Elvis Presley Conspiracy Essay
New conspiracy theories are being composed at every start of an election or death of a celebrity. It is
not common, but every once in a while some theories have been proven to be true. People make
conspiracy theories by including information that cannot be proven to the current story to try and build
creditability. Similar to the theory that Elvis Presley faked his own death, many other theories have
been circulating the Internet for years.
Different theories circulated the globe after the death of Elvis Presley in August 16, 1977.
The most famous one is that he and his family faked his death and he is continuing his life as a
different persona. This theory conspired only one day following the death of Elvis Presley after a
person claimed ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The Elvis conspiracy theory was developed at the terms of random people claiming to have seen
Presley and hearsay. If you break the story apart you will realize that there is no factual evidence that
can be provided of his life after death. The fact that the Presley family themselves stated that he died
can be seen as creditable because they received their information from Elvis s personal doctor,
Nichopoulos. However, due to all of the doubt towards Presley s cause of death another doctor, Doctor
Davis, was able to reopen the autopsy report and also concluded that he did indeed die. Doctor Davis
stated, there is nothing in any of the data that supports a death from drugs. In fact, everything points to
a sudden, violent heart attack. While many doctors were on the hunt to see exactly why Elvis died the
conspiracy theories started to multiply. The major disbelief for the theories come from the amount of
medical input that was given from multiple doctors, whom of which were able to apply their
knowledge to the situation. Forensic historian and pathologists, Michael Baden stated, Elvis had had
an enlarged heart for a long time. With all this information regulating his health and physical standing
there s no doubt that he was falsely claimed

Reverend Hale s Transformation
Reverend Hale and John Proctor in The Crucible The Crucible is a play about the hardships of the
Salem witch trials. In the beginning, Reverend Hale is a devout judge and reverend, seeing only black
and white. When he faces the people of Salem, his character stops favoring legal justification and
shifts to do what he knows is right, quitting the court and imploreing defendants to save their lives.
John Proctor was a hardworking licentious farmer before the witch trials came to town, but when all
was said and done, he chose the religious answer to the question of lying or dieing Arthur Miller

people of usually certain manners are under extreme duress, they prefer religious/moral arguments

One example of this is Hale s inability to see Abigail s yellow bird in the rafters and eventually
quitting the court. This reaction to what he thought was unreasonable (Abigail seeing what he couldn
t) drove him to the action of quitting the court. If he still valued law above all else, he would have
stayed with the court and wouldn t have cared whether or not there really was a bird. A secondary
example of his transformation is when he sees John Proctor readying to sign the paper, saving his own
life. When Danforth is close to stopping the signature from being written for he fears his confession
may be false, Hale pleads Excellency, it is enough he confess himself. Let him sign it, let him sign it! .
This further shows Hale s distaste of the law by showing him prefer to keep John Proctor (a man he
knows to be good, not a witch as the paper would imply) alive, instead of hanging, a perceived false
confession would lead to. This together with the above paragraph shows the differences between
Reverend Hale before and after the stress of the court changed

The Black College And University Tour This Year
Turn your dreams into reality is the motto that guides me every day in life. It would be an honor to
receive the Greater Grand Rapids Jack and Jill College Tour Scholarship award to attend the Historical
Black College University tour this year. I believe education is the key that opens up many doors and
opportunities. Like my mentor always tell me education increases your value in life, because the more
you know the more you can apply, and the more you apply the more you will obtain. Attending the
HBCU tour will not only open my eyes to the opportunities and culture of our people, but I believe it
will inspire me to push beyond all obstacles by gaining self awareness of my identity as a Black Man
in America, allow me to see more successful people in higher learning institutions that looks like me,
but also provide me with an experience that I would love to continue one day by attending and earning
an degree from a HBCU.
Going to college has always been a dream of mines that I will turn into reality. I have always wanted
to further my education beyond high school. A college degree is required for the career I want to
pursue. I plan to study Sociology to become a Social Worker, because I truly value and am passionate
about helping people. Social workers engage and discuss with clients about the things going on in
their lives and try their best to provide their clients with helpful advice to make things better for them.

Derbyshire s Demographic Study
Derbyshire is a region in the East Midlands of England. A significant part of the Peak District National
Park exists in Derbyshire, comprising the southern furthest point of the Pennine scope of hills which
reach out into the north of the region.
The changed scenes inside Derbyshire s have been framed for the most part as an outcome of the basic
topography; by the way the land has been overseen and formed by human undertakings.
From a geological point of view, Derbyshire s strong topography is divided into two altogether
different parts. The most established rocks are found in the northern, more upland portion of the
region, and are for the most part, of Carboniferous age, including gritstones, limestones, shales, and
sandstones. On the other hand, the southern and more marsh half of Derbyshire contains significantly
milder rocks, chiefly mudstones and sandstones from the Permo Triassic age, which make gentler, all
the more moving scenes with limited rock projections. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...

I Am A Baseball Field
Everybody has a special place that means so much to them every time the set foot there. My special
place just so happens to be a baseball field. It doesn t necessarily have to be a particular field, it s just
that every time I set foot on one I think of all the memories made when playing the game and of all the
friends I have made because of it. I have been playing baseball for practically my entire life and along
the way have learned a lot of life lessons because of it. A few fields that specifically stand out to me
are Cooperstown Dreams Park and Wenatchee Valley College baseball field. A baseball field is very
unique. The smell of the fresh cut grass on game day and the feeling of the dirt under your cleats are
something only baseball players can describe. Every time I set foot on the field for a game, it always
feels like the first time with the pre game jitters and adrenaline rush of the first pitch. Going to a
baseball field at any level from little league or to a professional game, I just love to take in all of the
excitement and fun while enjoying every play made because baseball is easily the greatest game ever
invented. A baseball field isn t necessarily loud like a football game, but it is also relaxing to where
you can sit and enjoy the weather and enjoy conversing with whoever you are there with all while
watching a great game played by kids or adults. That s the atmosphere that I like, and that s another
reason a baseball field is my place of comfort.

Primary Raynaud s Case Study
Early presenting signs and symptoms of both, Primary Raynaud s (PR) and Secondary Raynaud s
include complaints of or evidence of sudden intermittent episodes of skin color changes, pain, feeling
of coldness, and pins and needles sensation in the affected areas. When an episode or an attack occurs,
the area first becomes white, as the blood flow decreases; a blue color follows, due to decreased
oxygen delivery to the tissues; and lastly, the area becomes red when the blood flow returns. Attacks
can last minutes to hours, and can be initiated by temperature change or stress. The intermittent attacks
of PR generally do not result in tissue injury, and is not associated with an underlying disease process.
The diagnosis usually occurs between the ages of 15 30. Attacks with Secondary Raynaud s are
triggered by cold exposure and stress as well, can last longer and result in damage to the tissues,
leading to ulcers, gangrene, and loss of the digit(s). Secondary Raynaud s is associated with an

Essay Violence in theTitus Andronicus
Whilst the Greek and Roman predecessors of revenge tragedy showed little compunction in gruesome
on stage violence, the Elizabethan spectators were, by the time of publication and performance of
Shakespearian plays, a more educated audience who would appreciate the poetic style and subtle
references to classical literature. This is not to say that the sixteenth century public were sensitive to
acts of startling brutality; public executions and bear baiting were frequent occurrences that no doubt
permeated the psyche of a nation. It has been argued that Shakespeare, conscious of his
contemporaries efforts in this genre decided to `out do his predecessors but a far more probable
explanation is that Shakespeare, accommodating the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
There is such a considerable amount of violence in Titus, varying in intensity and degree that it might
seem hard to draw any firm conclusions about its impact. One can, however, obtain the idea that the
violence within the play has a far greater impact on both the audience and the on stage characters
when accompanied by a rhetoric or language that either juxtaposes or reinforces the brutality. The way
in which characters react to violence, evident through their speech and imagery, can manipulate our
responses to them and instil either an affinity or indifference to their personalities. Titus first
appearance in Act I Scene I is an example of this manipulation. His cold, calculating rejection of
Tamora s plea for her son s life, juxtaposed with the solemn, funeral rhetoric give us the impression of
a character who can flit between brutality and normality very easily, and who demonstrates little
compassion when doing so.
Upon his entrance, Titus talks passionately about the deaths of his sons, and his return to Rome as a
grieving father. The eternal rest and peace of his children s souls preoccupies the protagonist s mind,
and his self reflecting vocabulary indicates a pensive state of mind. Titus deliberately places internal
juxtapositions within his lines, `victorious , `mourning (I.i.70), `fraught , `precious lading (L.71 2),
and `alive , `dead and

of three of the four Mirabal sisters: Patria, Minerva, and Maria Teresa. The Mirabal Sisters death was
a tragedy for the whole Dominican Republic and ultimately led to Trujillo s assassination. Leading up
to their death, Trujillo and his regime hinted at some way that they would disappear. In Chapter 12,
Trujillo says My only two problems are the damn Church and the Mirabal sisters. When he said this he
meant that the only people who were stopping him from absolute power was the Church and the
Mirabal sisters. So this would indicate that they wouldn t exist while he was in rule. He also moved

Standing In The Shoes Of Michelangelo And Leonardo Da Vinci
Both of the assignments, Standing in the Shoes of Michelangelo and Leonardo, were interesting and
fascinating in their processes. One of the easiest aspects of Standing in the shoes of Leonardo would
be the process of determining what to portray, since the template of the linear perspective was used as
a guide and helped through the entire process. However, the difficult aspect of Standing in the Shoes
of Leonardo would be making a distinguishable atmospheric perspective since the process requires
skill and experience to achieve with clarity. On the other hand, one of the easiest aspects of Standing
in the shoes of Michelangelo would be the carving process since an individual just has to have
patience to finish carving from start to finish. However, the most difficult aspect of Standing in the
Shoes of Michelangelo would be preparation. Preparation is the most difficult aspect because an
individual should definitely consider proper research, otherwise an individual may use the wrong
materials or consider sculpting a figure that could possibly be beyond their levels of expertise and
experience.
Leonardo da Vinci s Paragone details how a sculptor s work should be appreciated at the same level or
below the level of a painter s work. Leonardo considers sculptors as individuals who do not use their
intelligence to sculpt, but instead use physical labor. Additionally, da Vinci believes that sculptors do
not use their imagination or creativity, but instead use nature to create

In our version of running we are going to pattern it after the Mud Run. Hopefully you won t get as

set up for this race will be best in your garden, an empty patch that is not actively growing something.
Till up the dirt to loosen it up. Spray it down with water to get it good and damp. Divide the group into
two teams to work as a relay. Place a large empty bucket on one end. The teams will start on the end
opposite the bucket. The object is to run carrying a cup of water and dump it in the bucket and return.
The next player in line will do the same. Keep repeating until one team s bucket is full. Water will
obviously slosh out of the cups and make the ground even muddier. End the game by hosing each
other s feet off. This will definitely transform your nice quiet backyard into a fun running track; or

Piaget s Stages Of Cognitive Development
The Cognitive Development theory refers to the ability to learn through thinking and reasoning.
Theorist Jean Piaget developed the stages of cognitive development according to age and how
individuals learn through their environment and senses. Based on Education.com: Stages of Cognitive
Development (Driscoll/Nagel ,2008), these stages are from infant to teenage years with specific
abilities. The first stage of Piaget s stages of development is called Sensorimotor, which starts at birth
to two years of age. It describes how babies learn through their senses. The next stages is known as
Pre operational which are ages two through seven. During this stage, a child uses his or her own logic
to express thinking. From the seven to eleven years of age, a child is in the Concrete Operational
stage. He or she will use hands on experience to increase knowledge. The final stage is Formal
Operational. Between the ages of eleven and fifteen, an adolescent develops a more abstract form of
knowledge. One of the main differences between these stages is object permanence. Piaget designed
these stages in a rigid format. This theory does not allow individual experience and background to be
considered. In conclusion, a weakness of this theory is that is doesn t mention how culture impacts
learning. A strength of this theory is that it acts as a guide for educators to provide variation while
lesson planning. The video, The Word Wall, showed children learning through the Cognitive

Define Mistaken Behavior
Assignment 1. Define mistaken behavior and misbehavior . Compare and contrast the two, and explain
the value in having an understanding of developmentally appropriate practices and how can help
teachers guide young children?
Mistaken Behaviors
Mistaking behavior is a comprehensive guidance that professional teachers are developing to assist
children through difficult situations. This guidance approach recognizes that children are in a process
of development where they are learning skills to live in a democratic life, during this process children
has many mistakes that are reflected at their behavior. The importance of this this concept is that
teachers can understand that children can make mistakes, and they can learn from them. Instead,
teachers and caregivers are the principal guidance for ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Maybe they feel hungry, sick or tired. They have lack knowledge or experience. They feel stressed
(something wrong or new is happening at house).
Misbehavior
This discipline concept suggests that the children are doing intentional mistakes and teachers must
discipline and punish to the child. At this wrong guidance teachers label children who misbehave
calling names such as naughty bad mean rowdy , and also punish the child. Teachers who do this
practice think that when the child get shame they will be behave good. These negative labels can
affect with bad consequences to their behavior. The child will believe that they are the wrong label
given.
As Ginott wrote in Teacher and Child (1972), Firmness without harshness is essential in guidance. The
adult who intervenes in the face of mistaken behavior often must be firm, but must be firm and
friendly not firm and harsh . The goal is to help children learn positive social skills from their
mistakes; punish discipline cannot achieve this.

Theme Of Women In The House On Mango Street
For decades, the social stereotype of women hindering their rights to stay home and act as the
caretaker has been widely accepted in various cultures and civilizations. Today, many individuals fight
to renew women s rights and dissolve this stereotype, yet it is still prevalent amongst society. This
issue is so relevant that many literary works have incorporated the idea into their theme. Throughout
Sandra Cisneros novel The House on Mango Street, the idea of a woman by the window is repeatedly
mentioned and symbolizes the belief that women cannot reach their full potential and are left watching
life s possibilities pass them by. This image of a woman by a window is first introduced in the vignette
My Name, however Cisneros integrates this idea in the duration of the novel to the point where it s
embedded in the central theme. Esperanza describes her great grandmother whom she inherited her
name as a wild horse of a woman, (Cisneros 11). She goes on to share that her great grandmother
never forgave her great grandfather for stealing her away to marry. Esperanza explains, She [great
grandmother] looked out the window her whole life, the way so many women sit their sadness on an
elbow, and ponders if she was sorry because she couldn t be all the things she wanted to be, (Cisneros
11). The use of personification gives a feeling (sadness) the human like quality of sitting on an elbow,
almost like the sadness had become a whole new body part of her

Chomsky s Theory Of Human Language
In the 1960s, Empiricism and Behaviorism reigned, yet these views are now commonly mostly
considered absurd due to Chomsky. Noam Chomsky, a prominent cognitive linguist and a great
contributor to analytical philosophy, is in awe of the concept of human language. The properties of
language enable humans to combine individual concepts together in indefinitely many ways, making
the range of human thought virtually unlimited. Chomsky is fascinated that language enables humans
to say virtually anything and cooperate to make plans with each other. The faculty of language is
arguably what makes human beings cognitively distinct from other creatures. Through narrowing the
scope of human language, adopting a rationalistic influence, proposing his Cognitive Development
Theory, and including essentialist aspects in his philosophy, Chomsky gives linguistics a respectable
place in the greater sphere of epistemology.
Noam Chomsky creates a narrow scope of linguistics, reducing the focus of its study. Chomsky
believes studying the meaning, reference, and use of language should be excluded from the field of
linguistics. He insists the study must be focused toward the capacity of humans to acquire, to utilize,
and invent languages as well as the abstract structural patterns found in a particular language under
some idealization . Chomsky, apart from narrowing the scope, narrows the faculty of language itself.
Previously, the focus was centered on the diversity of linguistic performance and

My research is based Hohensalzburg Fortress in Salzburg, Austria, built in 1077 by Archbishop
Gebhard. It is currently the largest fully preserved castle in Central Europe. It is now a tourist

This castle was originally built for troop protection for the Imperial army of the Holy Roman Empire.
It was very small, but over a period of more than 900 years, it was transformed in many different
ways. This fortress became the city s most important defense when Archbishop Gebhard had a conflict
with Emperor Henry IV and was influenced to expand the castle in case of invasion. The expansion
continued gradually for the next few centuries, then in 1462, builders under Prince Archbishop
Burkhard III von Weißpriach, constructed the four main towers along the outer wall, a bell tower in
the northern wall, the trumpeter tower in the northeast, the kraut tower in the north and a type of

Psychopathy In The Sales Industry Case Study
In today s competitive market place organisations, it takes even more effort to be trust between the

Human And Monkey Love Lauren Slater Analysis
Human and Monkey Love In Money Love, Lauren Slater explores the importance of life. Whether it
be animal life of human life, each are proven to be equal, but in different ways. In the chapter, Slater
even questions whether her daughter s life is more important than a monkey s, along with the human
population in general. There is a part to humans that makes us much more likely to value our own
lives over an animals . The question is: is there really more value to a human s life?
To begin answering this question, the reason why humans view human life as more important is
because we seem to have a piece of us that is different than animals. As Slater said, What, I wonder, is
the one percent of s that s not chimpanzee, the two percent that s not orangutan, the mere six percent
that s not the rhesus macaque? I d like to know. Is that where our spirit resides? She also talks about
the scientific portion of the animal vs human debate, in that we have a much larger brain than they
monkeys do. Humans look at their children and see something they love, and because they love them,
they take care of them. Meanwhile, animals have a natural instinct to take care ... Show more content

I have had many coaches throughout my life, some coaches have been good other not so good. My
sports career started when I was three years old so I have had many different coaches coaches, my
favorite coach I have ever had was my high school soccer coach. He is different from all the coaches I
have had and he s my favorite coach because of the relationship we built and because he believed in
me from day one.
My freshman year of high school Coach Specht was the assistant soccer coach, at tryouts he told me
that I would have a bright future as a player and could possible play varsity as as a freshman.
Throughout the year I keep putting in the time and finally half way through the season I got my
chance to play my first varsity game. This ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
That year we had twelve seniors and it was there last chance to play in front of the fans at home. At
that time I was mad because I just loved to play and hated sitting but I understand why he did it.
The next season we improved a lot as a team because coach Specht made adjustments and fixed the
problems we had the year before. That s what makes him a great coach because he was willing to
adapt and be open minded to other ways of playing. Also he would ask the players what they thought
about things, that is something I really liked because the players see the game different than the
coaches. Before every game he would ask me what I thought about the lineup and what our game plan
should be in the game. If we were having a bad game or if things weren t going the right way, I would
be the first person he would come to find out what we need to fix. Having a coach that trusts a player
this much is rare most coaches don t listen to what the players have to say.
At the beginning of my senior high school season my family was given the awful news that my
mother had breast cancer and soccer was the only way for me to get it off my mind. I m just thankful
for my coaches and teammates for helping get through one of the toughest times in my life. Coach
Specht was there for the whole time making sure I was alright. Even after the soccer season he was
still there for me, thankfully now my

The Jet Stream 2 Analysis
Somewhere in the Atlantic Ocean, the Jet Stream II floats tranquil in the clear blue waters. The
scorching sun lends its warm rays to the peaceful scenery that captures the region. The Jet Stream is
no ordinary yacht; you won t see this listed in Yacht World or Ships for Less. A sixty foot monstrosity
with a price tag of twenty five million and climbing, a one of a kind prototype constructed exclusively
for the United States Government as a chameleon spy ship. Complete with all the bells and whistles. It
comes comprehensive with sonar, radar as well as infrared x ray, and yes, it even has stealth modes,
which will graph invisibility in plain sight. Therefore, what is it doing out here in the middle of the
vast Atlantic Ocean? Resting in a ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
He is a legend in his own mind. And frankly, I believe he s lost his. Like father, like son, Freddie

stare and they are locked in a stare down with one another searching for something to say, trapped at a
loss for words, the crazy replica of Doctor Lawton speaks again. The course of evolution has a long
series of chance discoveries and accidental inventions. It s only an estimation, but about twenty five to
seventy percent of all scientific discoveries have accidentally made history. Fascinated by her ability

he no longer sees her as the rude bitch. With her pleasant smile and questionable personality, she has

make sure Freddie is still paying attention. Satisfied, she

Essay on Political Transitions in America
As life began in the new world many people that have traveled wanted to live in a new atmosphere.
People sought out wealth, fortune, freedom and wanted to express their ideas and beliefs as they could
have not in their own countries. The new world gave these settlers an opportunity to start their new
lives and way of life. One aspect of their new lives was how they wanted to be ruled and their political
ideas. Political transitions have occurred throughout the beginning of the settlement of the new world
from the British colonies to the first president with a central government then the secession of the
south and Civil War until Richard Nixon and the Watergate Scandal. The English colonies were the

These trials were mainly about land and how the Minister Samuel Paris wanted to establish a church.
He was given a land grant the Salem village and town did not like this idea so they accused his
daughter a witch and several others and at the end of these trials a total of 50 people died. Lastly the
Pennsylvania colony founded by William Penn had a government where the poor and the rich had a
say in the legislation. Also the frame structure had proprietors choose their governors, but this system
of governing failed and William Penn decided to make it a unicameral system which was a one
legislation house that had representatives to make decisions. (Divine, #52 53) As the colonies
prospered and more colonies were formed, Britain established a ruling a called salutary neglect which
was an unofficial unwritten policy British policy that allowed the colonists to break British laws and
have a blind eye to Britain which allowed the colonies to be fruitful and prosper. (Lecture, #3) The
American Revolution had been passed and it declared the Americans to be independent of Britain.
This led to a creation of a central government and a plan was created known as the Articles of
Confederation. It was passed by congress in November 1777 and the sovereignty of the states was
guarded by it. The Articles was a single legislature and states could send from two to seven delegates
to vote. The Articles rejected congress to

Epilogue To Marcel s Last Memory
Saban broke the silence as Marcel tried to evade being followed, What about the escape line? It is not
an option just yet, Marcel said as he alternated watching the road and the rearview mirror. Saban took
a deep breath, exhaled, closed his eyes, and shook his head. Shit! What is wrong? asked Saban. I
believe we are being followed. What are you going to do? Be quiet and let me think. Marcel grabbed a
pistol from his waistband, flipped off the safety, and held it in his hand as a dark colored sedan sped
close to the rear of their auto. The sedan pulled alongside with the window rolled down and a man
yelled from inside, Pull over! Marcel glanced at the sedan and saw a man with a pistol pointed at him.

The fight consuming Cedric, Dorian, the monks, and the resistance had become his fight. Now he
understood why they risk their lives for the country and people they love. It is freedom from the evil
of all those like Karl. Elisaveta and Saban entered the back of the auto and sat. Marcel leaned in and
checked the handcuffs. When they looked at him, he smiled and gave a nod of approval. After settling
in the front seat with the agent, Marcel grabbed a carton of cigarettes from under the seat, removed a
pack, and replaced the carton. He smacked the end of the pack on the dashboard to tighten the
tobacco, opened the pack, removed a cigarette, lit it, inhaled, rolled his window down slightly, and
blew the smoke out. The agent declined an offer of a cigarette, so Marcel started the auto, shoved it in
gear, and drove

Present Tense In MSA
Present Tense
The present tense in MSA is usually indicated by the imperfective form. The imperfective form in
MSA is an ambiguous form. It can express all types of present tense in MSA, namely, it can be used to
give a right now reading, habitual present and present progressive. When researchers discuss the
present tense, they usually distinguish between two main groups of verbs that are state verbs and
dynamic or event verbs. State verbs usually give the right now reading. For example:
(32) a. amir un yaarifu al mushkilat a alaan Amir NOM know.IPFV.3SGM DEF problem ACC DEF
now ACC `Amir knows the problem now b. Mahir un yusaddiq u alibara alaan Mahir NOM

In contrast, dynamic verbs in the imperfective form in MSA usually have two possible interpretations
and the context or adverbs determine one of them. For example, verbs in the imperfective form such
as yamshi `walk or yakulu `eat can have the two interpretations. Therefore, both verbs can be used
with adverb like kull a yawm in `every day which denotes a habitual interpretation or adverb like
alaan `now which denotes a progressive, Also, they are called stative or static

School Schedule Change
The school I currently attend; Mckeel Academy of Technology, is in consideration to change our
school schedule. The hours of attendance would change from 7:28am 2:12pm with 7 periods to
8:45am 2:45pm with 6 periods. I have had mixed opinions about this idea of a schedule change, Is it
good or bad . I have asked around a lot, gathering other students opinion on what are school would be
like, Yes! We get to sleep in. or No, we get out later. After much thought I came up with the decision
that changed the bell schedule is a bad idea for this school and the students that attend it. The first one
thing that influenced my opinion was the topic of the time change to a later time. Many Mckeel
students are very athletic and competitive when it comes to sports at school.
Soccer, Baseball, Softball, Basketball, Tennis are ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Mckeel is an A school, many students here at this school put their studies in the way of everything.
Studying and doing homework for hours every night to try to stay on top of work, taking AP and Duel
Enrollment classes to influence their college decisions and raise their GPA, begging the teachers for
extra credit to get their semester grade higher. A mass amount of students are looking for better
opportunities and classes to take. If their is six periods the amount of opportunities a student receives
now is less and students can t take a class they wish to take. I hope Mckeel Academy of Technology
will decline the decision to start and finish school later in the day and have only six periods. I would
rather have the schedule to where it is now then only go to school for six hours everyday. I do not like
this topic because students do not have as much academic choices as they do now and students who
participate in clubs and sports will play a sport later in the day and it will give them less time to do
different activities after school sports and

Summarizing and Evaluating References of The Brain...
As human being, people need to socialize with others. People cannot live alone; men should look for
women to be a pair, family needs looking for other family to build community. Therefore, they can
help each other and make life easier. What will happen if there is a person who has abnormality like
bipolar disorder in community? Does he or she should live alone or be forced to live alone? Every
human in this world has equal privileges, one of them is socialization. Belmanaker, R. H. (2004)
explains that bipolar disorder I can be made community insecure because they can make violent
activity since the sufferers tend to have euphoria or irritable mood, gain sexual activity and aggressive
activity. However, it is appears not to be true that bipolar disorder I does not required to live with other
in society. Therefore, it is better for them to have supervisor in their activity and government has an
important role to set the supervision. In current research, treatment to bipolar disorder seems to be
better developed because there are many medicines that can be used to treat the sufferers. Acute mania
which is a bipolar disorder that need medical emergency, can be treated effectively by neuroleptic
drugs (Belmaker, 2004). This kind of medicine is believed to prevent bipolar disorder to act violently.
However, the sufferers might have a companion to supervise or accompany them, so when they forget
to consume the medicine, the companion can remind them to consume it. Government

Naomi Wolf The Beauty Myths
Mythbusters Adam Savage and Jamie Hyneman tackle the countless legends and myths of the 21st
century, but could they bust the Beauty Myth as well as Naomi Wolf? Her novel, The Beauty Myth,
takes a look at Western sexism during the nineties, where the Beauty Myth is defined as an impossible
beauty standard put into place by men in power to continue the oppression of women. A decade later,
the context of this book is still relevant; though some things have changed, there is still much to be
done if women everywhere want to bust this myth for good. Throughout the book, Wolf argues sexism
is used as a tool of oppression, primarily to keep women from moving into power. In the chapter,
Work, the author used countless legal cases to show the existence

Statement of Purpose to Attend Either Colorado State...
College is very important for people who want to become successful later on in life. The colleges that
I have looked at attending, and that could get me further in life are: Colorado State University (CSU)
and the University of Northern Colorado (UNC). UNC and CSU both have great educational systems.
All of UNC s classes are smaller in size, CSU has more students enrolled, making the class sizes
bigger. CSU and UNC are both close areas to Milliken. CSU is more known throughout the country
for its sports, and UNC has a good sports program. Both colleges would be great to go to, due to in
state tuition and all the majors each offer. CSU lacks a baseball team and is located in a more crowded
area. My opinion is UNC would be a better college to attend, for many reasons. One is that not many
people attend UNC. Also, UNC is located in a less crowded place. The education would be better too,
because you could get more one on one time with the professors. UNC allows students with as low as
a 2.7 GPA from high school to attend, which is good for students who need a degree for a job and have
struggled some in high school. UNC would be better for students who want to go into the field of
accounting because they offer all three degrees for that area. Going to college is the first step to
getting a job and learning how to live in society.
There are many requirements to get into either of the colleges. Both colleges require two years of a
foreign language in high school. CSU recommends at

The Black Plague Monologue Analysis
Dear Humphery,
Thank you Humphery for responding to me on the letter I mailed a while back and I am truly sorry to

would feel because my grandparents died when I was only 9 years old. From what my grandparents
have told me, who have passed away when i was a young boy that the Black plague was a major virus
that was killing off millions of citizens throughout Europe and kept spreading. My grandfather had
told me that his brother was traveling with a couple hundred people and he was soon infected and after

society also didn t allow them to have a higher education than men leaving women to have to suffer

powerful cause of marriage. Many fathers had their daughters marry certain men that would help
strengthen their position in the community. Marrying into my family had been an honor because we

educated women in Europe at the time even though they were not allowed to work for the
government, they also could not teach at universities, or to make books on their view of

Blatt And Scott Editorial Analysis
It is essential for child of any age to get a form of education. Private or public, school is a necessity for
children to expand their knowledge and learn from their mistakes. But, how will a vast eighty seven
percent of the US s children learn if there is not money to invest in their public schools? Mothers
Jessica Blatt and Lizzie Scott in their editorial argue that Public schools are not receiving the affection
they need. First, Blatt and Scott incorporate emotional diction into their editorial to appeal to the
audience s empathetic emotions. Second, Blatt and Scott integrate specific details into their editorial to
emphasize the change that needs to happen in the public schooling system. Third, Blatt and Scott
manipulate the syntax of their editorial to mirror the how the Public School Watchdogs need
supporters now. These establish a passionate devoted tone. Blatt s and Scott s editorial is significant
because it enlightens one about the problems happening behind the doors of public education. School.

fifteen paragraphs, Blatt and Scott only utilize six compound and complex sentences. The do this
purposefully. Those compound or complex sentences represent the importance of DeVos. She really

Throughout their editorial, Blatt and Scott utilize short simple sentences. Those sentences imitate the
urgency of gaining supporters. Within the US, public schools lack funding and teachers which causes
only the students to suffer. This need to change and it is time for more parents to stand with Blatt and
Scott, establishing a unified tone. This should no longer be the social norm. Blatt and Scott would

Comparison Of Major And Minor Prophets
In the last section of the Bible there are two parts. The two parts are the Major and Minor Prophets.
The Major prophets are in the books of Isaiah, Jeremiah, Ezekiel, and Daniel. The minor Prophets are
in the books of Hosea, Joel, Amos, Obadiah, Jonah, Micah, Nahum, Habakkuk, Zephaniah, Haggai,
Zechariah, and Malachi, these books form that last segment of the Old Testament cannon. The authors
of these books were the Hebrew prophets, which makes sense because a Hebrew prophet is a
spokesperson for God. The twofold aspect of the prophet s ministry included declaring God s message
for people of their day and foretelling God s actions in the future (Hindson). Thus, the prophet was
also called a seer because he could see future events before ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net

  • 2. Elvis Presley Conspiracy Essay New conspiracy theories are being composed at every start of an election or death of a celebrity. It is not common, but every once in a while some theories have been proven to be true. People make conspiracy theories by including information that cannot be proven to the current story to try and build creditability. Similar to the theory that Elvis Presley faked his own death, many other theories have been circulating the Internet for years. Different theories circulated the globe after the death of Elvis Presley in August 16, 1977. The most famous one is that he and his family faked his death and he is continuing his life as a different persona. This theory conspired only one day following the death of Elvis Presley after a person claimed ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The Elvis conspiracy theory was developed at the terms of random people claiming to have seen Presley and hearsay. If you break the story apart you will realize that there is no factual evidence that can be provided of his life after death. The fact that the Presley family themselves stated that he died can be seen as creditable because they received their information from Elvis s personal doctor, Nichopoulos. However, due to all of the doubt towards Presley s cause of death another doctor, Doctor Davis, was able to reopen the autopsy report and also concluded that he did indeed die. Doctor Davis stated, there is nothing in any of the data that supports a death from drugs. In fact, everything points to a sudden, violent heart attack. While many doctors were on the hunt to see exactly why Elvis died the conspiracy theories started to multiply. The major disbelief for the theories come from the amount of medical input that was given from multiple doctors, whom of which were able to apply their knowledge to the situation. Forensic historian and pathologists, Michael Baden stated, Elvis had had an enlarged heart for a long time. With all this information regulating his health and physical standing there s no doubt that he was falsely claimed ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 3. Reverend Hale s Transformation Reverend Hale and John Proctor in The Crucible The Crucible is a play about the hardships of the Salem witch trials. In the beginning, Reverend Hale is a devout judge and reverend, seeing only black and white. When he faces the people of Salem, his character stops favoring legal justification and shifts to do what he knows is right, quitting the court and imploreing defendants to save their lives. John Proctor was a hardworking licentious farmer before the witch trials came to town, but when all was said and done, he chose the religious answer to the question of lying or dieing Arthur Miller shows the greatest transformation in Reverend Hale and John Proctor in order to convey that when people of usually certain manners are under extreme duress, they prefer religious/moral arguments over other arguments they favored ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... One example of this is Hale s inability to see Abigail s yellow bird in the rafters and eventually quitting the court. This reaction to what he thought was unreasonable (Abigail seeing what he couldn t) drove him to the action of quitting the court. If he still valued law above all else, he would have stayed with the court and wouldn t have cared whether or not there really was a bird. A secondary example of his transformation is when he sees John Proctor readying to sign the paper, saving his own life. When Danforth is close to stopping the signature from being written for he fears his confession may be false, Hale pleads Excellency, it is enough he confess himself. Let him sign it, let him sign it! . This further shows Hale s distaste of the law by showing him prefer to keep John Proctor (a man he knows to be good, not a witch as the paper would imply) alive, instead of hanging, a perceived false confession would lead to. This together with the above paragraph shows the differences between Reverend Hale before and after the stress of the court changed ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

It doesn t necessarily have to be a particular field, it s just that every time I set foot on one I think of all the memories made when playing the game and of all the friends I have made because of it. I have been playing baseball for practically my entire life and along the way have learned a lot of life lessons because of it. A few fields that specifically stand out to me are Cooperstown Dreams Park and Wenatchee Valley College baseball field. A baseball field is very unique. The smell of the fresh cut grass on game day and the feeling of the dirt under your cleats are something only baseball players can describe. Every time I set foot on the field for a game, it always feels like the first time with the pre game jitters and adrenaline rush of the first pitch. Going to a baseball field at any level from little league or to a professional game, I just love to take in all of the excitement and fun while enjoying every play made because baseball is easily the greatest game ever invented. A baseball field isn t necessarily loud like a football game, but it is also relaxing to where you can sit and enjoy the weather and enjoy conversing with whoever you are there with all while watching a great game played by kids or adults. Primary Raynaud s Case Study Early presenting signs and symptoms of both, Primary Raynaud s (PR) and Secondary Raynaud s include complaints of or evidence of sudden intermittent episodes of skin color changes, pain, feeling of coldness, and pins and needles sensation in the affected areas. When an episode or an attack occurs, the area first becomes white, as the blood flow decreases; a blue color follows, due to decreased oxygen delivery to the tissues; and lastly, the area becomes red when the blood flow returns. Attacks can last minutes to hours, and can be initiated by temperature change or stress. The intermittent attacks of PR generally do not result in tissue injury, and is not associated with an underlying disease process. The diagnosis usually occurs between the ages of 15 30. • 9. Essay Violence in theTitus Andronicus Whilst the Greek and Roman predecessors of revenge tragedy showed little compunction in gruesome on stage violence, the Elizabethan spectators were, by the time of publication and performance of Shakespearian plays, a more educated audience who would appreciate the poetic style and subtle references to classical literature. This is not to say that the sixteenth century public were sensitive to acts of startling brutality; public executions and bear baiting were frequent occurrences that no doubt permeated the psyche of a nation. It has been argued that Shakespeare, conscious of his contemporaries efforts in this genre decided to `out do his predecessors but a far more probable explanation is that Shakespeare, accommodating the ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... There is such a considerable amount of violence in Titus, varying in intensity and degree that it might seem hard to draw any firm conclusions about its impact. One can, however, obtain the idea that the violence within the play has a far greater impact on both the audience and the on stage characters when accompanied by a rhetoric or language that either juxtaposes or reinforces the brutality. The way in which characters react to violence, evident through their speech and imagery, can manipulate our responses to them and instil either an affinity or indifference to their personalities. Titus first appearance in Act I Scene I is an example of this manipulation. His cold, calculating rejection of Tamora s plea for her son s life, juxtaposed with the solemn, funeral rhetoric give us the impression of a character who can flit between brutality and normality very easily, and who demonstrates little compassion when doing so. Upon his entrance, Titus talks passionately about the deaths of his sons, and his return to Rome as a grieving father. The eternal rest and peace of his children s souls preoccupies the protagonist s mind, and his self reflecting vocabulary indicates a pensive state of mind. Titus deliberately places internal juxtapositions within his lines, `victorious , `mourning (I.i.70), `fraught , `precious lading (L.71 2), and `alive , `dead and ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Leading up to their death, Trujillo and his regime hinted at some way that they would disappear. In Chapter 12, Trujillo says My only two problems are the damn Church and the Mirabal sisters. When he said this he meant that the only people who were stopping him from absolute power was the Church and the Mirabal sisters. So this would indicate that they wouldn t exist while he was in rule. • 11. Standing In The Shoes Of Michelangelo And Leonardo Da Vinci Both of the assignments, Standing in the Shoes of Michelangelo and Leonardo, were interesting and fascinating in their processes. One of the easiest aspects of Standing in the shoes of Leonardo would be the process of determining what to portray, since the template of the linear perspective was used as a guide and helped through the entire process. However, the difficult aspect of Standing in the Shoes of Leonardo would be making a distinguishable atmospheric perspective since the process requires skill and experience to achieve with clarity. On the other hand, one of the easiest aspects of Standing in the shoes of Michelangelo would be the carving process since an individual just has to have patience to finish carving from start to finish. However, the most difficult aspect of Standing in the Shoes of Michelangelo would be preparation. Preparation is the most difficult aspect because an individual should definitely consider proper research, otherwise an individual may use the wrong materials or consider sculpting a figure that could possibly be beyond their levels of expertise and experience. Leonardo da Vinci s Paragone details how a sculptor s work should be appreciated at the same level or below the level of a painter s work. • 13. Piaget s Stages Of Cognitive Development The Cognitive Development theory refers to the ability to learn through thinking and reasoning. Theorist Jean Piaget developed the stages of cognitive development according to age and how individuals learn through their environment and senses. Based on Education.com: Stages of Cognitive Development (Driscoll/Nagel ,2008), these stages are from infant to teenage years with specific abilities. The first stage of Piaget s stages of development is called Sensorimotor, which starts at birth to two years of age. It describes how babies learn through their senses. The next stages is known as Pre operational which are ages two through seven. During this stage, a child uses his or her own logic to express thinking. From the seven to eleven years of age, a child is in the Concrete Operational stage. He or she will use hands on experience to increase knowledge. The final stage is Formal Operational. Between the ages of eleven and fifteen, an adolescent develops a more abstract form of knowledge. One of the main differences between these stages is object permanence. Piaget designed these stages in a rigid format. This theory does not allow individual experience and background to be considered. In conclusion, a weakness of this theory is that is doesn t mention how culture impacts learning. A strength of this theory is that it acts as a guide for educators to provide variation while lesson planning. The video, The Word Wall, showed children learning through the Cognitive Development ... Mistaken Behaviors Mistaking behavior is a comprehensive guidance that professional teachers are developing to assist children through difficult situations. This guidance approach recognizes that children are in a process of development where they are learning skills to live in a democratic life, during this process children has many mistakes that are reflected at their behavior. The importance of this this concept is that teachers can understand that children can make mistakes, and they can learn from them. Instead, teachers and caregivers are the principal guidance for ... Misbehavior This discipline concept suggests that the children are doing intentional mistakes and teachers must discipline and punish to the child. At this wrong guidance teachers label children who misbehave calling names such as naughty bad mean rowdy , and also punish the child. Teachers who do this practice think that when the child get shame they will be behave good. These negative labels can affect with bad consequences to their behavior. The child will believe that they are the wrong label given. As Ginott wrote in Teacher and Child (1972), Firmness without harshness is essential in guidance. The adult who intervenes in the face of mistaken behavior often must be firm, but must be firm and friendly not firm and harsh . The goal is to help children learn positive social skills from their mistakes; punish discipline cannot achieve this. Compare and contrast of Mistaken behavior and ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

  • 16. Theme Of Women In The House On Mango Street For decades, the social stereotype of women hindering their rights to stay home and act as the caretaker has been widely accepted in various cultures and civilizations. Today, many individuals fight to renew women s rights and dissolve this stereotype, yet it is still prevalent amongst society. This issue is so relevant that many literary works have incorporated the idea into their theme. Throughout Sandra Cisneros novel The House on Mango Street, the idea of a woman by the window is repeatedly mentioned and symbolizes the belief that women cannot reach their full potential and are left watching life s possibilities pass them by. This image of a woman by a window is first introduced in the vignette My Name, however Cisneros integrates this idea in the duration of the novel to the point where it s embedded in the central theme. Esperanza describes her great grandmother whom she inherited her name as a wild horse of a woman, (Cisneros 11). She goes on to share that her great grandmother never forgave her great grandfather for stealing her away to marry. Esperanza explains, She [great grandmother] looked out the window her whole life, the way so many women sit their sadness on an elbow, and ponders if she was sorry because she couldn t be all the things she wanted to be, (Cisneros 11). The use of personification gives a feeling (sadness) the human like quality of sitting on an elbow, almost like the sadness had become a whole new body part of her ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
  • 17. Chomsky s Theory Of Human Language In the 1960s, Empiricism and Behaviorism reigned, yet these views are now commonly mostly considered absurd due to Chomsky. Noam Chomsky, a prominent cognitive linguist and a great contributor to analytical philosophy, is in awe of the concept of human language. The properties of language enable humans to combine individual concepts together in indefinitely many ways, making the range of human thought virtually unlimited. Chomsky is fascinated that language enables humans to say virtually anything and cooperate to make plans with each other. The faculty of language is arguably what makes human beings cognitively distinct from other creatures. Through narrowing the scope of human language, adopting a rationalistic influence, proposing his Cognitive Development Theory, and including essentialist aspects in his philosophy, Chomsky gives linguistics a respectable place in the greater sphere of epistemology. Noam Chomsky creates a narrow scope of linguistics, reducing the focus of its study. Chomsky believes studying the meaning, reference, and use of language should be excluded from the field of linguistics. He insists the study must be focused toward the capacity of humans to acquire, to utilize, and invent languages as well as the abstract structural patterns found in a particular language under some idealization . Chomsky, apart from narrowing the scope, narrows the faculty of language itself. Previously, the focus was centered on the diversity of linguistic performance and ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

It is now a tourist attraction and is the most dominate feature of the city s skyline. This castle was originally built for troop protection for the Imperial army of the Holy Roman Empire. It was very small, but over a period of more than 900 years, it was transformed in many different ways. This fortress became the city s most important defense when Archbishop Gebhard had a conflict with Emperor Henry IV and was influenced to expand the castle in case of invasion. The expansion continued gradually for the next few centuries, then in 1462, builders under Prince Archbishop Burkhard III von Weißpriach, constructed the four main towers along the outer wall, a bell tower in the northern wall, the trumpeter tower in the northeast, the kraut tower in the north and a type of prison is the south. Whether it be animal life of human life, each are proven to be equal, but in different ways. In the chapter, Slater even questions whether her daughter s life is more important than a monkey s, along with the human population in general. There is a part to humans that makes us much more likely to value our own lives over an animals . The question is: is there really more value to a human s life? To begin answering this question, the reason why humans view human life as more important is because we seem to have a piece of us that is different than animals. As Slater said, What, I wonder, is the one percent of s that s not chimpanzee, the two percent that s not orangutan, the mere six percent that s not the rhesus macaque? I d like to know. Is that where our spirit resides? She also talks about the scientific portion of the animal vs human debate, in that we have a much larger brain than they monkeys do.
