Thomas Aquinas was a theologian that was a priest in the 1200 s and wanted to prove that God
existed. He created many books and articles in his lifetime about God and things with the catholic
religion, but, his more famous book Summa Thelogia gave five arguments that God exists in
Articles II and III they are explained in detail. Below is my understanding of what he was saying
the works of two other man that had comments on this man. Through the arguments of these three
man I have came up with my own views and created an argument based on what they have to say.
In Article II Aquinas states why people think that God doesn t exist and goes on to destroy them
piece by piece. The first argument in Article II against God states that God does not existence
because it can not be demonstrated that he does in fact exist. He answers calmly and uses

The challenge began in 2012 but did not really gain national awareness until 2014 when people
would post videos of them performing the activity on social media sites. Commonly, the person
performing the challenge would nominate someone to do it and if that person nominated opted not
to do it then they would have to give a donation to the ALS Foundation. From 2012 through 2013,
the campaign raised about $10 million towards research on ALS. Since the campaign gained
national awareness in 2014, it has raised over $115 million. The campaign still continues to this
day with the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge/Awareness having a designated month which is August of
each year, but is still done year
