1. Activity 1 : Develop the HTML framework to include a table in a webpage
Step 1 : Develop the HTML framework (Previous HTML knowledge)
Step 2 : Insert the table framework for table image given below ( Refer slide 4 in
lecture notes – Tables)
a) Calculate number of rows and columns
b) Do you have a title?

2. Activity 2 : Apply Style rules to format the table
Step 1 : Add an additional row and column to the table as shown in the
image
Step 2. Apply style rules as application to apply Column span and row
span.
