have any convictions during the past 12 months including a DUI, drag
racing, avoiding a police officer, reckless driving, hit and run, or any other violation that puts four or
more points on the driver s license. There is a ZERO tolerance for underage drinking and driving and
the driver s license will be suspended for 12 months on the first offence.
On March 6, 2016 I myself had an accident when leaving a concert. Luckily it wasn t bad and no
serious damage was done to myself, my cousin, or the other person involved. If I would have took the
advice from my instructor when taking my driver s test I might not have gotten into this situation at
all. The advice given to me was the Two Second Rule, which means that for every five miles per hour
a driver should stay at least one vehicle length behind the car in front
of them. This situation has really opened my eyes and I will never take the Two Second rule for
granted again, because next time I may not be as lucky. The situation was handled very smoothly and
professedly and I appreciate everyone who worked on my case and helped provide the TLC program

Introduction
The last decade of the twentieth century brought great development to the world and especially it has
introduced new techniques and ideas to improve the business world. Subsequently, in the decade of
1990s the business world was revolutionized with the quality management technique in business. It
was the time when the businesses started to embrace the concept of quality and so they started to use it
as a competitive advantage (Abusa, 2013).
In the past business practices as most of the business was working on the base of supply and demand
and consumer behavior were also making their decision on the base of the availability of the product.
However with the development the consumer behavior also changed as the technological development

Analysis Of The Fortunate Mistress By Daniel Defoa
he neoclassical time period, more commonly known as the Age of Enlightenment, reinvented the very
notion of literature and the ways in which it interacted with society through a new invention known as
the novel. Within the novel, writers and readers alike had the ability to access new, crucial, concepts
that served to alter individual perception and in turn generate new ideas through the viewing of role
reversals, disruptions of the social order, and individualism of the characters. One of the emerging
novels at this time by Daniel Defoe, commonly known as the Fortunate Mistress, illustrated these
concepts of social upheaval and identity through the female heroine Roxana. Written in the form of a
narrative, Roxana recounts her personal experiences and transformation from a virtuous woman to a
prostitute as a result of unforeseen and unavoidable situations. In this work, Defoe challenges the
prevailing roles of women in society by examining the possibility of a woman who is dominant in her
finances, sexual freedom, and an individual entirely her own and fully disconnected from the
standards of the patriarchal society through the eyes of a female protagonist. This narrative has
contributed vast dispute between literary critics, from its publication till this day, in relation to whether
or not Roxana was able to achieve individuality, or if she was a failure. The majority of critics tend to
view the ending of the novel as the focal point of the story in order to solidify the

Childhood memories are sometimes covered and obscured beneath the things that come later, like
childhood toys forgotten at the bottom of a crammed adult closet, but they are never lost for good
(Gailman, 5). The young boy in the story returns to his childhood home as an adult and recalls his
memories. As he walks down his lane, the novels protagonist goes from a young man to himself as a
young boy. The young boy shows how a child sees the world around them, while the parents show
how adults see the world. The child s creativity, imaginative, and innocent mind is let loose through
the same situation as the adults from a different perspective. The memories from the neighbor s farm
begin to come back to him and when he sees the pond the smallest memories begin to return. He
recalls that the pond used to be call the ocean by the young girl Lettie. The magic as he recalls began
with his family car and continues to an unknown world in which he brings back an unknowing
monster. The young boys spiritial enlightenment begins as the two children travel through this
unknown world. The enlightenment continues as the different experiences occur throughout the time
that the monster is present. This monster, Ursula, turns into his nanny quickly convinces his family of
her well being on the farm. Ursula begins to create problems for the young boy, by not allowing him

Limited Liability Companies ( Llcs ) Essay
Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) Rationale. The advent of the limited liability company in the
1990 s came about primarily to promote small business start ups by providing substantial asset
protection, simpler rules, and favorable state and local tax treatments (Millon, 2007; Riles Whitlock,
2003: Vandervoort, 2004). LLCs are also typically easier and less expensive to form and manage than
a corporation and quickly became the entity of choice (Hopson Hopson, 2014). Similarities to
corporations. Like corporations, LLCs are separate legal entities, and as with the shareholders of
corporations, the members of LLCs are provided significant asset protection from creditors and other
stakeholders (Riles Whitlock, 2003) by limiting the liability to the amount of the capital contribution
(Albert, 2015). This shifts the risk of failure and insolvency from the members to the creditors
(Millon, 2007).
Differences from corporations. Many of the differences between LLCs and corporations have been the
crux in the area of litigation, the first being the lack of corporate formalities. Unlike a corporation, an
LLC can be managed by its members or appointed managers and does not require periodic meetings.
Although every state now has LLC legislation (Albert, 2015) which impose default fiduciary duties,
these duties can be modified or eliminated altogether by the members of the LLC (Raju Remming,
2012). As opposed to corporations following FASB ASC 105 Generally

Essay on My Experience with Racism
Elvis A Navarro BLS 245 September 23, 2008 My Personal experiences with Racism Racism has
always been a big topic in society, even during Jesus Christ time. I believe racism comes from
independent thinking and views and how this view from family, friends and society forms us each day.
Racism has to do a lot with social status, money, power, looks, sex and much more. Coming from a
third world country I can really see the major differences of racism how they vary by culture and
education. My experience in the United States as a young boy has formed my racism definition and
view of society in general. One of the biggest influences in my life is my father name Evaristo

Cesar Chavez Elegy
Great people are what make this world a better place just like these people I am going to write about.
Elegy on the death of Cesar Chavez by Rudolfo Anaya is an elegy that is about when Cesar s death
and what the people did after his death. Another story is an informational text called Flesh and blood
so cheap by Albert Marrin is about a fire that took many people s lives and what they did during the
fire. Both of these people made a big impact however I think Cesar Chavez made the bigger impact
because he didn t just bring attention to the problem he did something to fix I think the people in the
triangle fire made a lesser difference in the world because they didn t do as much a Cesar Chavez did
but the world wouldn t be the same without them. One reason I think they did a good thing for the
world is, Onlookers saw many dreadful sights, none so more than the end of a love affair. [Marrin,13]
This shows that the people watching might of said something to fix the problem. Another quote is,
Those who reached the ninth floor stairway door found it locked. [Marrin,7] This shows that if this
book was published back then someone would complain to give workers better rights. To conclude
this paragraph i think these people did a good thing for society. ... Show more content on

Anti trafficking League against Slavery (ATLAS) was established in 2004 as an initiative to combat
human trafficking under the Office of the U.S. Attorney, District of Nevada. At the same time, the U.S.

attempt to join the two programs together under one leadership, the Southern Nevada Human
Trafficking Task Force was established (Bureau). As stated on their website, the mission of ATLAS is
to identify, rescue and restore victims of human trafficking and to prosecute traffickers in the State of
Nevada. Shared Hope International released the 165 page which said high risk conditions of Las Vegas

education and awareness to the community. Beyond the assistance of these partners in terms of

Man Against Nature In Jack London s To Build A Fire
Man against Nature: A Look Into To Build a Fire by Jack London
Introduction
The human being has in most instances tried to outdo nature through creativity and innovation. Man s
fight against nature is endlessly continuous and determined. It is of great significance that man
understands that this competition with nature in the face of such overwhelming odds is insignificant. A
clear cut example of this unproductive struggle is a story by Jack London, To Build a Fire whereby he
uses man versus nature to support his primary theme that our struggle against nature is vastly unequal
one that leaves little or no margin for error (London, 25).
To prove this theme Jack London, in his book puts a man in an environment he is unfamiliar with. In

London says, In reality, it was not merely colder than 50 below zero; it was colder than 60 below than
70 below. It was 75 below zero. Because the freezing point is 32 above zero, it meant that there were
107 degrees of frost , the extreme temperatures that led to the death of the man. The man also despite
the warning of the likely dangers of such cold weather, he had his argument. He in his mind stated, All
a man had to do was to keep his head, and he was all right (London, 71). Any man who was a man
could travel alone. In this instance, the man backing on his intellect and reasoning power to overcome
nature. The fact that he is unable to overcome the adverse weather conditions at his disposal is an
indication of why man cannot outwit nature. Despite his knowledge and reasoning ability, the man is
trapped, and even his attempts to light a fire to warm himself are thwarted by the same nature. He
freezes to the point that he cannot do anything.
The dog in the story is seen to be much concerned and worried about the weather than the man who
can think and make decisions. London says, But the animal sensed the danger. Its fear made it
questions eagerly every movement of the man as if expecting him to go into camp or to seek shelter
somewhere and build a fire. The dog is dreadful of the generally harsh environment

Becoming A Disciple Of Jesus
In this paper, the writer will reveal how becoming a disciple of Jesus arranged and rearranged life
about the Great Commission. The writer will also express one area that is more efficient to rearrange
as a disciple.
According to Willard, a disciple is someone who has decided to be with another person, under
appropriate conditions, in order to become capable of doing what that person does or to become what
that person is. (282) A disciple of Jesus is learning to be like Jesus, giving up the will of self to the will
of Jesus. Just as Jesus surrendered His will to the will of the Father. To be like Jesus, a person must do
to Jesus in Luke 9:23, he must deny himself, and take up his cross daily and follow Me. In other
words, a person must completely dedicate themselves to Jesus and be obedient and trust God s plan
for their life. God says in Jeremiah 29:11, For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans
for welfare, and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope. God is our ultimate source. He
knows what it takes to form a person s character as being Christlike and developing them as a disciple,
just as He did the Twelve.
For instance, to arrange and rearrange the writer life s affairs, the writer had to resign from the job of
eight years and six months to follow after Christ and trust His plans for what lies ahead. In spite of the
struggles, tests, and trials, God was always in the midst of every situation the writer encountered.

Rap Genres
Music is all around you no matter where you go, you are surrounded by music. There are so many
different genres of music such as rock, hip hop, country, dubstep. With so many genres of music there
is always something new or different in the music industry, good music will always be around and
there will always be new sounds to keep you entertained.
With so many different types of music out there, there is most likely something for everybody to
enjoy. Most of the music that I listen to is either rap, hip hop, rock, or trap. Trap is a more recent style
of music that sort of combines lyrics into a beat that hits hard and is fast paced. Trap became really
popular about 3 years ago, and is still a very popular genre. Out of all the music I listen to, I have no
favorite genre. What I listen to just depends on my mood, or what i m doing. I usually find myself
listening to rap, or hip hop at first, and then I switch it up and start to listen to other types of music.
When I listen to rap, some of the artists that I listen to are Lil Uzi, Lil Yachty, Famous Dex, and
Kodak Black. These are just a few of the rap artists I like and support. I ve alway been drawn to

The Problem Of Drug Use
Drug use in America has been on the rise, drugs have been available for many years. The use of drugs
in communities not only affect the drug user but it also affects families across the United States. Drug
use has a way of making one dependent on a substance which can lead to many issues such as theft,
theft usually plays an important role in funding a drug users habit when they are not able to hold a job
or run out of money to sustain their unhealthy habit. Families are hurt by the user s ability to be

2006). In the past year, 23% of youth meet diagnostic criteria for a substance use disorder by age 20
(Johnston LD, O Malley PM, Bachman JG, Schulenberg JE. 2006). This is huge when considering that
substance abuse can start at a young age and continue throughout life possibly leading to further issues
more crime related. As Chief of Police addressing the use and rehabilitation of drug users who live a
life of crime is difficult. Under the current policies, we are giving individuals longer sentences for
drug related crime and not addressing the issue of addiction. So, after users commit a crime they are
sentenced to jail or prison and once released they go back to the same patterns and environments that
fed their addiction so once again they continue to use and these individuals become our habitual
offenders. This current system is setting individuals up for failure and not assisting with giving them
the tools and knowledge to make changes in their behavior. Langan, (1994) explained that a review of
recidivism in 15 states found that one quarter of individuals released return to prison within 3 years for
technical violations that include, among other things, testing positive for drug use (Langan. PA. Levin
DJ., 1994). This goes to show that drugs and drug use needs to be addressed with strict guidance
within facilities that are equipped to

  • 2. Thailand s Political Peasants Book Review Thailand s Political Peasants book by Andrew Walker is a must read for people who would like to dive into learning more about the political status in modern rural Thailand. In his book, Walker argues that in order to understand the governance of Thailand s middle income peasantry including its fruitful electoral corroboration for Thaksin s populist policies, the political passions that brought the red shirts to Bangkok, and the electoral thrive of Yingluck Shinawatra it is irresistible to address how savvy is exposed in a framework of rising income standards and a transformed relationship by the state. This book is written to question the underlying political, cultural, and economic processes that assist Thailand s current contests over ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... As Walker puts it, the forces of socioeconomic modernization that grow disparity further increase the capability and fluency of suburban political opinion. For Walker, such a quandary of uneven development is the root problem of the contemporary political tension in Thailand. They anticipate that the state will invigorate its efforts to raise the value of suburban livelihoods, cut back inequality, and extend secure savings when experimental engagements with private budget fail. Urban rural linkages not only supported the happening of modification, promoted slick forms of disbursement, and blurred spatial distinctions, but also enabled suburban dwellers to compare their disadvantages with wealthy social populations. Income inconsistency has caused dissatisfaction among peasants, who have endorsed a stable share of the benefits of economic development. The 2006 elite backed coup executed the relationship between Thaksin and rural political society. However, Bangkok elites and intellectuals condemned the impropriety of Thaksin and the electorate that had voted him into power. The adequate household in Bangkok is approximately three times higher than in the suburban northeast and the north. Walker has pointed out that discrimination in Thailand is not the output of exuberance extraction by prevailing elites. As ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 4. Are Colleges Worth The Cost Of College Attending college after high school is a choice everybody has to make. However, colleges can be very expensive to attend. The decision to go to college hangs mostly on one question: Is college worth the cost? Many people evaluate the cost of college by equating it to things such as family tradition and whether or not they need it for their career. To some people, college is a stumbling block, but to others, it is the key to their future. To begin, college has many benefits, despite the cost. With accurate data that is informing, Kudler Fine Foods ought to be able to make more practical business decisions. With Kudler Fine Foods using data table to order, keep inventory, and to process their products, they can become more successful and on top of the food industry. Recommendations A recommendation that would be beneficial for Kudler is to provide online ordering. This will allow customers to check out Kudler s website, and this can be a way that Kudler can track how many people view their website daily. This will also allow Kudler to follow the areas such as zip codes to do mailouts, this would advertise their company and their products. Another recommendation that needs to be made is to have one set of GL codes for all three locations. They should have one inventory report that shows all of their products whether it is at another location. This will make it easier for management to follow the inventory lists and to pay more attention to the products that are being sold quicker than others. This will save time having to pull inventory reports for each location and to see what they sold. Since Kudler orders their products from around the world, I think it would be a good idea to have an international GL code for those items that are purchased in different parts of the world. This will also let the customer know where the item that they re purchasing originated. This will make Kudler unique by giving other countries recognition to products that are produced in their parts of the world. According to Microsoft, if you are required to use the exact group of records repetitively, for example, when operators are paging in a grid, it can be competent to fill up those records into a dataset ... • 6. Utah V. Illinois Detective Fackrell UTAH v. STRIEFF Reading over UTAH v. STRIEFF I will expound on some facts of the case that impacted some of the decision making in police administration. Narcotics detective Douglas Fackrell was surveilling a South Salt Lake City residence due to the anonymous tip on suspicious drug activity. Based on his surveillance he determined that the resident was drug dealing. Detective Fackrell saw Strieff leaving the residence. He identified and detained Strieff to answer questions about what was going on inside the house. He ran a check and discovered he had an outstanding arrest warrant for a traffic violation. Detective Fackrell searched him and found little baggies of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia only minutes after the illegal ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Assuming but not determining Detective Fackrell did not have enough grounds to stop Strieff at first, but when he was made known of the arrest warrant; it attenuated the connection with the unlawful stop and the evidence detained from Strieff incident to his arrest. He discovered the drugs only in the minutes after his illegal stop. Although he had a valid warrant, it had nothing to do with the discovery of evidence. The warrant only allowed Detective Fackrell to arrest Strieff, but his search of Strieff s incident to that arrest was considered lawful. The detective was careless in nature and called his judgment to be questioned. Did he violate Strieff s Fourth Amendment rights? Although his conducted an unlawful stop, his conduct was lawful, and there are no signs that the stop was part of any systemic or police misconduct. At this point, Detective Fackrell s judgment should not constitute a warrant suppression. He was not there just to poke at Shierff. He was there to gather information about his investigation. Strieff says otherwise due to the absence of probable cause. The court determined a baseline or how they were going to exclude evidence based on the Fourth Amendment violation. Dismissal is only necessary when the benefits outweigh its costs. The exclusionary rule is very vital in determining if the police officer s conduct was unlawful. By excluding the illegally obtained evidence, courts minimized the temptation of the ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Deere Company has a high expectation of the increase in profit in the future with several perspectives. First, they expect the increases in demand for the agricultural industry because of the increase of total population around the world, especially in the Asian and Africa regions. Thus, they expanded the plants in China, India, and Latin America, where the middle class population is getting larger. Second, they expect the increases of urbanization in the developing countries, where to require the development of infrastructures in those countries. • 8. The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie by Muriel Spark Essay The Prime of Miss Jean Brodie by Muriel Spark Miss Brodie fails to be a good teacher because she teaches on her own accord, gives her students wrong impressions, and displays unprofessional behavior towards her staff and pupils. As a schoolteacher in Edinburgh during the 1930 s there were many rules and regulations that teachers had to adhere to in order to successfully feed the minds of their young pupils. Schoolteachers had more of a responsibility during this period than today because school was the only source of information and education that people could receive. Due to this fact, the government set strict policies and curriculums (and still do) that teachers must follow so that students could grow up to become well round ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... She chose to ignore these mandatory guidelines and pursued her own fashion and material when instructing her students. This is why Miss Jean Brodie fails to be a decent teacher. Miss Jean Brodie is a very self centered person who likes to talk about herself to her class. She mentions to her class on several occasions that she is in the prime of her life and that it is the best time of ones life. Although she states that ones prime is when they are born , Miss Brodie contradicts this statement and leads her class to believe that life is no good until one reaches their prime, which is at her age. This is misleading for the students who are at a susceptible age. By giving this wrong impression her students are left to believe that they have nothing to look forward to until they reach Miss Brodie s age. Another example of how Miss Brodie gives her student the wrong impression was her repetitive attacks on Miss MacKay. It was obvious the two teachers did not like one another, which is bound to happen in any profession. However, advertising this dislike to her classroom only leads to problems. The first time that this occurs is when Miss Brodie was leading here class out to the elm tree for the imaginary history lesson. On the way outside she stops her class in front of Miss MacKay s office, points to a picture of the old Prime ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

One of the greatest accomplishments the United States can claim is to have put a man on the moon in 1969. In describing the impact of the moon landing, historian Arthur M. Schlesinger Jr. notes, The one thing for which this century will be remembered 500 years from now was: This was the century when we began the exploration of space (Launius, 2006). In the 47 years since the moon landing, no other nation has been able to land on the moon marking this as a lasting legacy to American perseverance in the exploration of space. The completion of the Panama Canal in 1914 also showcased American resolve and engineering superiority. • 10. Physicians, Change And Toxic Behaviors Physicians, change and toxic behaviors Healthcare environments are often plagued with dysfunctional behaviors that create antisocial, self defeating behaviors (Porter O Grady Malloch, 2014). Traditionally, healthcare providers were males that dominated the profession which created a sense of personal entitlement and resistance to change (Porter O Grady Malloch, 2014). With the advent of the Affordable Care Act (ACA), healthcare is in the midst of a paradigm shift that embraces change, efficiency and collaboration, a foreign concept to some traditional providers. Traditionally, prior to the implementation of the ACA, physicians felt empowered and in control (Porter O Grady Malloch, 2014). Under the ACA, healthcare organizations fervently transformed their facilities to accommodate the mandates of the ACA, such as CPOE. With this loss of control, physicians are angry and passively transfer that anger to the supportive nursing staff. Because hospital leadership traditionally did not challenge the physician behavior, this anti social behavior is tolerated. Consequently, nurses develop fear, distrust and discouragement, which compromises the collaboration that is necessary to produce quality patient outcomes. Porter O Grady and Malloch (2014) outline ten principles to minimize this type of organizational toxicity that manipulates progress and collaboration. These principles are tools that work to transform the dysfunctional, toxic environment into a healthier, ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

After seven years of marriage and no children, Marie s mother sent her son to act as a marriage counselor for the couple, and they had their first child a year later. She became Queen of France after Louis s father died, yet had no political power and was often left to her own devices, including lavish spending and eloquent parties. In her early years as queen she spent a lot of time at the Petit Trianon, a summer castle and gift from her husband, where rumours circulated about her having an affair with Swedish diplomat Count Axel von Fersen, which in reality was a platonic crush. With the help of Axel von Fersen, Marie plotted to escape to Austria where her brother, the Holy Roman Emperor Leopold II, was waiting with an army to fend off pursuing Frenchmen but they never made it. The royals were escorted back to Paris and the French declared war on Austria where they were defeated; the blame going to their Austrian born queen. • 12. Quebec Sovereignty Movement Quebec Sovereignty Movement The separation movement of Quebec has been a constant headache to Canadian government for decades of years. As Quebec s main resident population speaks French, there are inevitably many clashes between French and English cultures. Historically, Quebec was not first colonized by British immigrants but the French, and claimed as French territory in 1608. In 1663, under the reign of Louis XIV, it became French royal colony, and named as New France. In order to firmly seize this piece of land, French and British militaries fought with each other for quite a long time until 1763, ending up in the victory of Great Britain and France s surrender. However, Britain s military success failed to repel France s ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The independence + socialism project of the ASIQ was a source of political ideas for the Front de libération du Québec (Quebec Liberation Front) (FLQ). In 1968, separatists founded Patti Québécois (PQ), which publicly supports Quebec s independence. In PQ s decrees they clearly tell the world that they are planning to procure Quebec s separation from Canada, and later govern it. In November 1976 PQ officially took the control of Quebec, quickening the pace of sovereignty movement. Quebec City, the capital city of Quebec Province, is the ninth largest city in Canada, and the province ranks the second largest one in the whole country. It also enjoys a high level of economy, and has a large portion of GDP of Canada. In Quebec City, 680,000 citizens use both English and French as official languages while ninety five percent of them only speak in French. No matter how strong the separatist movement is in Quebec, it is impossible for Canadian government to easily grant Quebec s requests of being independent because of the importance of Quebec. Looking at the Ancient Egyptian culture, when Egypt was still young, but rapidly growing, the belief in the afterlife was common knowledge and was unchallenged for many centuries. Due to the wealth that the king and queen displayed, the average citizen was not able to compare to them. The kings were buried with a great deal of material wealth, which was intended to help them in their journey into the afterlife. The wealth was represented in a variety of carvings and materials. The jewelry that Egyptians wore was ostentatious, and it displayed the wealth that the individual person had obtained throughout their lifetime. There was one particular piece that was discovered in the tomb of princess Sithathoriunet. It was a small hand mirror. The mirror has a think silver disk with a black obsidian handle that is in the shape of an open papyrus plant. Hathor is portrayed on the handle, and her ears being that of a cow, representing her nurturing role. The mirror is double faced and both sides are identical. Aristophanes Lysistrata Bernstein, Elizabeth Dr. Thomas Haeussler CWL 320 M/W 8am Essay One: Lysistrata Lysistrata is an example of a comedic story that can apply to many generations, cultures and intellects. With Aristophanes combination of witty, bawdy, vulgar, yet thematic comedy, it offers its readers a story for the ages. What I found to be the most humorous aspect of Lysistrata was the juxtaposition of how the comedy was initially intended to be viewed at the time it was written, and what makes it funny in today s comedic culture. In ancient Greek times, the humor in Lysistrata was the idea of a woman in a leadership or decision making role. Women were typical housewives. They would cook, clean, take care of the children and make sure everything was right for her husband when he got home. The idea of a woman stepping completely outside the social norms of ancient Greek times was so outrageous, it was comical. Another piece of comedy was when Lysistrata sent the chorus of old women to the Acropolis because they are well past their prime. It s similar to the first political cartoon, running on a theme of criminal like behavior, but differs from the first one because in the second cartoon, she has a certain amount of power in order to carry through with it. The political cartoons are also similar in the way that the conversations that take place over the phone, are held in some sort of a secret matter. However the second one differs from the first when it comes down to the subject criteria that is being discussed. The conversation in the first one is a series of questions, while the second one is on a more demanding basis. The tones in both images take a similar stance, setting up a very mysterious scene in both political cartoons. Hillary s face in the cartoons has a very distinctive appearance about it, giving the viewer the perception that she is up to no good. The only noticeable differences are the style she is wearing, as well as the style of cartooning, however the overall message is that she has the look that she knows what she did was wrong and it applies a very mysterious tone to what is taking place within the cartoons scene. Finally, the last given similarity touches along the lines of both pathos and logos. • 23. Analysis Of The Fortunate Mistress By Daniel Defoa he neoclassical time period, more commonly known as the Age of Enlightenment, reinvented the very notion of literature and the ways in which it interacted with society through a new invention known as the novel. Within the novel, writers and readers alike had the ability to access new, crucial, concepts that served to alter individual perception and in turn generate new ideas through the viewing of role reversals, disruptions of the social order, and individualism of the characters. One of the emerging novels at this time by Daniel Defoe, commonly known as the Fortunate Mistress, illustrated these concepts of social upheaval and identity through the female heroine Roxana. Written in the form of a narrative, Roxana recounts her personal experiences and transformation from a virtuous woman to a prostitute as a result of unforeseen and unavoidable situations. In this work, Defoe challenges the prevailing roles of women in society by examining the possibility of a woman who is dominant in her finances, sexual freedom, and an individual entirely her own and fully disconnected from the standards of the patriarchal society through the eyes of a female protagonist. This narrative has contributed vast dispute between literary critics, from its publication till this day, in relation to whether or not Roxana was able to achieve individuality, or if she was a failure. • 25. Limited Liability Companies ( Llcs ) Essay Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) Rationale. The advent of the limited liability company in the 1990 s came about primarily to promote small business start ups by providing substantial asset protection, simpler rules, and favorable state and local tax treatments (Millon, 2007; Riles Whitlock, 2003: Vandervoort, 2004). LLCs are also typically easier and less expensive to form and manage than a corporation and quickly became the entity of choice (Hopson Hopson, 2014). Similarities to corporations. Like corporations, LLCs are separate legal entities, and as with the shareholders of corporations, the members of LLCs are provided significant asset protection from creditors and other stakeholders (Riles Whitlock, 2003) by limiting the liability to the amount of the capital contribution (Albert, 2015). This shifts the risk of failure and insolvency from the members to the creditors (Millon, 2007). Differences from corporations. Many of the differences between LLCs and corporations have been the crux in the area of litigation, the first being the lack of corporate formalities. Unlike a corporation, an LLC can be managed by its members or appointed managers and does not require periodic meetings. Although every state now has LLC legislation (Albert, 2015) which impose default fiduciary duties, these duties can be modified or eliminated altogether by the members of the LLC (Raju Remming, 2012). A clear cut example of this unproductive struggle is a story by Jack London, To Build a Fire whereby he uses man versus nature to support his primary theme that our struggle against nature is vastly unequal one that leaves little or no margin for error (London, 25). The writer will also express one area that is more efficient to rearrange as a disciple. According to Willard, a disciple is someone who has decided to be with another person, under appropriate conditions, in order to become capable of doing what that person does or to become what that person is. (282) A disciple of Jesus is learning to be like Jesus, giving up the will of self to the will of Jesus. Just as Jesus surrendered His will to the will of the Father. To be like Jesus, a person must do to Jesus in Luke 9:23, he must deny himself, and take up his cross daily and follow Me. In other words, a person must completely dedicate themselves to Jesus and be obedient and trust God s plan for their life. God says in Jeremiah 29:11, For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare, and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope. God is our ultimate source. He knows what it takes to form a person s character as being Christlike and developing them as a disciple, just as He did the Twelve. For instance, to arrange and rearrange the writer life s affairs, the writer had to resign from the job of eight years and six months to follow after Christ and trust His plans for what lies ahead.
