13. The Cricket Talent Identification, Enhancement and
Selection (C-TIES) system uses OWA Aggregation
Operator and Relative Fuzzy Linguistic Quantifier
(RFLQ) to classify the cricket talent level of an
enthusiast into five different classes.
It also uses algorithms based on OWA, RFLQ and
NAC to identify a player's weaknesses and select the
most talented players from a larger group of players.
In short, helping tackle the selection bias, reduce
human error, and help formulate a team combining
both experts opinion as well as logistics
