COMPARATIVE ASSEMENT FOR VACANT TEACHING AND ADMINISTRATIVE
POSITIONS
(Teacher II, Teacher III, and Head Teacher III)

I. PRELIMINARIES
The ranking started precisely at 9:00 in the morning at the office of the head teachers in the presence
of the School Ranking Committee.
There were 10 applicants for the Teacher II position, 8 for Teacher III, and lone applicants for Head
Teacher positions in English and TLE.
II. Comparative Assessment and Deliberation
Orientation
Ma'am Evangeline M. Dela Cruz, the Chairman of the School Ranking Committee, oriented the
applicants on the pointing system for vacant positions, emphasizing the differences of the ranking
process among Teacher II, Teacher III, and Head Teacher III applicants.
She also highlighted that the appointing authority will choose who will be appointed among the top
candidates in each position.
Examination, Interview & Appreciation of Documents
The ranking process was divided into two, with separate systems for Teacher II, Teacher III, and
Head Teacher III positions. The Head Teacher III examination began at 9:30 and while the
applicants for this position were taking the test, the ranking process for Teacher II and Teacher III
commenced.

Applicants moved through different stations for interviews, document appreciation, authenticity
verification, and point encoding.
The School Ranking Committee meticulously scrutinized documents, displaying scores and
tentative rankings for transparency.
Head Teacher III applicants underwent a final interview with the School Principal, Ma'am Adora
B. Dela Cruz, before concluding the ranking process.
Applicants accepted assigned points without contesting.
IV. Closing
Applicants were instructed to await the final result of the ranking and sign the official rank list.
The result was released the following day upon the School Principal's signature, and applicants
were asked to sign the ranking result.
