Since startup companies tend to have smaller teams, everyone in a startup is expected to wear
multiple hats where each individual are given more responsibilities. I was forced to step out of
my comfort zone to adopt new skills and be involved in the end to end process of designing
digital products. For example, when I was working on redesigning the company website, my

relatively stayed at the same percentile over the last several years. When I was born, I had a
hole above my anus, where the end of my spinal cord is, that was no larger than the tip of a pen,

spina bifida newborn and that my neural tube barely closed in time for the developmental process,
