Immigration. Immigration Is A Topic That Has Been In The
Immigration
Immigration is a topic that has been in the news often due to the most recent Presidential election.
However, the idea of immigration is one that has existed since the Old Testament with stories of
refugees fleeing from oppression. Immigration is an ideal that has remained a topic of discussion for
years due to the positives and negatives of it. While immigration may have some negatives, it is my
view that immigration is a necessity for the United States because of its roots in Catholic social
teaching, effects on economy, and the need for basic rights of individuals to obtain a better life. When
dealing with immigration one must not just view it as an economic factor but must understand that
immigration is an issue within ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The Catholic bishops further their explanation of the freedom to move lands when they reference that
ownership or duration have no privilege in regard to who s land is who s. The Bishops state that, the
native does not have superior rights over the immigrant. Before God all are equal; the earth was given
by God to all. When a person cannot achieve a meaningful life in his or her own land, that person has
the right to move (Catholic Bishops).
The next principle touched upon is the right of a country to regulate its boarders and control
immigration. This principle is grounded in the belief that people have the right to move but no country
is bound by anything to accept those that want to resettle there. This principle also brings to light the
reasons for immigrants fleeing which is normally for somber reasons as they are fleeing from an
unsafe place. This illustrates that many immigrants are coming from a bad situation which is not
looked highly upon in Catholic social teaching as it goes against the common good to have bad areas .
The Catholic Bishops comment on the idea of immigration as a whole explaining that, catholic social
teaching is realistic: While people have the right to move, no country has the duty to receive so many
immigrants that its social and economic life are jeopardized . The final principle brings together
principles one and two, which tend to contradict one another. Principle three states that a country must
regulate it s borders with

Frankenstein, By Mary Shelly
In the story Frankenstein , by Mary Shelly, we are given the perspective of both, creation and creator,
as we get to know them and what drives them to do the things that they do. The story mainly follows
Victor Frankenstein, and his tales from early childhood to his time studying philosophy and science.
This spark for the sciences and for life causes his desire to create life itself, and after months of
studying, creates the creature. It s horrid appearance causes him to despise the creature. It eventually
departs from Victor s home, and lives alone as it continues to be mistreated by mankind and learns to
hate and despise them. He takes his anger and unleashes it on those close to his creator, killing his
beloved brother. It was after this that the creature asks Victor to create a companion in which he
ultimately denies which causes the creature to kill more of the people that he loves in rage and hatred.
These two whom despise one another have many differences between them, but also share some
qualities as well.
The story is mainly focused on Victor Frankenstein, a man greatly influenced by the sciences, which
later led him to create the creature. Throughout the novel, it is constantly shown of the love that
surrounds Victor. He has people who care for him, and worry about his health. Mary Shelley writes,
You will find a happy, cheerful home and friends who love you dearly (144). This portion of the novel
that was a letter written by Elizabeth shows the loving people

The Problem Of The Kyoto Protocol
recent years, the population of Quebec has shown increasing awareness and concerns for the
protection of the environment . Like all the industrialized nations on the planet, Quebec, and more
generally Canada, produces huge amounts of greenhouse gas, which have terrible effects on the
planet. The Kyoto protocol, ratified in 1997, is the initiative for Governments around the world to act
in favor of the reduction of GHG emission. Furthermore, the Government of Quebec has taken action
to promote a greener way lifestyle by subsidizing many environmentally friendly initiatives. Special
matter was accorded to transportation, which accounts for 42.5% of emissions of GHG in Quebec.
Transportation is thus the biggest emitter sector and should be ... Show more content on

The electric vehicle market offering the first all electric mass produced car made its appearance in
Canada in 2011 with the Nissan Leaf . Quebec s electric vehicle market is relatively young as well and
regroups only a few leading and innovative firms of the industry. In 2014, only 2 835 Quebecers were
owners of an electric vehicle , which is less than 0.04% of the population. The purchase price of
electric vehicles is much higher than gasoline vehicles, therefore people who purchase electric
vehicles tend to have higher income and be concentrated in particular neighborhoods. In addition,
another important factor in vehicle choice these days is their repercussions on the environment. Some
consumers are concerned with environmental degradation, and are motivated to reduce carbon
emissions and its impact on the environment, therefore they purchase more fuel efficient vehicles. A
recent estimate states that the industry is booming; on average, three to four electrical cars are
estimated to be sold every day in the province of Quebec.
The demand for electrical vehicle is strongly concentrated in the Montérégie area (540 cars), on the
South Shore and in Montreal (340 cars). This demographic concentration shows that the demand is
related to the accrued presence of recharge stations (as well as income), in the Montérégie area there is
74 stations available, which is more than anywhere else. This implies that the demand is higher

Comparing Rowlandson And Incidents In The Life Of A Slave...
Incidents in the Life of a Slave Girl and A Narrative of the Captivity and Restoration of Mrs. Mary
Rowlandson are both nonfiction narratives that describe the struggles of women in some form of
captivity. The similarities between these two texts are in some ways incredibly obvious, for instance
they are both written in the first person from the perspective of marginalized women struggling to
merely survive. Incidents in the Life of a Slave Girl specifically deals with the extreme level of sexual
abuse that female slaves were subjected to and it is frequently cited as first hand proof that women
were treated even worse than men on plantations. While this may be true it is not a similarity that it
has to A Narrative of the Captivity ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Similarly, Incidents in the Life of a Slave Girl offers many insights into the suffering that life can
sometimes offer. Her account does not have the same subtle optimism found in A Narrative of the
Captivity and Restoration of Mrs. Mary Rowlandson , however, it similarly shows how many can take
their luxurious lifestyles for granted, by outlining the suffering or even discussing a woman who was
happy her child was dying and would be removed from a life of pain (23). Both of these texts clearly
outline how resilient human nature can be they both tell the stories of women who are put into
incredibly challenging situations and yet they both continue to survive. This survival mechanism of
humans is an intriguing recurring theme in both texts and is a similarity that links them both together.
While there are a myriad of similarities between these two texts, there are also significant differences
in context, theme, and scope. For instance, A Narrative of the Captivity and Restoration of Mrs. Mary
Rowlandson is the story of only eleven weeks of captivity. This is naturally a far less comprehensive
experience than in Incidents in the Life of a Slave Girl which tells the narrative of a girl who suffered
her entire life. Naturally, reading both of these texts shows a shocking difference in narrative view. A
Narrative of the Captivity and Restoration of Mrs. Mary Rowlandson is quite optimistic, as one reads
through her account it is clear

Black churches today are becoming more diverse, and a great place to worship for all people
regardless of ethnicity. However, for some people of Caucasian decent it can still be confusing
understanding the traditions of the Black church. Here is a brief guide to non African Americans

Dress Appropriately for the Black Church
Black people dress up for church on Sunday, and not just for special occasions. Every time they show
up to worship they are in their Sunday Best . Do not show up dressed down to a Black church. If you
do not want to feel out of place, choose your attire wisely. Black men dress in suits and Black women

Watch the program to understand what is going on. It will be easy to determine when the sermon will
start. The preacher will get up and normally tell the congregation the scripture to follow. The pastor
might first sing a song; it just depends on what the Black holy ghost leads them to do. However, there
are certain terms you will hear throughout the sermon. One of those terms you will hear is God is
good. You will be expected to reply with all the time. Just to make sure you understand, the pastor will
present you with the mathematical converse of this phrase by saying, And all the time? Again, you
shall respond only with God is good. It is not a test for you, it is something that happens in the Black
church all the time. Do not think you are being punked if the pastor starts strutting around the pulpit as
if from one of the latest Black movies. He is just trying to grab the attention of the young audience
who tend to be in church focusing on friends sitting around them as opposed to hearing the word. You
might even hear a few hip hop terms during the sermon as well. That s just the great experience of
being in a Black church; it s kept

Andrew Jackson Pros
Why should the United States honor a president who caused immense pain to many innocent people
and led our country into a financial panic and depression by putting him on the $20 bill? Andrew
Jackson was not the great man that many people learned about. Jackson did many things during his
presidency that should are dishonorable, such as supporting the Indian Removals, or kicking qualified
people out of his office to make room for his friends in the government. Even though many people
believe he was the people s president and stood for democracy, we should not be applauding a
president that supported discrimination and slavery during his time in office. Andrew Jackson was
against the national bank, too, and even went as far as to begin a campaign to close down the bank.
Additionally, Jackson committed various dishonorable actions during his presidency that lost him the
trust of some of his voters and gave his opponents valid reasons to oppose him. Andrew Jackson does
not deserve to be on the $20 bill.

depression that continued until the mid 1840s. Jackson s war on the bank also included attacks on

Jackson was also known for being highly against the usage of paper currency, even going as far as to

The Vivacity of the English Language
The English language has always had vivacity. Before English was even a known language, its
linguistic precursors were set in a perpetual forward moving motion that led to the development of
English as we know it. The English language has never been static in geographical location,
vocabulary, grammar, and certainly not in the people who speak it (Crystal).
However, it is important to note that a lingua franca is necessary for people to communicate on a
global level. International relations are important and have been important throughout history. The
League of Nations was the first of many alliances to allocate a special place for English making it
lingua franca for its proceedings. Lingua franca is a shared language of communication used between
people whose main languages are different. In order for a language to become lingua franca, it must be
widely used by those who wield power (Crystal).
There are two main factors that make English a lingua franca. The two factors are its internal and
external qualities. The internal qualities of structure and lexicon are important items in any language.
English is much simpler in these structures than other languages. For example, Latin has accusative,
dative, genitive, feminine, masculine, or neuter, but English does not have these distinct features.
Moreover, English has a vast vocabulary making it more flexible and easier to pair with other
languages. The external qualities of the number of users, geographical diffusion,

U.s. Government s Impact On The United States
The U.S. has suffered from many Natural Disasters from Hurricane Katrina to wildfires in California.
When it comes too natural disasters Hurricanes are by far one of the most devastating. The results can
be catastrophic, possibly leaving the death tolls in thousands and leaving millions homeless. Even
though the U.S. has responded to and recovered from Hurricanes, Meteorologists are presently not
able to predict them early enough, and the U.S. government is unprepared financially, and
responsively. Being well prepared for a hurricane is critical to saving peoples lives and their well
being. The government needs to do more not for just hurricanes but any disaster. When it comes to
predicting a Hurricane obviously the earlier it s predicted the better the outcome will be, it will give
the government and citizens more time to prepare and evacuate city s or even a state if necessary.
Once a hurricane has formed, it can be tracked. Scientists can usually predict its path for 3 5 days in
advance (Samsot). Giving a city to a state possibly only 3 days to evacuate is not long enough for
everyone to pack up as many belongings as they can and leave the area. If meteorologists are able to
predict when a hurricane is going to form and project the path the time to prepare will increase
significantly. What the McDonald 2 government needs to do is help Meteorologists be able to predict
Hurricanes earlier by helping them get more resources and giving them a good fund to help them

Disadvantages Of Forensic Evidence
The difficulties I foresee with favoring a certain task force would be many different people in
choosing the team, which will also mean that many different people there will be many different
opinions. With different opinions there will be many different favors with any approach. By waiting
and listening to each of the opinions you will receive greater strengths. Sometimes time is crucial

Typically, after an explosion there is a fire destroying so much evidence. By the explosion causing
fire, this minimizes the amount of analysis that can be collected. However, in the same hand there can
many different types of forensic evidence such as the scene, where it actually happened, the location
of the location. Such as a bathroom within a five bedroom home. Some details are irrelevant and some
can be used in court to argue strong points. Even if a fire designates investigators can still state
whether the explosion as a bomb, or if it was an accident. The investigators can look into things such a
gas leaks, flammable gas any evidence showing actual proof that the explosion was meant to be done
or merely an accident. The investigation for forensic evidence is always lengthy, but when an
explosion is being investigated, it is much lengthier. The steps for forensic evidence seems easy, but it
is actually more difficult when it is an explosion being investigated. Steps for handling forensic
evidence are as follows. Identify, collect, preserve, inventory, package and transport evidence to the
evidence room where the evidence will then sit. After the investigators make sure that all physical
evidence is collected, then they move onto analyzing all evidence

The Importance Of Refugees In Australia
Asylum seekers or refugees have fled their countries due to volatile circumstances such as war, or fear
of prosecution. Upon arrival in Australia they are moved to detention centres. Detention centres hold
people who have come without a visa, any non national and all unauthorised boat arrivals (Australian
Human Rights Commission, 2014). These centres hold refugees for indefinite periods and in poor
conditions. They are used as a spectacle to represent illegality and a threat to Australian society
(Marfleet, 2007, p672).
The spectacle of detention centres does not only lie within public perception but also within the
architecture of the facility (Grinceri, 2016, p170 171). The barbed wired fence of detention centres is
an example. It allows the spectators (citizens) to witness the enclosure of refugees while
simultaneously binding refugees within its constraints, punishingly (Pugilese, 2008, p206 207). The
visibility provided by the wired fence enables photography and videoing, thus acting as a spectacle.
This spectacle is related to the ideals of torture. They are tortured and punished based on exclusions
and exception. The refugees held in detention centres form the exception. They are the Other which no
one wishes to become and are a danger to society. Those tortured are viewed as deserving because
they are seen as a threat. The power to make decisions about who can and cannot enter Australia lies
within the (Government) Sovereignty (Georgatos, 2017). The sovereign

Child Beauty Pageants Child Abuse

12 January 2014 Title
Although they seem undisputed and lighthearted, child beauty pageants are one of the most
contentious and criticized of all children s activities. While all other types of beauty contests are often
viewed as distasteful, child beauty contests yield an even greater unfavorable response. Many
individuals go as far as critiquing the pageants as being child abuse. Some say the beauty pageants
sexualize the young girls and place unnecessary expectations of beauty at too early of an age.
Contributors argue that the pageants help to build confidence and to teach the girls traits such as
having poise and self control. Child beauty pageants are contests constructed to reward adolescence
for their looks and charisma. There are many different components to every pageant. The children are
often judged on how well they do during their interview, they re judge on their appearance, then on
their talents. The events are set up by age groups, such as 0 to 6, so the criticism is fair. Each age

Jay Gatsby Flaws
Talk about the American dream. What some people see as creating a better life through hard work and
determination, F. Scott Fitzgerald keenly discerns as being materialistic gain. He demonstrates this
through his characters and uses their actions to show their selfish desire that eventually leads to ruin.
Fitzgerald ridicules the American dream through the characters in his work The Great Gatsby. He uses
Jay Gatsby as a modern twist on the classic tragic hero to show us how Gatsby s American dream is
flawed.
Jay Gatsby, being who the story is named after is a very good example of the American dream. He
also represents what most people living in 1920s America were striving for, notably, he has become so
rich that he throws extravagant parties almost every night. Although Gatsby is seen as being

Oscar Wilde s Character, Jack Worthing, And The Other
Oscar Wilde s protagonist, Jack Worthing, carries on two distinct identities throughout the play. One
of the personas is a countryman in Hertfordshire named Jack Worthing, and the other is a dandy in
London named Ernest. Wilde intentionally creates two different characters, which are contradictory to
the reader s expectation whenever they first read the characters names. The name Ernest correlates
with the actual definition of the adjective earnest, which means a person who is honest, serious, and
sincere. Later in the play, Jack realizes his name is actually John, however both have the same
connotation. Gwendolyn states in the first act, there is very little music in the name Jack... I ve known
several Jacks, and they all without exception were more than usually plain (Wilde 25). Evidently, in
the Victorian Era, a man with the name Jack or John was expected to be plain or a man who is not a
dandy, but an ordinary man who has responsibilities. The names Wilde gave to his characters seem to
be appropriate, however, once the reader dissects the play, the names Jack and Ernest would have been
better applied to their counterparts.
The brilliant title that Oscar Wilde gives his play is a pun in itself. The pun depends on not only the
adjective earnest, but after the farce has ended the audience will recognize that there is an actual
importance in being a gentleman named Ernest. In the Victorian era, the idea of earnestness was a
virtue that the people attached the

The United States Department Of Agriculture Essay
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) administers food assistance programs that help
provide food for low to no income families. It is their goal to increase food security and reduce hunger
by increasing access to food, a healthful diet, and nutrition education for low income Americans
(Caswell, 2013, para. 1). Some of the current nutrition assistance programs include the Supplemental
Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) and the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women,
Infants, and Children (WIC) (Caswell, 2013, para. 1). SNAP will be the primary nutrition assistance
program of the paper at hand. No matter how morally good it is to try to help reduce hunger and
increase food security within the United States, there are still many questions regarding issues with
SNAP. This paper will be discussing why there is such a strong support for the program, how it helps
the United States as a whole, problems with the program, and why some people are against SNAP.
The modern program was established as part of the War on Poverty in the 1960s but has undergone
mass changed since then (Edin, 2014). One being that the government gives out electronic debit cards,
rather than stamps, for buying food. Since 2008, the Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program has

U.S and is a critical safety net program for health and nutrition in the U.S (The History of SNAP, para.

Impact Of Environmental Concerns On The Environment
And God said to them, Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it and have dominion
over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the
earth. The bible tells us to be fruitful and multiply , however, with the earth s growing population, our
planet is beginning to see the harmful effects caused by humans. As time progressed, nations
industrialized and policy and technological advancements further pushed the wave of globalization.
Progress and globalization have benefited us in numerous ways, but for every action made there are
consequences. So, how have humans caused environmental concerns? Well, this essay will discuss
those environmental concerns, and this is important because these issues negatively affect the
environment, which ultimately affects us. As the human population continues to grow and we continue
to progress, the environment suffers. Ever since the Industrial Revolution began in the eighteenth
century, human actions have added to the increase in heat trapping gases . This brings us to one of the
most talked about issue caused by humans, pollution. Pollution is the introduction of contaminants
into a natural environment which causes harm to the environment, and pollutants take form in many
ways, however, the most common are water, soil, and air pollution. Without water, we would cease to
exist, yet it s the most threatened essential resource. According to UN Water, 75% of our planet is

A Short Note On The And Its Effects On The World s Mini...
I began popping pills when I was thirteen. Anything and everything I could get my hands on. My
friends and I would meet before school, taking various containers out of our bags. Mine was a Wrigley
s Doublemint Gum tin. We would open them up, displaying pills of various shapes, colors, and sizes.
We had our own mini pharmacy with it s own barter system of sorts. A few anti depressants for an
Adderall, or a muscle relaxer for a Klonopin. Half of them we didn t even know what they were. We
all could get different stuff, so together we had a rainbow of pharmaceuticals.
My favorite however, was Effexor. My grandmother had them for depression associated with bipolar
disorder, but she never took them. It was easy to swipe the bottle. The pills were these bright orange
capsules, with little white beads inside. It felt like a maraca as they slid down my throat. Over time,
taking one, became taking four at a time. After taking them I would experience severe stomach
cramps, nausea, dizziness, and migraines. My friends were popping pills for fun, but I was taking
them to suffer. I wanted so badly to forget about the emotional pain I was going through, I wanted to
feel physically how I felt mentally everyday. If I hurt, that s all I could focus on, everything else
disappeared. All the self doubt and self hate vanished. I just wanted a moment of peace inside my
brain. It was June 23rd, 2012, the summer before my freshman year, when I decided once and for all,

Love Is A Tender And Resilient Matter
Love is a tender and resilient matter, existing in all things since the Lord created the heavens and the
Earth. However, the proper ways to love would be following Jesus s commands to always love one
another regardless of race or background because everyone values love, love shapes what s good and
it is explained in the Bible of the three different and enduring kinds of love: Eros, Agape and Philos.
The first love is exponentially described in the Bible Eros love. This specific kind of love is based off
of the physical traits associated with sexual as well as emotional involvement. That endearing click
people hope to discover at least once in their lives. Eros goes off of strong feelings opposite sexes,
even same sexes, have for one another. However, the bible proficiently claims that unless redeemed by
the Lord s presence, then this love, Eros, can become a possessive, belittling feeling instead, since it
tries to conquer first and then control, such an example being a marriage discovering problems that did
not previously exist due to the other party not going about handling situations the way they had
previously, or purposefully belittling the other. Eros love is a beastly form of love, a love that not
unlike the famous Beauty and The Beast is based off of physical characteristics as well as sentiment
from one being to another. It also exists in the form of pure amorousness gone bad an example of this
being a woman marrying a man she treats in a way society

Literary Group in British Poetry
The history of English poetry stretches from the middle of the 7th century to the present day. Over this
period, English poets have written some of the most enduring poems in Western culture, and the
language and its poetry have spread around the globe. Consequently, the term English poetry is
unavoidably ambiguous. It can mean poetry written in England, or poetry written in the English
language.
The earliest surviving poetry was likely transmitted orally and then written down in versions that do
not now survive; thus, dating the earliest poetry remains difficult and often controversial. The earliest
surviving manuscripts date from the 10th century. Poetry written in Latin, Brythonic (a predecessor
language of Welsh) and Old Irish survives ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
While the poetry that has survived is limited in volume, it is wide in breadth. Beowulf is the only
heroic epic to have survived in its entirety, but fragments of others such as Waldere and the
Finnesburg Fragment show that it was not unique in its time. Other genres include much religious
verse, from devotional works to biblical paraphrase; elegies such as The Wanderer, The Seafarer, and
The Ruin (often taken to be a description of the ruins of Bath); and numerous proverbs, riddles, and
charms.
With one notable exception (Rhyming Poem), Anglo Saxon poetry depends on alliterative verse for its
structure and any rhyme included is merely ornamental.
[edit]The Anglo Norman period and the Later Middle Ages
See also: Anglo Norman literature
With the Norman conquest of England, beginning in 1111 the Anglo Saxon language rapidly
diminished as a written literary language. The new aristocracy spoke French, and this became the
standard language of courts, parliament, and polite society. As the invaders integrated, their language
and literature mingled with that of the natives: the French dialect of the upper classes became Anglo
Norman, and Anglo Saxon underwent a gradual transition into Middle English.
While Anglo Norman or Latin was preferred for high culture, English literature by no means died out,
and a number of important works illustrate the development of the language. Around the turn of the
13th century, Layamon wrote his Brut, based on Wace s

The Flaws Of The Articles Of Confederation
On March 1st, 1781, the Articles of Confederation were signed and ratified. Although this document
protected and strengthened the United States from British rule, gave the U.S citizens freedom, and
organized the 13 states, there were many flaws which sat upon the surface of these articles. Over time
these flaws presented themselves through high taxes, debt, and unenforceable laws across state line.
Under the Articles of Confederation, there were neither a chief executive or a judiciary. In the
Federalists Papers it states that The Crowning defect of the Confederation is the lack of a judicial
power. Laws are pointless without courts to interpret and define their true meaning and operation.

We did it. Using the spell, and Apophis s shadow that we got before Setne escaped we managed to
perform a shadow execration on Apophis. It took a lot of effort and sacrifice though. Getting to him
was like walking through a funhouse where the mirrors lead to just more mirrors. We had eventually
gotten to his main head, while others were fighting other parts of him deep in the Duat. Along with us,
Zia who was hosting the sun god Ra was shooting fire balls at Apophis. It was a crazy mess
everywhere. Apophis had two heads and three tails, but only one of each was real. I could feel the pure
chaos burrowing into my bones, and killing me from the inside out. For a split second, Zia got
distracted, and just as the ancient Egyptians had prophesied, Apophis swallowed Ra and Zia whole.
Instantly the Sun disappeared and everything got really dark and cold. The only thing illuminating the
area was the red glow of Apophis. Seeing Zia swallowed down by Apophis filled me with so much
anger, I blacked out. Sadie says that I lashed out with the crook and flail, leaving wounds that didn t
heal. I don t remember any of that. All I remember is seeing Apophis with two steaming wounds
across him, oozing the blood of chaos. Then Sadie and I cast the shadow execration and banished him

Essay about Cocoanut Grove Fire
From the Ashes Fire protection engineering, or the application of science and engineering to protect
people and their environment from fire, has been around for centuries. The problem with
advancements in this field is that they are preventative and, if ahead of their time, often seen as
unnecessary. As a result, they are usually not considered or implemented until after severe tragedy has
struck. A prime example of this is also the first recorded use of fire protection engineering. In AD 64,
Emperor Nero had regulations drawn up that required fireproof materials used in the external walls to
the city. This, of course, happened only after an estimated seventy percent of Rome was lost to fire.

Planned Parenthood Debate
Opinion Paper After researching both sides of the debate on the acceptability of the US Government
funding Planned Parenthood, I have affirmed my initial support for government funding. The evidence
that assured my support revolved around the consequences defunding Planned Parenthood would
cause and the general lack of empirical evidence against Planned Parenthood. The majority of the
opposition object to funding planned parenthood for moral and religious reasons. Overall, I feel more
damage would be done by defunding the organization. Firstly, one must understand the government
funding Planned Parenthood receives is from Medicaid and Title IX. Danielle kurtzleben, a writer for

Planned Parenthood Spend That Government Money? Defunding Planned Parenthood would not alone
shut down or actually defund the program because State funds could still support it. However, States
are forced to redistribute where they allocate their funds, which means other programs may also lose

Still grieving, the young mother moved herself and her baby in with her parents, but soon met Dan

The Production Of Production Activities
Production Activities This section is an overview of the demands and tests associated with the
integrity of well during production from and injection to a reservoir. The process begins after the well
construction/well intervention organization has handed the well over to the production organization
and concludes with a handover back to drilling and well organization for intervention, work over or
abandonment. Well integrity during this phase is used to keep hydrocarbons from the pay zone inside
the well and by protecting it from leaking off to contaminating groundwater for environmental
purposes. Well barriers are an envelope of one or several dependent barrier elements preventing fluids
or gases from flowing unintentionally from the formation to the surface and are designed and used to
prevent leakages and reduce the risk associated with drilling, production and intervention activities.
The main functions of a well barrier are to prevent any major hydrocarbon leakage(s) from the well to
the external environment during normal production or well operations and to shut in the well on direct
command during an emergency shutdown situation and thereby prevent hydrocarbons from flowing
from the well out. During production, a perfectly reliable well barrier element(s) is paramount to
containing the hydrocarbons inside the well. Well barrier elements are several objects that prevent
formation fluids from flowing inside the well. They could be anything from packers or tubing or

Comparing The Land Ethic Vs. The Death Of The Moth
The Land Ethic vs The Death of the Moth The Earth does not belong to us: We belong to the Earth
Marlee Matlin. In Aldo Leopold s essay, The Land Ethic , there are several overwhelming examples
that illustrate why we as humans would believe we own the Earth when we really don t. Paradoxically,
looking at Virginia Woolf s work, The Death of a Moth , one would come to believe that none of that
matters because all living beings will suffer the fate of death. However, both works show that there
can be a reconciliation between a certain kind of symbiosis: man vs man, land vs land, or man vs land.
The Death of a Moth may show that all life form end eventually, but The Land Ethic convinces readers
that there can be ways to maintain balance in the land that can prevent death or ameliorate life for all
before death. In both works, we can observe the considerable similarities and differences, the balance
between what is ethical and logical in how humans use the land, and the management of life and
assurance of death for all life forms. The Land Ethic mainly focuses on how all beings should have
value and respect for one another. Leopold states that the land is not only comprised of humans
beings, but also other portions of the Earth; of which ranges from the soil and water to the plants and
animals. The Olabisi 2 Death of the Moth conveys the message that not a single being can compete
with death; it focuses on death s

Pros And Cons Of Dissolution Of Firm
Introduction The title dissolution of partnership is distinct from dissolution of firm. In the dissolution
of firm the business of firm is closed and the assets of the firm are sold off and the liabilities of the
firm are discharged. Whatever remains after is distributed among the partners in the ratio of their
profits or as per the agreement of the firm provides for. In contrast in the dissolution of the partnership
only the agreement is dissolved whereas the firm continues to exist. The dissolution of partnership can
happen in the following ways like change in existing profit ratio of the partners, death of a partner,
retirement of a partner, insolvency of a partner, if partnership is for a specific venture then the
completion of that venture, if the partnership is for specific period as agreed upon then after
completion of such period. Whereas the dissolution of firm happens due to the following reasons as
mentioned in The Partnership Act, 1932 like dissolution by agreement, compulsory dissolution,
dissolution on the happening of certain contingencies, dissolution by notice of partnership at will,
dissolution by the court. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Pigot Champan Co.(supra) and Tyresoles (India) Calcutta v. Commissioner of Income Tax,
Coimbature (supra), the Supreme Court differentiated between reconstitution and of dissolution of a

re constitution means continuation of the partnership under altered circumstances . The Supreme Court
held that in the case of reconstitution of firm there is no need for fresh registration. Thus in case of
retirement, death or induction of new partner fresh registration is not required to be obtained. But as

Gramophone Research Paper
Some believe that about 30,000 to 60,000 years ago, music was first discovered. The love of a song
back then could only be heard live or if you learned to play it yourself. Since then, there have been
many inventions for you to listen to your favorite genres, songs, and artists anytime you like. The
history of music players dates back to November 21, 1877 when Thomas Alva Edison invented a
device for recording sounds and then playing it back called the Gramophone. It was patented on
February 19, 1878. The Gramophone looked like a cylinder that was smaller at one end and bigger at
the other. Even today, at the annual Grammy Awards the awards that are given out are miniature
versions of Edison s invention. Despite the Phonograph and the Gramophone s success, the invention
of the radio in 1906 was a threat to the recording industry. The major record companies had a hard
time keeping their own sales up due to the radio, but the later invention of the LPs and 45 rpm records
made the sales rocket. By the 60s and 70s, the records had taken America by storm. There are many
types of records with a variety of number of songs. A 10 inch 78 RPM record could play only about 3
minutes of music. But as sizes changed and the ways the songs were put on the record changed, so ...

something that they wanted to create and write as if it is a journal. Music is something that people

unsupervised learning technique for classification of data. K means algorithm is widely used and
famous algorithm for analysis of clusters. In this algorithm, n number of data points are divided into k
clusters based on some similarity measurement criterion. K Means Algorithm has fast speed and thus
is used commonly clustering algorithm. Vector quantization, cluster analysis, feature learning are some
of the application of K Means. However results generated using this algorithm are mainly dependant
on choosing initial cluster centroids. The main shortcome of this algorithm is to provide appropriate
number of clusters.Provision of number of clusters before applying the algorithm is highly impractical

Strange Fruit By Abel Meeropol
Strange Fruit was originally written as a poem by Abel Meeropol and was later made into a song by
Billie Holiday in 1939. The song was written in protest of racism in the United States which at the
time included lynching, segregation, and groups that supported racism such as the KKK. When the
song first came out in 1939, it was considered one of the most powerful songs at the time. It was so
powerful, that the cafe that she performed at came up with rules about her live performances. The
rules were: it would be the last song of the night, the waiters would stop working when it came on, the
room would be dark with the exception of a single spotlight on Holiday, and there would be no encore
no matter how badly the audience wanted one.

  • 3. Immigration. Immigration Is A Topic That Has Been In The Immigration Immigration is a topic that has been in the news often due to the most recent Presidential election. However, the idea of immigration is one that has existed since the Old Testament with stories of refugees fleeing from oppression. Immigration is an ideal that has remained a topic of discussion for years due to the positives and negatives of it. While immigration may have some negatives, it is my view that immigration is a necessity for the United States because of its roots in Catholic social teaching, effects on economy, and the need for basic rights of individuals to obtain a better life. When dealing with immigration one must not just view it as an economic factor but must understand that immigration is an issue within ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The Catholic bishops further their explanation of the freedom to move lands when they reference that ownership or duration have no privilege in regard to who s land is who s. The Bishops state that, the native does not have superior rights over the immigrant. Before God all are equal; the earth was given by God to all. When a person cannot achieve a meaningful life in his or her own land, that person has the right to move (Catholic Bishops). The next principle touched upon is the right of a country to regulate its boarders and control immigration. This principle is grounded in the belief that people have the right to move but no country is bound by anything to accept those that want to resettle there. This principle also brings to light the reasons for immigrants fleeing which is normally for somber reasons as they are fleeing from an unsafe place. This illustrates that many immigrants are coming from a bad situation which is not looked highly upon in Catholic social teaching as it goes against the common good to have bad areas . The Catholic Bishops comment on the idea of immigration as a whole explaining that, catholic social teaching is realistic: While people have the right to move, no country has the duty to receive so many immigrants that its social and economic life are jeopardized . The final principle brings together principles one and two, which tend to contradict one another. Principle three states that a country must regulate it s borders with ... • 4. Frankenstein, By Mary Shelly In the story Frankenstein , by Mary Shelly, we are given the perspective of both, creation and creator, as we get to know them and what drives them to do the things that they do. The story mainly follows Victor Frankenstein, and his tales from early childhood to his time studying philosophy and science. This spark for the sciences and for life causes his desire to create life itself, and after months of studying, creates the creature. It s horrid appearance causes him to despise the creature. It eventually departs from Victor s home, and lives alone as it continues to be mistreated by mankind and learns to hate and despise them. He takes his anger and unleashes it on those close to his creator, killing his beloved brother. It was after this that the creature asks Victor to create a companion in which he ultimately denies which causes the creature to kill more of the people that he loves in rage and hatred. These two whom despise one another have many differences between them, but also share some qualities as well. The story is mainly focused on Victor Frankenstein, a man greatly influenced by the sciences, which later led him to create the creature. Throughout the novel, it is constantly shown of the love that surrounds Victor. He has people who care for him, and worry about his health. Mary Shelley writes, You will find a happy, cheerful home and friends who love you dearly (144). This portion of the novel that was a letter written by Elizabeth shows the loving people ... Like all the industrialized nations on the planet, Quebec, and more generally Canada, produces huge amounts of greenhouse gas, which have terrible effects on the planet. The Kyoto protocol, ratified in 1997, is the initiative for Governments around the world to act in favor of the reduction of GHG emission. Furthermore, the Government of Quebec has taken action to promote a greener way lifestyle by subsidizing many environmentally friendly initiatives. Special matter was accorded to transportation, which accounts for 42.5% of emissions of GHG in Quebec. Transportation is thus the biggest emitter sector and should be ... Quebec s electric vehicle market is relatively young as well and regroups only a few leading and innovative firms of the industry. In 2014, only 2 835 Quebecers were owners of an electric vehicle , which is less than 0.04% of the population. The purchase price of electric vehicles is much higher than gasoline vehicles, therefore people who purchase electric vehicles tend to have higher income and be concentrated in particular neighborhoods. In addition, another important factor in vehicle choice these days is their repercussions on the environment. Some consumers are concerned with environmental degradation, and are motivated to reduce carbon emissions and its impact on the environment, therefore they purchase more fuel efficient vehicles. A recent estimate states that the industry is booming; on average, three to four electrical cars are estimated to be sold every day in the province of Quebec. The demand for electrical vehicle is strongly concentrated in the Montérégie area (540 cars), on the South Shore and in Montreal (340 cars). This demographic concentration shows that the demand is related to the accrued presence of recharge stations (as well as income), in the Montérégie area there is 74 stations available, which is more than anywhere else. This implies that the demand is higher ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 6. Comparing Rowlandson And Incidents In The Life Of A Slave... Incidents in the Life of a Slave Girl and A Narrative of the Captivity and Restoration of Mrs. Mary Rowlandson are both nonfiction narratives that describe the struggles of women in some form of captivity. The similarities between these two texts are in some ways incredibly obvious, for instance they are both written in the first person from the perspective of marginalized women struggling to merely survive. Incidents in the Life of a Slave Girl specifically deals with the extreme level of sexual abuse that female slaves were subjected to and it is frequently cited as first hand proof that women were treated even worse than men on plantations. While this may be true it is not a similarity that it has to A Narrative of the Captivity ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Similarly, Incidents in the Life of a Slave Girl offers many insights into the suffering that life can sometimes offer. Her account does not have the same subtle optimism found in A Narrative of the Captivity and Restoration of Mrs. Mary Rowlandson , however, it similarly shows how many can take their luxurious lifestyles for granted, by outlining the suffering or even discussing a woman who was happy her child was dying and would be removed from a life of pain (23). Both of these texts clearly outline how resilient human nature can be they both tell the stories of women who are put into incredibly challenging situations and yet they both continue to survive. This survival mechanism of humans is an intriguing recurring theme in both texts and is a similarity that links them both together. While there are a myriad of similarities between these two texts, there are also significant differences in context, theme, and scope. For instance, A Narrative of the Captivity and Restoration of Mrs. Mary Rowlandson is the story of only eleven weeks of captivity. This is naturally a far less comprehensive experience than in Incidents in the Life of a Slave Girl which tells the narrative of a girl who suffered her entire life. Naturally, reading both of these texts shows a shocking difference in narrative view. A Narrative of the Captivity and Restoration of Mrs. Mary Rowlandson is quite optimistic, as one reads through her account it is clear ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Andrew Jackson Pros Why should the United States honor a president who caused immense pain to many innocent people and led our country into a financial panic and depression by putting him on the $20 bill? Andrew Jackson was not the great man that many people learned about. Jackson did many things during his presidency that should are dishonorable, such as supporting the Indian Removals, or kicking qualified people out of his office to make room for his friends in the government. Even though many people believe he was the people s president and stood for democracy, we should not be applauding a president that supported discrimination and slavery during his time in office. Andrew Jackson was against the national bank, too, and even went as far as to begin a campaign to close down the bank. • 9. The Vivacity of the English Language The English language has always had vivacity. Before English was even a known language, its linguistic precursors were set in a perpetual forward moving motion that led to the development of English as we know it. The English language has never been static in geographical location, vocabulary, grammar, and certainly not in the people who speak it (Crystal). However, it is important to note that a lingua franca is necessary for people to communicate on a global level. International relations are important and have been important throughout history. The League of Nations was the first of many alliances to allocate a special place for English making it lingua franca for its proceedings. Lingua franca is a shared language of communication used between people whose main languages are different. In order for a language to become lingua franca, it must be widely used by those who wield power (Crystal). There are two main factors that make English a lingua franca. The two factors are its internal and external qualities. The internal qualities of structure and lexicon are important items in any language. English is much simpler in these structures than other languages. For example, Latin has accusative, dative, genitive, feminine, masculine, or neuter, but English does not have these distinct features. Moreover, English has a vast vocabulary making it more flexible and easier to pair with other languages. The external qualities of the number of users, geographical diffusion, ... • 10. U.s. Government s Impact On The United States The U.S. has suffered from many Natural Disasters from Hurricane Katrina to wildfires in California. When it comes too natural disasters Hurricanes are by far one of the most devastating. The results can be catastrophic, possibly leaving the death tolls in thousands and leaving millions homeless. Even though the U.S. has responded to and recovered from Hurricanes, Meteorologists are presently not able to predict them early enough, and the U.S. government is unprepared financially, and responsively. Being well prepared for a hurricane is critical to saving peoples lives and their well being. The government needs to do more not for just hurricanes but any disaster. When it comes to predicting a Hurricane obviously the earlier it s predicted the better the outcome will be, it will give the government and citizens more time to prepare and evacuate city s or even a state if necessary. Once a hurricane has formed, it can be tracked. Scientists can usually predict its path for 3 5 days in advance (Samsot). Giving a city to a state possibly only 3 days to evacuate is not long enough for everyone to pack up as many belongings as they can and leave the area. If meteorologists are able to predict when a hurricane is going to form and project the path the time to prepare will increase significantly. What the McDonald 2 government needs to do is help Meteorologists be able to predict Hurricanes earlier by helping them get more resources and giving them a good fund to help them ... • 12. The Importance Of Refugees In Australia Asylum seekers or refugees have fled their countries due to volatile circumstances such as war, or fear of prosecution. Upon arrival in Australia they are moved to detention centres. Detention centres hold people who have come without a visa, any non national and all unauthorised boat arrivals (Australian Human Rights Commission, 2014). These centres hold refugees for indefinite periods and in poor conditions. They are used as a spectacle to represent illegality and a threat to Australian society (Marfleet, 2007, p672). The spectacle of detention centres does not only lie within public perception but also within the architecture of the facility (Grinceri, 2016, p170 171). The barbed wired fence of detention centres is an example. It allows the spectators (citizens) to witness the enclosure of refugees while simultaneously binding refugees within its constraints, punishingly (Pugilese, 2008, p206 207). The visibility provided by the wired fence enables photography and videoing, thus acting as a spectacle. This spectacle is related to the ideals of torture. They are tortured and punished based on exclusions and exception. The refugees held in detention centres form the exception. They are the Other which no one wishes to become and are a danger to society. Those tortured are viewed as deserving because they are seen as a threat. The power to make decisions about who can and cannot enter Australia lies within the (Government) Sovereignty (Georgatos, 2017). The sovereign ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Child Beauty Pageants Child Abuse Monica Landrum Landrum 1 Mrs. Wilkie English 1101 12 January 2014 Title Although they seem undisputed and lighthearted, child beauty pageants are one of the most contentious and criticized of all children s activities. While all other types of beauty contests are often viewed as distasteful, child beauty contests yield an even greater unfavorable response. Many individuals go as far as critiquing the pageants as being child abuse. Some say the beauty pageants sexualize the young girls and place unnecessary expectations of beauty at too early of an age. Contributors argue that the pageants help to build confidence and to teach the girls traits such as having poise and self control. Child beauty pageants are contests constructed to reward adolescence for their looks and charisma. There are many different components to every pageant. The children are often judged on how well they do during their interview, they re judge on their appearance, then on their talents. Scott Fitzgerald keenly discerns as being materialistic gain. He demonstrates this through his characters and uses their actions to show their selfish desire that eventually leads to ruin. Fitzgerald ridicules the American dream through the characters in his work The Great Gatsby. He uses Jay Gatsby as a modern twist on the classic tragic hero to show us how Gatsby s American dream is flawed. Jay Gatsby, being who the story is named after is a very good example of the American dream. One of the personas is a countryman in Hertfordshire named Jack Worthing, and the other is a dandy in London named Ernest. Wilde intentionally creates two different characters, which are contradictory to the reader s expectation whenever they first read the characters names. The name Ernest correlates with the actual definition of the adjective earnest, which means a person who is honest, serious, and sincere. Later in the play, Jack realizes his name is actually John, however both have the same connotation. Gwendolyn states in the first act, there is very little music in the name Jack... I ve known several Jacks, and they all without exception were more than usually plain (Wilde 25). Evidently, in the Victorian Era, a man with the name Jack or John was expected to be plain or a man who is not a dandy, but an ordinary man who has responsibilities. The names Wilde gave to his characters seem to be appropriate, however, once the reader dissects the play, the names Jack and Ernest would have been better applied to their counterparts. The brilliant title that Oscar Wilde gives his play is a pun in itself. The pun depends on not only the adjective earnest, but after the farce has ended the audience will recognize that there is an actual importance in being a gentleman named Ernest. Impact Of Environmental Concerns On The Environment And God said to them, Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth and subdue it and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the heavens and over every living thing that moves on the earth. The bible tells us to be fruitful and multiply , however, with the earth s growing population, our planet is beginning to see the harmful effects caused by humans. As time progressed, nations industrialized and policy and technological advancements further pushed the wave of globalization. My friends and I would meet before school, taking various containers out of our bags. Mine was a Wrigley s Doublemint Gum tin. We would open them up, displaying pills of various shapes, colors, and sizes. We had our own mini pharmacy with it s own barter system of sorts. A few anti depressants for an Adderall, or a muscle relaxer for a Klonopin. Half of them we didn t even know what they were. The first love is exponentially described in the Bible Eros love. This specific kind of love is based off of the physical traits associated with sexual as well as emotional involvement. That endearing click people hope to discover at least once in their lives. Eros goes off of strong feelings opposite sexes, even same sexes, have for one another. However, the bible proficiently claims that unless redeemed by the Lord s presence, then this love, Eros, can become a possessive, belittling feeling instead, since it tries to conquer first and then control, such an example being a marriage discovering problems that did not previously exist due to the other party not going about handling situations the way they had previously, or purposefully belittling the other. Eros love is a beastly form of love, a love that not unlike the famous Beauty and The Beast is based off of physical characteristics as well as sentiment from one being to another. • 29. Literary Group in British Poetry The history of English poetry stretches from the middle of the 7th century to the present day. Over this period, English poets have written some of the most enduring poems in Western culture, and the language and its poetry have spread around the globe. Consequently, the term English poetry is unavoidably ambiguous. It can mean poetry written in England, or poetry written in the English language. The earliest surviving poetry was likely transmitted orally and then written down in versions that do not now survive; thus, dating the earliest poetry remains difficult and often controversial. While the poetry that has survived is limited in volume, it is wide in breadth. Beowulf is the only heroic epic to have survived in its entirety, but fragments of others such as Waldere and the Finnesburg Fragment show that it was not unique in its time. With one notable exception (Rhyming Poem), Anglo Saxon poetry depends on alliterative verse for its structure and any rhyme included is merely ornamental. The new aristocracy spoke French, and this became the standard language of courts, parliament, and polite society. As the invaders integrated, their language and literature mingled with that of the natives: the French dialect of the upper classes became Anglo Norman, and Anglo Saxon underwent a gradual transition into Middle English. While Anglo Norman or Latin was preferred for high culture, English literature by no means died out, and a number of important works illustrate the development of the language. To hold a higher position comes with great responsibility among the minority. That is why they are minority , for they rely on the decision coming from the officials. Thus, they bear lesser liability of the aftermath that the officials have directed them to carry out. 2. Who was to blame: Calley, the two platoons, the commanding officers, or the American people? • 44. The Production Of Production Activities Production Activities This section is an overview of the demands and tests associated with the integrity of well during production from and injection to a reservoir. The process begins after the well construction/well intervention organization has handed the well over to the production organization and concludes with a handover back to drilling and well organization for intervention, work over or abandonment. Well integrity during this phase is used to keep hydrocarbons from the pay zone inside the well and by protecting it from leaking off to contaminating groundwater for environmental purposes. Well barriers are an envelope of one or several dependent barrier elements preventing fluids or gases from flowing unintentionally from the formation to the surface and are designed and used to prevent leakages and reduce the risk associated with drilling, production and intervention activities. The main functions of a well barrier are to prevent any major hydrocarbon leakage(s) from the well to the external environment during normal production or well operations and to shut in the well on direct command during an emergency shutdown situation and thereby prevent hydrocarbons from flowing from the well out. During production, a perfectly reliable well barrier element(s) is paramount to containing the hydrocarbons inside the well. Well barrier elements are several objects that prevent formation fluids from flowing inside the well. They could be anything from packers or tubing or ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 46. Comparing The Land Ethic Vs. The Death Of The Moth The Land Ethic vs The Death of the Moth The Earth does not belong to us: We belong to the Earth Marlee Matlin. In Aldo Leopold s essay, The Land Ethic , there are several overwhelming examples that illustrate why we as humans would believe we own the Earth when we really don t. Paradoxically, looking at Virginia Woolf s work, The Death of a Moth , one would come to believe that none of that matters because all living beings will suffer the fate of death. However, both works show that there can be a reconciliation between a certain kind of symbiosis: man vs man, land vs land, or man vs land. The Death of a Moth may show that all life form end eventually, but The Land Ethic convinces readers that there can be ways to maintain balance in the land that can prevent death or ameliorate life for all before death. In both works, we can observe the considerable similarities and differences, the balance between what is ethical and logical in how humans use the land, and the management of life and assurance of death for all life forms. The Land Ethic mainly focuses on how all beings should have value and respect for one another. Leopold states that the land is not only comprised of humans beings, but also other portions of the Earth; of which ranges from the soil and water to the plants and animals. The Olabisi 2 Death of the Moth conveys the message that not a single being can compete with death; it focuses on death s ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 48. Gramophone Research Paper Some believe that about 30,000 to 60,000 years ago, music was first discovered. The love of a song back then could only be heard live or if you learned to play it yourself. Since then, there have been many inventions for you to listen to your favorite genres, songs, and artists anytime you like. The history of music players dates back to November 21, 1877 when Thomas Alva Edison invented a device for recording sounds and then playing it back called the Gramophone. It was patented on February 19, 1878. The Gramophone looked like a cylinder that was smaller at one end and bigger at the other. Even today, at the annual Grammy Awards the awards that are given out are miniature versions of Edison s invention. Despite the Phonograph and the Gramophone s success, the invention of the radio in 1906 was a threat to the recording industry. The major record companies had a hard time keeping their own sales up due to the radio, but the later invention of the LPs and 45 rpm records made the sales rocket. By the 60s and 70s, the records had taken America by storm. There are many types of records with a variety of number of songs. A 10 inch 78 RPM record could play only about 3 minutes of music. But as sizes changed and the ways the songs were put on the record changed, so ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... K means algorithm is widely used and famous algorithm for analysis of clusters. In this algorithm, n number of data points are divided into k clusters based on some similarity measurement criterion. K Means Algorithm has fast speed and thus is used commonly clustering algorithm. Vector quantization, cluster analysis, feature learning are some of the application of K Means. However results generated using this algorithm are mainly dependant on choosing initial cluster centroids. The main shortcome of this algorithm is to provide appropriate number of clusters.Provision of number of clusters before applying the algorithm is highly impractical and requires deep knowledge of clustering ...
