This marketing plan is over the Sony Playstation 3 (PS3). The Playstation 3 is a six year old video
game system, and one of the top 3 gaming consoles along with Nintendo s Wii and Microsoft s Xbox.

Competition
Sony has two major competitors when it comes to game systems and they are Microsoft and Nintendo.
Microsoft has a product called the Xbox 36, while Nintendo has the Wii.
Nintendo has centered its game play around motion capture technology by making all of their games
centered on motion sense.
The Xbox is backwards compatible with its previous Xbox games unlike the PS3 which can turn some
customers toward the Xbox.
Xbox also has a lower price than their most comparable competitor Sony, with the Xbox costing $150
and lower and the Playstation offered at no lower than $200.
Although Nintendo s game play mechanics are significantly different it also is offered for the cheapest
price causing customers to buy more of them.

Is Julius Caesar Good Or Bad
Antony has been on Caesar s side since day one. He has been loyal to him since the beginning of the
play. Caesar trusts him and at the end of the play it pays off. Antony does not join the conspirators and
he refuses to kill Caesar. Brutus, Cassius, and the other conspirators lure Caesar out of the house to
inevitably stab him causing his death. Sometimes he succeeded in protecting him from harm and
sometimes he failed. Antony really had a love for Caesar as he tried to protect him throughout the
play. Antony has not always been good to Caesar. In this case, he caused him his life. He brought
Cassius into Caesar s life thinking he was a noble Roman but he was wrong. Fear him not, Caesar, he

Problem/Issue Statement
The problem presented by Joseph Armand Bombardier is the upcoming third round of ERP
implementation in his organization. Even though a big improvement over the efficiency and success of
execution between the first ERP round (Mirabel plant) and second round (Saint Laurent plant), there is
still room for improvement.
The focus is to identify the practices vs. the best of the best practices in the industry in relation to ERP
implementation and offer specifics on how to make this third round provide a higher success rate.
Main Problem: The rollout of ERP at the Mirabel plant and then followed by the Saint Laurent plant
did improve, but still had their fair share of challenges. Our area of improvement will be from the
results given after ERP went live at Saint Laurent. The main problem appears to be still be a
disconnect between the business vs. project team and properly communicating and training those who
will be using the new ERP system (SAP in this situation). While the overall response was positive, not
every issue from the Mirabel plant has been corrected and resolved.
Symptoms: A few symptoms mentioned was that specialized knowledge was concentrated in a few
individuals, embellishing the scorecards to mask some of the issues, gaps in understanding of priority
between project team and actual business, and finally some feedback on wanting SAP to have done

The process of matching hospitals and residents was chaotic and confusing before the NRMP began to
be used in 1952. The main way hospitals chose medical students was to extend an offer to the student
as early as they could. The demand of the hospitals was greater than the number of students looking
for residencies, prompting considerable competition among hospitals for interns. 1 This competition
lead to hospitals presenting students offers earlier than others could. With offers so early, hospitals
could not know the final class standings or grades of the students by the time they finished school.1 In

According to Curley Vitale (2012), the cross sectional study determines the exposure and outcomes at
the same time. It provides a snap shot at one point in time. The information obtained was about the
relationship of Tuberculosis and the White Ethnic group of males during a single point in time, 1993
and 2011. Cross sectional studies are applicable for screening the hypothesis due to the fact they
require a small time frame and minimal resources to manag e.
Cross sectional study design has been utilized to comprehend the prevalence of diseases, treatments,
services and outcomes. Cross sectional study strengths contain surveys that are inexpensive and takes
a shorter time to complete, and can provide descriptive data about the population of people involved in
the study. The study can be useful for assessing risk factor prevalence rate, a means to compare
groups, has the ability to study fatal diseases within a smaller population, and can study multiple
