The Establishment of a Supreme Law Constitution in New...
The establishment of a supreme law constitution in New Zealand would enable the judiciary to have a
stronger role, and greater power, to check the executive and legislative branches of government. At
present our laws do not allow our judiciary the power that the American judiciary enjoys.
The creation of a supreme law constitution enforced by the judiciary would enhance the judiciary s
present role and powers and its ability to act as a check on the other branches of government. This can
be seen through the idea of a supreme law constitution, compared with New Zealand s current
constitution, the present nature and extent of the New Zealand judiciary s role and power to check the
other branches; and the role and powers that the judiciary would have under a supreme law
constitution, and how this would change its ability to check the other branches of government.
America has supreme law because their constitutional document is supreme which means it is the
supreme law of the land and overrules all other law in America that is not within the constitution.
Their supreme law constitution differs from New Zealand s current constitution as there is no
entrenched law that forms New Zealand s constitution. America s constitution distinctly sets out the
powers as well as the restrictions of the executive, legislature and judiciary in the own sections. They
do not have an overlap between their branches like New Zealand s system. America has put its Bill of
Rights in its

Sir Launfal
Playing out the lay is announcing one particular variant of the story, which suggests a strong emphasis
on the reality of the story. General society articulation of the lay, with its going to protestations of
truth, echoes a noteworthy topic on the diegetic level as the sonnet is famously worried about
falsehoods. For sure, the ballad continues focusing on the significance of open remarks made on
private matters and presents what Anderson called an interior group of onlookers, that reacts to
Launfal s changing fortunes in the lay. Most important strides in the story they are remarked through
some illustrative of general society voice, which along with these lines both echoes and bends truths in
dialect creation. There is, as a result, no ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
A significant part of the business in Sir Launfal straightforwardly comes about because of open
exchange of a Knights reputation, what Richard Horvath terms the verbal economy at the center of the
poem.13 Sir Valentine s test to Launfal gets from his envy in the wake of listening to Launfal s
incredible deeds in competition commended. His thoughtfulness incites his analysis regarding what
individuals say. How that he couth just well and was a man of mochel might and worded in relating

King Arthur s regard: The Tydyng come to Artour King Anoon, without lesyng, of Syr Launfales

others. Notoriety in this setting is dealt with in monetary terms, as a particular resource, and also an
aggregate one, since Launfal s greatness adds brilliance to Arthur s court. Singular ability can t be
limited to a private type of achievement; it is an exceptionally open one since its echoes have

A Report On Tata Motors
I. Core Problem / Issue
Tata Motors has continued to increase its presence in the car industry throughout Asia and the world,
but especially in their home country of India. From their goal of providing innovative affordable
products for the masses, they have expanded from commercial vehicles into passenger cars, becoming
India s largest automobile company. As part of their global expansion strategy, Tata Motors acquired
Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) in 2008, which allowed them to move into the higher end car market. The
timing of which proved difficult, due to global recession. The latest innovative product that Tata has
developed is the Nano, a low cost car designed to compete as a safer and more comfortable alternative
to 2 wheeled vehicles in India. Tata was able to find a Blue Ocean with this product. The Nano s
release in 2009 was a resounding success, with over 206,000 orders in the first year. The interim plant
was able to produce 50,000 vehicles the first year, with the new plant expected to have a capacity of
350,000 vehicles in 2010. Initial estimates put the potential market demand for vehicles similar to the
Nano near one million units per year in India, with the potential to expand to global markets. Global
automakers have plans to start production of ultra low cost (ULC) vehicle, so this will be a highly
competitive market. The core problem for Tata Motors is that they need to decide if they continue as
planned with their production of only 250,000 vehicles or if

Analysis Of The Song I Got A Woman
During the early ages of rock and roll, it was common practice for Caucasian musicians to create
covers of some well know R B musicians song. Some of these songs were in some way very similar to
the original in copying tempo and the lyrics. However, there were many cover that seem similar but
the change made the song a work of its own. A song that I believe represent this is I got a woman ,
Originally released in 1995 by Ray Charles and covered by Elvis Presley in 1956. The original song
by Ray Charles was approximately 2.54, but was full of soulful aspects. Ray Charles s voice was
natural throughout the song. During the song Ray Charles elaborated on many notes, such as in the

The Importance Of Memory And Working Memory
The study conducted by Gregory J. Spillers examined the length to which attention control abilities,
secondary memory abilities, or both work in the working memory capacity. Participants were asked to
perform numerous attention control, secondary memory, working memory and fluid intelligence
measures. Conformity factor analysis later suggested that attention control, secondary memory, and
working memory capacity were best represented as three separate yet mutually factors. And each
attention control, secondary memory, and working memory capacity are correlated with fluid
intelligence. Both attention control and secondary memory are viewed for unique variance in the
working memory capacity. Additionally a crucial part of the shared variance between working
memory capacity and fluid intelligence is brought upon attention control and secondary memory
abilities. This is seen through structural equation modeling. The point of the study was to examine
whether the working memory capacity is best interpreted by secondary memory processes, attention
control or both. A latent variable method was used to study the relations with working memory
capacity, attention control, secondary memory, and fluid intelligence. Attention control measures
antisaccade, which is voluntary eye movement when stimulus is presented, this measurement has
shown some spect in which it highy relates to a variation in the working memory capacity. It was
suggested by Pole and Kane(2009) that attention control was

sugar found in milk called lactose into glucose and galactose. Lactase is found in the small intestine,

My Self Assessment
A self assessment requires that a person take a look at him or herself objectively. Doing this can be
extremely hard for a person because they have to be honest with themselves about who they are and
the areas where they are lacking. Personally, I like taking assessments that are going to help me better
myself and so forth. But I really did not like this assessment because of how it is set up. I prefer
assessments where you are scored based on what you put and then there is a synopsis that gives some
explanation or detail about what it all means. After taking the assessment, I learned that my five
greatest areas of weakness are: Seeking support from others, Retaining written information, Time
management skills, Management and leadership of people and Creative problem solving (Bethel
University, 2014). When taking a closer look at my areas of weakness, I was able to see that my many
of my weaknesses are similar because they have to do with the confidence that I lack. For example,

comes very easily. But then there are those like me who have to work very hard at becoming good at
writing. And when I say that I would practice, I mean that I would set aside time the time to rewrite
things that I have previously written so that I could correct and perfect the things that I failed to do
correctly the first time. When it came time to do an actually assignment I would initially do a rough
draft so that I could work out the kinks prior to submitting the assignment. Some other ways of
improving my writing would be to always grammar check and spell check what I have written and to

Persuasive Essay On Hairstyles
At the moment I ask myself, why are these schools dictating these kids hairstyles? Why can t a boy
dye his hair pink or have his hair over his collar, there is no real reason for this. You should not be able
to dictate these different hairstyles for the exact reason that we have our amendments and laws that
give us the freedom we rightly deserve. Also, there are some boys who might have their hair long and
you call that a violation, there is nothing wrong with a boy having his hair long. You, judging someone
with long hair is like judging someone with curly hair, they both are just natural hairstyles. You,
school officials should not be able to dictate these normal hairstyles. We have our rightly given

Essay on The Life of Ted Kaczynski
When we think of terrorist, we might think of radical Islamic individuals or groups who would take
pride in killing anyone who is not Muslim. Even more, there are antagonistically people who want
nothing more but to destroy the lives of innocence people because of their belief system. Take an
individual like Theodore Kaczynski for instance; he was a former University of California at Berkeley
math professor. Otherwise known as the Unabomber, he was indeed a terrorist because he used
explosives that killed three people and wounded eighteen others in a span of almost two decades. Even
more, his brother David Kaczynski was responsible for his capture.

in proving these experiments even exist and that he did participation in the experiments. Whatever
happened to him during these experiments might explain why he had become so objectively against
science and technology.
So often, we try to understand the reasons why people do unimaginable crimes. To answer this
question truthfully mean there might be a good possibility their experience in the past could be the
consequences of their behavior. In addition, one might wonder why Ted Kaczynski quit teaching as a
professor of mathematics to live a primitive lifestyle. Again, there is a possibility his experience in the
past may confirm why. According to chase, Murray subjected his unwitting students, including
Kaczynski, to intensive interrogation what Murray himself called vehement, sweeping, and personally
abusive attacks, assaulting his subjects egos and most cherished ideals and beliefs. Unfortunately, the
records of these experiments were not available for the defense team and probable hidden from public
view because of the inhumane tactics.

would be complex and too difficult for any normal person to understand knowing that there may be

Dietary Factors in Preventing Heart Disease As coronary heart disease is the leading cause of death in

Chronic Homelessness In Canada
Homelessness Imagine living paycheck to paycheck and having your house be taken away. It s scary
and now you have nowhere to live. It happens to many people, and sometimes, like in the case of the
financial crisis, they end up living on the streets a lot longer than they anticipated. Breaking the Cycle
by Sian Griffiths for New Internationalist discusses chronic homelessness and how the Housing First
is helping. Housing First was created to lower the number of individuals living in chronic
homelessness and they ve been successful. Housing First gives homeless individuals permanent
housing without any barriers or conditions like sobriety (Griffiths 16). Buying housing and allowing
homeless people to move in doesn t sound like a perfect idea, but the program has an eighty percent
success rate which is higher than any other program (Griffiths 16 ). Since Housing First has been so
successful in the United States, Canada decided to begin the program in their own country. Canada
was experiencing exactly what the United States was a decrease in health care and social services cost.

That is not always correct, though. The most frequent cause of homelessness is property destroying
disasters (Griffiths 18). With housing being the main issue it makes sense Housing First would be the

Adult Relationships And Same Sex Marriage
It is unclear what percentages of adult relationships are polyamorous in America, as there is limited
research with this population. However, it is evident that many Americans find this alternative to
monogamy beneficial. When compared to monogamous individuals, polyamorous individuals
experience greater levels of intimacy in their relationships (Morrison, Beaulieu, Brockman,
Beaglaoich, 2013). Per the research, polyamory is potentially a fulfilling alternative to traditional
monogamous relationships for those who choose polyamory in place of monogamy.
Historically, there is limited evidence for cultures that that relied on same sex marriage as a primary
relationship structure. However, currently there is growing cultural acceptance of same sex marriage
and gay affirming communities in which same sex relationships and same sex marriages experience
support (Baunach, 2012). According to the 2010 United States Census, same sex households¬¬ also

Sisterhood Is For Everybody Chapter Summaries
Feminism, a movement with the goal of equality between women and men is often misunderstood or
thought unnecessary. In the book Feminism is for Everybody, the movement of feminism and why it
still exists today is explained. One of the main aspects that keep feminism alive is sisterhood females
bonding together for a like purpose. In chapter three, Sisterhood is Still Powerful . Bell Hooks uses an
anecdote, chronological order, and ethos to give a background on feminism and inform the audience
on what threatens female unity today.
The start of the third chapter begins with an anecdote of the author s experiences with the feminist
movement in college. Her story lays out the scene of what a coeducational college class was like in the

A chronologically ordered format gives the audience context of how feminism developed so they can

with the help of an anecdote, she proceeds to write about what happens to the movement later on. As
more women begin to opportunistically lay claim to feminism in the 80s without undergoing the

differences in class and some walked away from feminism. What happened in the 80s is then
connected to present day. Political solidarity between woman which had been the force putting in

Red Dead Redemption Analysis Essay
Critical Analysis of a Game:

The game I have chosen for my critical analysis is Red Dead Redemption. Red Dead Redemption was
made, published, and engineered by a company called Rockstar Games (Rockstar Website). The major
distributor of the game is a company who happens to own Rockstar, Take Two interactive. Being one
of the most successful video game developers to date, Rockstar is famous for creating the popular and

I played the game on my Xbox 360 console. To capture the experience of the Wild West, Rockstar
consulted some historical experts in the field, along with channelling a lot of time and money into the
graphics of the game. According to a New York Times online article, Rockstar spent between 80 100
million dollars on developing the game (Schiesel 2010). I mention this statistic because this comes to
show the new era of devotion Rockstar brought to video game production.
In any video game, soundtracks can be an incredible boost in its overall character. The soundtracks in
Red Dead Redemption are authentic; it gives the game historical flavour. What I mean by this is you
truly get a feeling of the Western experience. Rockstar brought on composers Woody Jackson and Bill
Elm. In a behind the scenes video, the composers explain that it is essential for them to find a balance,
paying homage to what was there but also trying to add our stamp to the music (GamerSpawn, 2010).
Another interesting fact they mentioned was the ability for the game to launch certain lines of music to
start based on your actions. For example, if you jump on a horse, a bass line rolls in. If the player is in
a shootout, the music intensifies. The music helps reinforce the player s connection with the historic
west by creating familiar sounds associated with the Western era.
Before I mention the problem spaces of the game, I would like to continue back to explaining

World War II. As Dr. Ralph Major states, An army is a vast laboratory of medical research where
disease and injuries are seen on a far larger scale than in peacetime. Many improvements in the
treatment of infections have come from experiences on the battlefield (Major 52). Devastation in the
war left countless soldiers and civilians with life threatening injuries and diseases. This devastation

Plasma was used to transfer blood as it served to keep satisfactory blood pressure and supply critical
proteins and globulins (antibodies) to the wounded soldiers (www.usaaf.net/wwii). There were many
uses of Plasma on the battlefield and on the whole, it helped keep a proper balance in the body which
makes it one of the best innovations in medical history. The pressing demand for blood on the
battlefields led to Britain organizing the International Transfusion Association in 1940 which collected
blood (people donated blood) and turned it into blood plasma. This program collected, processed and
transported 14,500 units of plasma to the allied armies and it was all done within five months
(home.att.net/wwii.htm). Dr. Drew was an important member of the group and his scientific research
helped revolutionize blood plasma transfusion so that blood plasma could readily be given to wounded
soldiers on the battlefield, which dramatically improved opportunities to save lives. Blood plasma
could also be dried which made it very easy to transport, pack, store and the soldiers could also carry
it around in their pockets (www.history.amedd/army). As mentioned in the United States office of war

the range and diversity of the relationships the parents had with their kids. This was a difficult task for
Thomas, because he didn t have the usual technical equipment that is supplied for a big screen
Hollywood production, he had a camera and needed to get key shots right the first time. He needed to
be careful not to interfere or directly influence the babies and their families, keep true to his artistic
vision, and stay focused on the theme of his film. Being a father of three children must have greatly
worked to Thomas advantage. He would have known somewhat what to expect in relation to the
different stages and milestones most babies achieve. It doesn t matter what country a baby is born,
there are expectations that in a certain time frame a baby should respond to voice or actions, in the
later stages start mimicking, saying mama and or dada, roll around, crawl, say words, and eventually
start walking ect... If Thomas didn t have children it would have been a difficult struggle to know

Current Rate Of Third Semester Pathway Students
As a Data Analyst, I am responsible for assisting in projections and forecasting of enrollment as well
as institutional research projects. This includes use of Excel and R to run statistical analyses in
answering enrollment and research questions. Key to projecting enrollment is a file we use called the
Decision Model We track various aspects of enrollment to help predict future enrollment. For
example, we track the amount of third semester pathway students since they will likely be
matriculating into the Online Degree Program. We also track the percentage of third semester students

third semester Pathway students to estimate new online students. This same principle is applied all
throughout the decision model, enrollment is broken out into categories of different students and
indicators that can help predict that category.
Regression analysis is used often to answer research questions. Using R, linear regression helps to

safe to assume that all Multinational corporations which only concern themselves with turning a

desire by MNCs to finance whichever side of the conflict controls the land they need and

Advantages Of Forensic Imaging
Forensic imaging, particularly MRI technology is crucial in determining the cause of death in forensic
pathology. There are a few main techniques for forensic imaging, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI),
post mortem computed tomography (PMCT), and conventional radiography. The PMCT is generally
used for gunshot wounds, detection of gas embolism, trauma cases, and changes in the skeletal
system. Some advantages of this technique are that it is fast, easy to handle, good three dimensional
reconstruction, excellent visuals of the skeletal system and gases in the body. However, it is not
without disadvantages like how it uses radiation meaning companies must protect their employees, it
has limited data storage, limited visualization of soft tissue and employees must go through extensive
training to be authorized to operate it. MRIs can be used for trauma cases, strangulation, detection of
foreign objects, and medical errors. Some advantages of this technique are that there is no radiation
involved, it is good at visualizing soft tissue, and that since it can visualize soft tissue so easily it can
identify a multitude of different problems. Some disadvantages are that it is time consuming,
expensive, and there is extensive training needed to operate it. The last type of imaging technique that
will be covered is conventional radiography which can detect foreign bodies and changes or lesions of
the skeletal system and is used when the corpse cannot fit into the CT machine. The advantages of this

In the most general sense of the word, a concrete is a substance that solidifies to act as glue. Romans
were the first to use modern cement for purposes of masonry made of crushed stone with vivid lime as
binder. They named this substance caementicium opus which was later referred to as cement,
cimentim , cäment and cement.
Cement is mainly used in construction. It is a gray powdery substance burnt lime and clay, mixed with
water and sand to make mortar (a paste used to bind the building blocks together and fill the spaces
between them) or with water, sand and gravel to make concrete (one strong durable construction
material).

Pakistan (PIDC), laid the foundation for two cement units Daudkel and Hyderabad and then more

These measures lead to dramatic improvement in productivity of cement, and created opportunities to
other entrepreneurs and investors to work in this sector. This step helped in bridging the gap between
demand and supply in the market. Five cement factories were established during initial thirty years
after independence with a total capacity of 3.2 million tons despite the fact that Pakistan is rich in
deposits of limestone, clay and gypsum, which is the basic raw material for the. The situation not only

Jacques D Arc And His Wife Isabelle
Joan of Arc Jacques d Arc and his wife Isabelle were blessed with a baby girl early in the year 1412.
They named her Jeanne d Arc, also known as Joan of Arc. They lived in a village called Domremy on
the border of eastern France. During the time of Joan s birth, the French and English had a truce. But
events coming soon, will determine the life and death of Joan of Arc. An internal war had erupted
between two factions of the French Royal family which in turn, would make it easier for the English
to invade once again. One side of the faction was called the Orleanist or Armagnac faction which was
led by Count Bernard VII and Duke Charles of Orleans. Their rivals were known as the Burgundians
who were led by Duke John the fearless of Burgundy. While the French remained divided due to their
factions at war, the diplomats failed to extend the treaty with England that was in place. In August of
1415, King Henry V invaded France and then defeated an Armagnac dominated French army battle of
Agincourt on October 25th. In 1417, the English returned, conquering most of northern France and
gaining the support of the Burgundian Duke, Philip II. Philip II had agreed to recognize Henry V as
the legal heir to the French throne, yet rejected the rival claim of Charles of Ponthieu, which was the

observe the Portage River and the ecosystems around it. There the 7th grade team observed the the
water quality of the Portage River. The 7th grade team used chemical, physical, and biological
indicators to observe the quality of the Portage River. The 7th graders took a nature hike and observed
the nature around the Portage River. There, a nature expert talked about invasive species, seed
distribution, and plants. When the water rises the seed pods come off of plants and float on the water,
the seeds then are carried to new places. The 7th graders talked about how the monarchs are declining
because of the lack of milkweed. They also talked about plants like goldenrod and poison ivy. Around
the Portage River there are habitats like prairies, forests, and floodplains. Plants in the riparian zone

Determination Of Amino Acids From Fruit Juices
Outcome 1
Literature Research
My research topic Determination of the amino acids present in the fruit juices.
What is an amino Acid?
An Amino Acid is a basic organic compound containing both a carboxyl and an amine group
H O N X C
H OH
What makes all amino acids different?
In amino acids, it is the section between the two function groups ( represented by x in the above
diagram ) that makes each amino acid different.
How many are there? What is an essential amino acid?
Scientists have discovered over fifty amino acids but only twenty are used in the body to make
proteins. Nine of this twenty are called essential amino acids which we give ourselves from our food
and the other eleven are made by the body itself.
The 9 Essential amino acids
Phenylalanine
Methionine
Histidine
Tryptophan
Isoleucine
Arginine
Threonine
Lysine
Leucine
What is their function in the body? Amino acids are important in our diet because they have so many
different functions. One of the main uses of amino acids is that they are the building blocks that make
proteins. Proteins are lchains of amino Acids linked together by peptide bonds making up our muscles,
organs, nails, hair and many other necessary part for every living body.
Vitamins and minerals are regulated by amino acids making sure they are performing properly, also
enzymes and hormones that catalyse all chemical reactions in our body are proteins. Most importantly

outcome will be. These influential proponents of feminism and communism, Wollstonecraft and Marx,

Marx was a big proponent for the working class movement and the equality in terms of property. To
him, the issue that is most important to conquer is the issue of the estrangement and alienation of man,
where man himself is the alien power over man more specifically, it is workers who are being
estranged (Marx 1988, 79). Consequences of this estrangement can be seen with private property,
because although it seems to be the root of the problem, private property is actually the consequence
of alienated labor , explaining why capitalism is a horror to him (Marx 1988, 81). It may be thought
that an easy way to give workers equality would be to pay them equal wages, but this is yet another
estrangement of labor (Marx 1988, 82). Progress, to Marx, would need to consist of a way to diminish
the root of the problem estrangement of the worker. This would consist of emancipation of the
workers because the emancipation of the workers would have a large ripple effect, and result in the
universal human emancipation (Marx 1988, 82). As it has been addressed multiple times, the
estrangement of the worker is the root of the problem, and a step towards progress would need to
consist of the workers being emancipated so they are no longer alienated and forced to labor while
getting nothing but monetary payment for their labor. The alienation of workers furthers the issue by
leading a society towards private

Environmental Factors And Causes Of Climate Change In Kenya
Climate change in today s world has become of great concern due to its effects on the environment.
Globally, climate change has significantly influenced ecosystems and the existence of organisms. This
is further extending its effects to regional areas such as Kenya, whose ecosystem is not spared by the
changing climate. Despite having natural causes, Anthropogenic factors are widely increasing and
causing climate change undisputed. Therefore, human activities are the primary contributors to climate
change leading to stress and ecosystem strain, to continue providing for its services. In this report, I
discuss the summary of global climate change and regional focus on causes of climate change in
Kenya, its effects in ecosystem especially on the natural ecosystems, current measures to curb the
effects and the perception of the future ecosystem of the country.
Introduction
Climate change is defined as a change of climate that is attributed directly or indirectly to human
activity that alters the composition of the global atmosphere, and that is in addition to natural climate
variability observed over comparable time periods (UNFCC, 1992). (source(GoK, 2012). Which is
understood as the average change in weather patterns over an extended period, caused by both human
activities and natural factors. These factors include deforestation from increasing human population
and activities, industrialization, urbanization, volcanic eruptions, etc. These events lead to excess

Differences Between Men And Women
Introduction
Communication style, as defined by the textbook, is the behaviors that are observable by others
(Reece, 2014). Men and women have general differences in communication style, whether in a formal
or informal setting. Linguistic style, as defined by Deborah Tannen, refers to a person s characteristic
speaking pattern. Men tend to be more direct and dominating, whereas, women exhibit a more
practical and indirect approach. Although these conclusions are generalizations, research has proven
that they are typical of the ordinary man and woman (Tannen, 1995).
Criticism
Criticism is a major issue that is unavoidable, but handled very differently by the opposing genders in
the workplace. When a woman is in charge, she may be ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
The male directive approach may work well when dealing with other men, from both a manager and
an employee s perspective, however, taking that approach when dealing with a female counterpart will
hinder them. The same goes for women, as mentioned in the example above. Their caring approach
will work well with other sensitive women, however, there will be miscommunication when applied to
an issue with a male counterpart.
Conflict
Women seek compromise when conflicts arise, but they sometimes fail to stand their ground. They
succumb to the dominating demeanor of men, who use their natural mannerism to their advantage.
This is an example of a hindrance to women, but an advantage to men. Men know that women work to
maintain a peaceful work environment and if backing down in a disagreement is what it takes, its
often the road taken (Warren, 2017).
Strengths
Women tend to have the upper hand in situations where listening skills, inclusive body language and
empathy are more highly valued . They display signs of genuine interest when others are speaking by
nodding their heads, leaning in, and smiling because they expect reciprocated behavior (Goman,
2016). Women have the need to feel valued and appreciated for their efforts. They seek approval from
their colleagues and managers. This is because women exhibit characteristics of a people oriented
style. On the contrary, men are thought to take charge more readily and be viewed as more effective

The operation of electricity system is strongly influenced by the accuracy of demand forecast as

How are the population policies different between India and China?
Guifang Tang
Introduction China and India are the two countries which have the largest population in the world.
These two countries have many similarities, especially they have fabulous growing speed during the
globalization. In the global economic market, China has the biggest manufacture market and cheap
labor (Justin Paul Erick Mas.2016). India gained independence from the United Kingdom from 1947
and started to focus on improving their food security and developing the technology of agriculture, so
India has the evidence dominate the service market from agriculture transfer to service sector due to
the globalization too in recently decades (Kedia Lahiri 2007). In the same situation of China, the
whole society focused on agricultural reforms since the 1970s. As two fastest developing countries,
China and India typically have a big number of population and cheap labor for manufacture industries
which gained a lot of attention around the world. Population in one country could be the productivity
power or the economic factor force of developing. On the other side, it could be the main reason of
hinder the development. So this paper will directly analysis these two nations population policy, in
addition, based on their different society contexts and culture value, analysis the population problem
and social issues around the policy.

Relishing the Ambrosia of Hope in Stephen Crane´s Bowery...
At the bed of the deepest ocean, exist a distinguished sect of people. They live with no warmth or
light, in the darkest, most nefarious pit of the world. They eternally drown. An occult force leisurely
sips their souls, relishing every drop. It savors the thin and sweet nectar of innocence as it fluidly
streams down its throat, appeasing its taste buds but never quenching the crave for more. This mystic
being extracts the cherubic innocence of a child s laughter before it even has the chance to dance upon
their lips. However, it lives within the souls of the children; it is engraved in their bones, an intrinsic
quality passed from generation to generation. It works from the inside to turn every person against one
another, to make them ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Without building the base for the building, which would be their child s ethical outlook, parents try to
make a skyscraper. They threaten children with stories and gibe about the devil and hell, but they do
not realize that their children have no perception of the opposite side, God and purity. They cannot
appreciate the darkness of the devil without understanding the beauty of God and religion. In the
Bowery, inhabitants possess a warped sense of religion that fails to offer truth and sanctuary. Instead,
religion is just a word for these people; they throw it around without understanding what it is and why
it exists. The victims of the Bowery have no pure sense of untainted religion. They do not see that God
teaches humans to practice ethic and to love others; without this fundamental comprehension, it is
impossible for them actually to apply these ideologies in their lives. Still, they attempt to incorporate
religion into their lives because they see the more affluent people doing so. In trying to affiliate
religion with the filthy and obscene Bowery, they corrupt the core purpose of it. They do not see that it
is impossible to tie such a white and pure idea to a place so iniquitous and scarred. When they try to
tie this knot, they unveil the hypocrisy in their actions and words. Crane instills these qualities of
hypocrisy in Jimmie and Mary in order to show the Bowery s naivety towards genuine morality

There Will Come Soft Rains Literary Devices
In The Martian Chronicles, Ray Bradbury criticizes American society. He carefully compares the
Earth Men and the Martians to convey his disappointment with some of society s ideals. Bradbury
expresses his dismay at the exploitation of contrasting civilizations, and indicates one of the fatal
flaws of human beings in general, and Americans in particular: hubris. He utilizes both setting and
analogies in his critiques.
This hubris, in the aspect of American ethnocentrism, is criticized throughout his short stories in the
form of analogies. In many of his short stories, Bradbury relates the Martians to Native Americans
who had their land destroyed. Jeff Spender, in And The Moon be Still As Bright , points out that Earth
Men have a talent for ruining big, beautiful things (54) . Bradbury directly compares the Earth Men
who reached Mars to the settlers who reached the New World and violently pushed out Native
Americans already living on those lands. Bradbury is using the corruption of the Martian environment
by the Earth Men as an analogy to the destruction of Native American civilizations by the first settlers.
Bradbury utilizes this comparison to criticize the settlers notion that because they are the best race and
always right, the Native American land would be of better use ... Show more content on

In There Will Come Soft Rains, Bradbury uses a poem in which Nature will scarcely know if we[man]
has gone... (169) to say that without humans nature will continue to thrive. Although the setting is a
house (an advanced man made, technological object), the processes of nature eventually consume the
house. The dog dies (the idea that, in the end, nature will always win), the trees are still growing, and
the house eventually burns down to the ground. The poem and the setting are used to criticize the idea
of human invincibility, and show that humans are not superior to

  • 4. The Establishment of a Supreme Law Constitution in New... The establishment of a supreme law constitution in New Zealand would enable the judiciary to have a stronger role, and greater power, to check the executive and legislative branches of government. At present our laws do not allow our judiciary the power that the American judiciary enjoys. The creation of a supreme law constitution enforced by the judiciary would enhance the judiciary s present role and powers and its ability to act as a check on the other branches of government. This can be seen through the idea of a supreme law constitution, compared with New Zealand s current constitution, the present nature and extent of the New Zealand judiciary s role and power to check the other branches; and the role and powers that the judiciary would have under a supreme law constitution, and how this would change its ability to check the other branches of government. America has supreme law because their constitutional document is supreme which means it is the supreme law of the land and overrules all other law in America that is not within the constitution. Their supreme law constitution differs from New Zealand s current constitution as there is no entrenched law that forms New Zealand s constitution. America s constitution distinctly sets out the powers as well as the restrictions of the executive, legislature and judiciary in the own sections. Core Problem / Issue Tata Motors has continued to increase its presence in the car industry throughout Asia and the world, but especially in their home country of India. From their goal of providing innovative affordable products for the masses, they have expanded from commercial vehicles into passenger cars, becoming India s largest automobile company. As part of their global expansion strategy, Tata Motors acquired Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) in 2008, which allowed them to move into the higher end car market. The timing of which proved difficult, due to global recession. The latest innovative product that Tata has developed is the Nano, a low cost car designed to compete as a safer and more comfortable alternative to 2 wheeled vehicles in India. Tata was able to find a Blue Ocean with this product. The Nano s release in 2009 was a resounding success, with over 206,000 orders in the first year. The interim plant was able to produce 50,000 vehicles the first year, with the new plant expected to have a capacity of 350,000 vehicles in 2010. Initial estimates put the potential market demand for vehicles similar to the Nano near one million units per year in India, with the potential to expand to global markets. Global automakers have plans to start production of ultra low cost (ULC) vehicle, so this will be a highly competitive market. The core problem for Tata Motors is that they need to decide if they continue as planned with their production of only 250,000 vehicles or if ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...

Spillers examined the length to which attention control abilities, secondary memory abilities, or both work in the working memory capacity. Participants were asked to perform numerous attention control, secondary memory, working memory and fluid intelligence measures. Conformity factor analysis later suggested that attention control, secondary memory, and working memory capacity were best represented as three separate yet mutually factors. And each attention control, secondary memory, and working memory capacity are correlated with fluid intelligence. Both attention control and secondary memory are viewed for unique variance in the working memory capacity. Additionally a crucial part of the shared variance between working memory capacity and fluid intelligence is brought upon attention control and secondary memory abilities. This is seen through structural equation modeling. The point of the study was to examine whether the working memory capacity is best interpreted by secondary memory processes, attention control or both. A latent variable method was used to study the relations with working memory capacity, attention control, secondary memory, and fluid intelligence. This was a difficult task for Thomas, because he didn t have the usual technical equipment that is supplied for a big screen Hollywood production, he had a camera and needed to get key shots right the first time. He needed to be careful not to interfere or directly influence the babies and their families, keep true to his artistic vision, and stay focused on the theme of his film. Being a father of three children must have greatly worked to Thomas advantage. He would have known somewhat what to expect in relation to the different stages and milestones most babies achieve. It doesn t matter what country a baby is born, there are expectations that in a certain time frame a baby should respond to voice or actions, in the later stages start mimicking, saying mama and or dada, roll around, crawl, say words, and eventually start walking ect... This includes use of Excel and R to run statistical analyses in answering enrollment and research questions. Key to projecting enrollment is a file we use called the Decision Model We track various aspects of enrollment to help predict future enrollment. For example, we track the amount of third semester pathway students since they will likely be matriculating into the Online Degree Program. We also track the percentage of third semester students who have historically matriculated. This way we can apply the same percentage to the current rate of third semester Pathway students to estimate new online students. This same principle is applied all throughout the decision model, enrollment is broken out into categories of different students and indicators that can help predict that category. Regression analysis is used often to answer research questions. Using R, linear regression helps to shed light on the effects of any number of factors into college success. In addition, I have been able to use skills from excel courses on a regular basis to create charts and graphs as well as prepare and analyze spreadsheets. There are a few main techniques for forensic imaging, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), post mortem computed tomography (PMCT), and conventional radiography. The PMCT is generally used for gunshot wounds, detection of gas embolism, trauma cases, and changes in the skeletal system. Some advantages of this technique are that it is fast, easy to handle, good three dimensional reconstruction, excellent visuals of the skeletal system and gases in the body. However, it is not without disadvantages like how it uses radiation meaning companies must protect their employees, it has limited data storage, limited visualization of soft tissue and employees must go through extensive training to be authorized to operate it. MRIs can be used for trauma cases, strangulation, detection of foreign objects, and medical errors. Some advantages of this technique are that there is no radiation involved, it is good at visualizing soft tissue, and that since it can visualize soft tissue so easily it can identify a multitude of different problems. Some disadvantages are that it is time consuming, expensive, and there is extensive training needed to operate it. The last type of imaging technique that will be covered is conventional radiography which can detect foreign bodies and changes or lesions of the skeletal system and is used when the corpse cannot fit into the CT machine. To him, the issue that is most important to conquer is the issue of the estrangement and alienation of man, where man himself is the alien power over man more specifically, it is workers who are being estranged (Marx 1988, 79). Consequences of this estrangement can be seen with private property, because although it seems to be the root of the problem, private property is actually the consequence of alienated labor , explaining why capitalism is a horror to him (Marx 1988, 81). It may be thought that an easy way to give workers equality would be to pay them equal wages, but this is yet another estrangement of labor (Marx 1988, 82). Progress, to Marx, would need to consist of a way to diminish the root of the problem estrangement of the worker. This would consist of emancipation of the workers because the emancipation of the workers would have a large ripple effect, and result in the universal human emancipation (Marx 1988, 82). As it has been addressed multiple times, the estrangement of the worker is the root of the problem, and a step towards progress would need to consist of the workers being emancipated so they are no longer alienated and forced to labor while getting nothing but monetary payment for their labor.
