There has been a constant dispute over whether people should be governed by determinism or free
will. Determinism is the idea that our actions and fate are predetermined and every occurrence can be
explained or has a reason for happening; free will, in contrast, is the idea that we have the ability to act
independently of external restraints. In the 17th century, Puritan society arose in New England as one
that was governed by its religious views, and thus was a deterministic one. Nathaniel Hawthorne

Matav is a telecommunications powerhouse. It has the infrastructure, the ability, the foresight and the
manpower to match any competition the foreign companies can offer.
Matav is a well established integrated communications company and has footholds in all the four
markets of residential, business, internet and mobile. They already have a lot of customer market in
the Hungarian environment. Familiarity with the local policies, business and customers makes Matav
even more powerful when it comes to dealing with competition. It could add additional services by
implementing new technologies on the current infrastructure to the current customer base and could
also attract a lot of customers by giving bundled service like fixed and mobile or fixed and internet

the Colonists was over. The Sons of Liberty were tired of Great Britain controlled over the port and
trades on tea that they wanted to send Great Britain a message as well as King George III. The events
that took place was a message to Great Britain that we are through listing to you. The Tea Act which
was passed by the British Parliament had a purpose behind it. The purpose behind the Tea Act was to
save the East Indian Company from going bankrupt, but the Tea Act also lowered the payment the
companies had to pay to the British government. That s not all the Tea Act did, it also give the East
Indian Company a huge monopoly over the colonies because now the East Indian Company was able

The United States army started in 1775 with only a group of volunteer fighters who opposed against

When the Revolutionary war happened it brought the country together from all parts of the colonies to
fight against the British in the army. In the active duty army there are; 108,689 Black or African
American, 20,853 Asian, 5,155 Native Hawaiian or other Pacific Islander, 3,712 American Indian or
Alaska Native, 24,551 Other/Unknown, 162,960 Minority. (Demographics 2015). From the data,
today s army is a very diverse group.
Colonialism played a part in shaping and forming the Army community. The tension between Britain
and the colonies began to build because of the unjust rule of the colonies. The colonies wanted to be
independent and grow as a nation. Congress decided to declare independence from the British and
form the Continental Army. Previously, each colony had relied upon the militia, made up of part time
civilian soldiers, for local defense, or the raising of temporary provincial regiments during specific
crises such as the French and Indian War. The Continental Army consisted of soldiers from all 13
colonies. (Hogan 2005) Like today s army the army is a diverse group of people who were young, old,
and came from different backgrounds. When they joined the army they gave up to their way of life to
