security are confidentiality, integrity, and availability and they form an essential base for the overall
picture of information security. Confidentiality is perhaps one of the most common aspects of
information security because any information that is withheld from the public within the intentions to
only allow access to authorized individuals is confidential. Encryption is often used to maintain the
confidentiality of information as encryption is one of multiple methods of access control and

It is defined as the use of a computer to gain unauthorized access to data in a system, but I tend to use
the term more generally. Hacking to me means to gain an advantage. Growing up around computers
and understanding their components, I can attribute my knowledge to the modernizing and re culturing

The Drug Enforcement Administration also referred to as the DEA is an agency within the United
States that enforces federal law under the supervision of the U.S. department of Justice (United States
Department of Justice, 2014). The DEA has several sole responsibilities; in congruency with mid level
medical providers such as Nurse Practitioners (NP); it is the lead agency for domestic enforcement of
the Controlled Substance Act with the sole responsibility of coordinating and pursuing U.S. drug

authorizes medical professionals, such as APRN s to apply for authority, and if approved, will receive

phase. Recrystallization involves dissolving a substance in an appropriate solvent then crystallizing it
as it cools (impurities remain in solution). The melting points of the substances were determined in
order to assess their purity and the percent recovery of pure naphthalene and salicylic acid were
calculated. According to the results, the melting point of pure naphthalene was between 86°C 89°C
range, whereas for pure salicylic acid was 167°C 170°C. Both determined melting points were higher
compared to the literature value of 80.26°C and 158.6°C for pure naphthalene and salicylic acid
respectively. Lastly, the percent recovery for pure naphthalene and salicylic acid were 17.7% and
71.2% accordingly. In this experiment were used three separation techniques: extraction, sublimation
and recrystallization. During the first method, 0.70 g sample of salicylic acid naphthalene mixture was

David Michael in his head on September 25, 2011. (Turner, James, 2013, n.d) After trial the boy s
name was revealed to the public after Brenda Keyser, the Court of Queen s Bench justice had decided
that he was a high risk to reoffend . (Turner, James, 2013, n.d) This was not the convicts first offence,
The method of using factual guilt would allow more convicts to be sentenced with innocent citizens
also being punished as where the current method of legal guilt will protect innocent people from being
sentenced but allowing more suspects getting away with the law. With Sinclair s case, the due process
of legal guilt protects one s right till proven guilty was applied and executed as intended without
having conflicts with the law, evidence was provided and a violation in the law was found thus
confirming his sentence. The methodology has proven to work in this case and in several other cases
as well. If factual guilt was used, the chances of Sinclair getting the same sentence would be
considerably high. The reason why legal guilt would be better is to prevent people from being
punished unnessarily. Also the Code mentions how one s rights should not be abandoned under any
circumstances and is innocent till proven guilty. Arguments can be made that factual guilt can be more
beneficial, preventing murders like O.J. Simpson escaping from the law, making communities more

Introduction
Background of the study
Blogging has emerged as one of the most popular forms of online discourse. The ease and lack of
expense in setting blogs has raised intriguing possibilities for language learning in social media. The
unique nature of its architecture and its low cost have not only affected how different bloggers can
publish and distribute their work to a wider audience but also how they see themselves as writers.
According to Blood (2002), blogs have been used in various ways: as online journals, a means of

if fashion blogging belongs in a specific genre by studying how the ESL and EFL bloggers use the
language when writing.
The focus of this study is on the discourse organization of Asian fashion blogs. Considering their
writing style, comparing the blogs of these particular Asian countries that are categorized into two
groups will be done throughout the study.
Statement of the problem
This study aims to answer the following questions: 1. What are the structures of a fashion blog? 2.
What are the similarities and the differences between the fashion blogs of ESL and EFL writers?

Knowing that blog can also be studied as it is a part of our social world, this study can still be given
more attention by giving further enrichment by the future researchers. They can provide new findings
supported by different related literatures. As the traditional way of analysing language data from

McFague s argues that people should stop limiting their ability to concern their needs as humans being
