All the entrees came just as we finished the wings and calamari. We had encountered difficulty
finishing the Caesar Salad. The combination of pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage, onions, green
peppers , black olives, ham and mozzarella complimented each other as the flavors and remnants

My first impression of A Raisin In the Sun was that it was bland and uninteresting. The first scene

feminism and Cuban Revolution. All of these books look at the strength and leadership of women
during the Cuban Revolution. These sources discuss how women were able to move from second
class citizens to having a real role in government. These are great tools in navigating the
experience of the average Cuban women while also looking at these figures of the revolution.
Margaret Randall s book does a great job of looking at the Revolution through an inspirational and
powerful leader. HadyГ©e SantamarГa was a member of the resistance and was good friends with
Fidel Castro. She endured the deaths of her family so that Cuba could have a future away from
the Batista regime. Her existence is an example of the accessibility and mobility given to
women to activate change. But does her role in the resistance represent the average Cuban
woman? Michelle Chase s book claims that there was a revolution in the larger revolution that
advocated for a shift in gender roles on an everyday level. Her book really focuses on the heart

Lastly, epistemic racial discrimination has left irreversible emotional and physical damage that
continues to haunt the Indigenous community. Epistemic racial discrimination refers to the

of Indigenous health, the imposition of western knowledge systems and particularly the use of

It is not magic it just needs to be taught and people need to have the time and the right
environment. People are commonly found saying, oh no I can t help you with that project I m not
creative. This statement however is similar to people saying they cannot do math . In actuality
every person has the capability of doing math however to some it comes easier than others. It has
been construed for a long time that creativity is a talent that only a few possess in order to
physically construct things commonly associated with the arts. However, creativity is not some
rare gift bestowed on certain children at birth; it is a mental capability and a skill that must be
nourished in order to reach its full potential for that particular individual. It is a skill that extends

amount of carbon dioxide or oxygen because both are components of aerobic respiration, a process
which repeatedly supplies more ATP to match the demands of metabolic rate of an organism.
Evidently, metabolic rate is the cumulative sum of energy used by all the cells. Most of this energy
comes from regulating homeostasis, locomotion and thermoregulation. On the other hand,
ectotherms like goldfish have a slight difference in their metabolic rates because their internal
temperature directly correlates with the temperature of their environment. For this reason,
ectotherms use less energy because they do not need to worry about thermoregulation, maintaining
constant body temperature. However, temperature, size, amount of light and stimulus are factors
that can affect metabolism of goldfish. Thus, this experiment will measure the metabolic rate of
goldfish through in direct calorimetry. Furthermore, the amount of oxygen in the chamber reveals
