A module for the OpenEMR digital medical record system, that helps nurses to keep important patient info. It creates lists of aspects that apply to all patients in an institution.

States are excluyent conditions for interns in a
health institution.

2. After installation, there should be a new entry in
the OpenEMR menu.

3. Click to open the States/Phrases Menu and see some options.

4. The option States/Phrases Menu calls this screen, with
links at the left and an explanation at the right.

5. Phrase list
Here you see the existing phrases, with links to Add phrases, to Edit the existing ones
or to Delete them.

Phrases are additive conditions that are temporarily or permanently
associated to interns

9. Assign State to intern.
States are exclusive conditions. They can be used when interns can be in different locations, or when
there is any important variable. For instance, when an intern needs to have company, or custody. Also
when he has psychiatric conditions or special needs. If the default states are not useful, you can
change them.
