1. for the first question, I understood everything and how to do it because it was one of the first things
we learned in physics. Finding potential energy is not that difficult until you go more in depth with it.

When I was around nine years old I lived in California. It was nothing fancy; we lived in a standard
house and I attended the elementary school I was zoned to. I was in the choir, too. The choir was, if

Many people get the terms service learning, volunteerism and community service mixed together. All
three were made to make a difference somewhere or in someone s life. The main difference between
these services are the primary intentions of the programs. Service learning primary purpose is to learn
from the experience and to improve their skills. By doing so, they are helping those in need.
Volunteering and community service have the most in common, except the fact that community
service can be done without a voluntary basis. Those services are done without the purpose of learning
something from it, even though they can have a learning experience. Even though most are volunteers

Houston Food Bank is a private non profit organization. They were established in 1982 and are a
certified member of Feeding America. Their focus is to help end hunger by distributing the most meals
possible to those in need. They can provide 83,000,000 meals a year, which they are trying to improve
in. Most of the meals they pack up are sent to pantries and other organizations that need food for
individuals and families. Usually, food banks do not distribute their meals, but Houston Food Bank
does. With the help of volunteers, they can sort, pack and distribute food. Most of the food given to
them are provided from donors, local companies around the city, and USDA. The food given to them
would go to waste without their help and the volunteers who make the meals happen. I attended the
Houston Food Bank, and while I was there, I could tell they have strong teamwork within the
organization. All the employees knew what to do and how to handle that many volunteers. They all
communicated with the volunteers with a professional, friendly way. They could get everyone who
came in to sign in and get everything set up to start the day. I was not able to tell one thing that went
wrong. It was impressive how neatly and organized they had the building. The atmosphere, at least for

Abstract
This investigation is aimed to find whether there is a relationship between cognitive empathy and
primary and secondary psychopathy. A correlational design was used, in which the Levenson self
report scale Levenson (1995) and the Reading Eyes Mind Test (Baron Cohen et al., 2001) were
administered to 452 first year psychology students. Major results showed a weak, significant, negative
correlation between primary psychopathy and empathy; there was no significant relationship between
secondary psychopathy and empathy. Concluding lack of empathy potentially correlates with primary
psychopathy whereas secondary psychopathy shows no noticeable significance to empathy.

development of an atmosphere and it is a powerful intermediary between the subject and object
(Bohme, 1993, p118). Through the manipulation of various physical components, a designer can set a
mood, that seems to fill the void in a space which is important as an artwork cannot be grasped solely
through its concrete qualities (Bohme, 1993, p116). An important idea within this atmospheric
appreciation is that it is how we perceive a space, which creates our mood. Each individual will have a
different perception of a space and how the various elements radiate towards him or her. A designer s
aim is to engage the audience for the full duration of being in a space and it is these atmospheric
qualities that predominantly control this. This essay will take a significant look at the creation and
development of atmosphere within a space, in particular fashion runways. It will give a brief
introduction into the idea of an atmosphere and how designers can create certain moods and emotions
