Here are the steps to where we are now -- The European wars ended pre- 1900, with winners
and losers- Uber Wealthy European elite, Cecil Rhodes and “Round Table” with “Chatham
House” turned eyes to the United States- Who? Men, Rockefeller, Baruch, Schiff, Morgan,
Rothschilds and others- In1903 they slipped Philanthropic Foundations through Congress:
Example is Carneighe Foundation . In1909, they "hired" Woodrow Wilson, as ( Taft ) would
“Veto” their “Federal Reserve Bill” by buying ownership of 159 of the Media Corporations of
the day. Then J.P.Morgan was entrusted with funding the vote splitting Bull Moose Campaign,
deceiving voters. Through the secret Jekyll Island meetings, in 1913 they effectively conjured
the "Federal Reserve" through Congress - in 1917, they fed the Russian Rebels 22 million
dollars for the revolution- also agitated Congressionally for entrance into WW1. In 1920
Rockefeller personally started sending elite students to the Lenin Institute to learn "Psychopolitics"
- the managing of the Human mind - Later The Moscow institute of International Relations.

See Psychopolitics: Psychopolitics - The art & science of asserting and maintaining dominion
over the thoughts and loyalties of Individuals, Officers, bureaus, and Masses and the
effecting of the conquest of enemy Nations through “Mental Healing” This is the description
of a course taught at the “Lenin University” to Americans sent by John D. Rockefeller
beginning in 1920-21. Rockefeller was member of the CFR - This course still exists today.
Psychopolitics, is a less known oblique to Geo-politics, dealing with molding the highest
strata of the “Mental Healing” arena - Objective, social chaos. The CFR struck quietly in
1928, slowly tightening the money supply. ( Remember, they are now the controllers of
American Monetary activities). then in1929, generated the great depression, for two reasons.

of value. After the “New Deal”was in place, ( many of the policies were Fabian Socialist in
nature ). Gold no longer supported currency. During the next years, the CFR became the de
facto “handler” of the State Department- Moving quickly ahead, CFR leaders recognizing the
failure of "League of Nation", in diplomatic secret, started planning in 1943 for drafting of
the Charter to the United Nations. The memos etc. were covered through “State Department”
This then, “Not” the war torn tired countries involved. The Dumbarton Oaks conferences were
handled by Alger Hiss. Hiss was a long time Soviet spy who was later imprisoned. Alger Hiss’s
proclivities were known to Roosevelt, and ignored, as well as was the idea, that Roosevelt
could manage a psychopath, as Stalin most certainly was.

October 24 is United Nations Day, or as ( Jewish Agnostic ) Barbara Marx Hubbard calls it, “Global
Oneness Day.” It has also been labeled “Alger Hiss Day,” in recognition of the Soviet spy and State
Department official who played a major role in founding the world body. Don’t expect the major media
to remind us of that fact.
One of the best sources of information on the role of Alger Hiss in the U.N. is the important new
book, Alger Hiss: Why He Chose Treason, by Christina Shelton. The Shelton book notes, “Following
Yalta, preparation for the establishment of the United Nations was Hiss’s primary mission.” Hiss was
appointed acting secretary-general of the U.N. founding conference and was involved in staffing the
U.N. by selecting people for employment in the world body. “About fifty showed up as permanent
employees and a couple of hundred in part-time assignments,” Shelton says of Hiss’s efforts.
Ironically, while the U.S. State Department ignores Hiss’s role, the U.N. itself published a report
about its founding that relied upon the observations of Hiss (without of course noting his role as a
Soviet agent). A “FOIA” request for documents took several years to bear fruit. 215 pages of material
studiously covered up his role, during the 60th anniversary of the World Body.
the documents include several drafts of the report, “The United States and the Founding of the
United Nations, August 1941 – October 1945,” which examines minor controversies over mostly trivial
matters. The material constitutes an indictment of the State Department and failure to acknowledge,
let alone explain, how a communist assumed a major position of authority and power in the State
Department and then used that influence to create a world organization that has been exploited for
anti-American purposes ever since.
Although Hiss’s role in founding the U.N. is not mentioned by the major media when writing or airing
contemporary stories about the world body, the facts do sometimes get noticed. When Hiss died in
1996, The New York Times noted, “By the time the charge [of being a Soviet spy] surfaced in the late
1940’s, Mr. Hiss had accompanied President Franklin D. Roosevelt to the Yalta Conference, played an
important role in the founding of the United Nations and left the Government to become president of
Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.”

Professor Stephen Rockefeller is chairman of the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and the Earth Charter
International Drafting Committee along with Mikhail Gorbachev. Through them there has been created an
Ark of Hope, ( Designed to replicate the Ark of the Covenant ) the Temenos Books, and masks and visual
prayer objects. These were all presented at the Earth Summit II, The Charter, The Ark, and the Temenos
Books. They were paraded in schools along with Earth Charter materials. Temenos; Mystic Circle
